Stacy McCain Is A Herman Cain Fanatic

by Smitty

I was talking to Stacy on my way home, and he was quite enthusiastic about a Herman Cain speech down at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference. In particular, Stacy said, a passage on the Constitution was extremely well received.

OK, I didn’t know who the gentleman was, either, but I do like what he has to say as of three weeks ago to Megyn Kelly:

A quick Wikipedia glance reveals that the man has a clue, and then some. Here is his web page. A West/Cain ticket in 2012? Far worse things have happened, and recently.

At any rate, Stacy was off to a certain location in the hotel to score an interview with Mr. Cain, so watch this post for exclusive video, or Stacy is a Charles Johnson fan.

While awaiting the exclusive video, The Right Scoop has the speech Stacy was on about, with much thanks to Jill:

  1. I never heard of Mr. Cain until now. But he seems pretty awesome. Lots of business experience, and success, and absolutely opposed to abortion. I’m looking forward to his speech. Ed Morrissey said it was a barn-burner.

  3. Incredible, Smitty. Just incredible. Thanks for the heads-up. I look forward to hearing much more from Mr. Cain.

And it looks good over there! —>

  5. He was a candidate for the GOP Senate nomination in 2004 and should have won. On the other hand, I’d much rather see him go for an executive elected office, IYKWIMAITYD.

  7. He was a candidate for the GOP Senate nomination here in Georgia in 2004 and should have won.

    FTFM.

  10. I seemed to recall putting you on the blog roll at CPAC. Which, along with $5, is worth a beverage at Starbucks, I know. Sorry I took so long.

  12. Yeah, Herman Cain has been a guest host on Neal Boortz’s radio show when Boortz is on vacation or otherwise unavailable for a long time now.
