This delivered at least 5,000 hits in the first four hours:

MORE ON THE CASE OF THAT SENSUOUS TOPLESS ITALIAN SUNBATHER. The Italian justice system seems to have delivered.

Some things are predictable. For instance, when the defendant’s attorney begins a sentence, “Let’s be clear my client is tall, brunette and has an ample breast and is therefore . . .,” the rest of that sentence is irrelevant. After that, the mind drifts, the eyes glaze over and it’s like Charlie Brown’s teacher talking: “Mwah mwah mwah mwahmwah mwah.”

Another blogger sent that to me, asking, “Eugene Volokh goes Rule 5?” Yeah, the cat’s out of the bag now. It’s only a matter of time before we start seeing blog headlines like this:

Supreme Court Delivers Ruling
on Health-Care Law – PLUS:
Shocking Demi Lovato Photos!

But perhaps you don’t keep up with the latest celebrity starlet scandals and hadn’t heard about those shocking photos. Like I said, some things are predictable . . .
