What beliefs predict A Tea Partier? This is Ezra Klein’s title for regurgitating a slur from the gray, room temperature lady.

So what do Tea Partiers have in common? They are overwhelmingly white, but even compared to other white Republicans, they had a low regard for immigrants and blacks long before Barack Obama was president, and they still do.

More important, they were disproportionately social conservatives in 2006 — opposing abortion, for example — and still are today.

Restated, Tea Partiers are post-racial and anti-murder. Because those are somehow bad things.
Klein makes a feint at responsibility:

Perhaps there’s some reason to disbelieve [the NYT] data.

Well, for starters, Ezra, it is quoted by a known propaganda-monger–YOU.

Tell you what, Ezra: when the Tea Parties crank up the peaceful protests next year, let’s have your scrawny self on down to meet the shockingly well-informed lumpen proletariat. You’re going to be shocked and awed to discover that they are nice, relaxed; focused in their indignation.

I suspect that you are a coward, Ezra. Physically, intellectually, morally. I don’t think you’re packing the gear to come out and discover, first hand, the truth that would shatter the falsehoods you peddle. And I want to be wrong in my theory. I want to meet you at a Tea Party, apologize personally, celebrate liberty, protest liberal fascism, and then buy you dinner. I’m guessing you’re a two-legged rabbit, but willing to look past that and become a decent acquaintance. Real friendship  is something you can’t presume.

Give it some thought.

It would be nice if someone would hit these jackals with a clue bat and explain that it is not “anti-immigrant” to be opposed to CRIMINAL ALIEN INVADERS! I do not have a problem with immigrants, I am the child of one. My mom waited six years to get a Visa to come to this country and then she had to EARN the right to stay by being a working and productive member of society. She also EARNED her citizenship by following the laws and studying to pass the test so that she could become the proud American that she now is. Coddling CRIMINAL ALIEN INVADERS is a slap in the face to her and all of the other people from around the world who came here to embrace our country and did it by honoring our laws and customs. The open borders crowd wants to reward criminal behavior at the expense of our citizenry and all of our LEGAL immigrants. People who are against coddling CRIMINAL ALIEN INVADERS are far more supportive of immigrants than those leftist idiots who bitch that it shouldn’t be a crime to engage in criminal behavior.  See, person who comes her legally is by definition an immigrant, while one who comes here illegally, is an INVADER. There’s a difference.

I constantly invite people like Ezra to Tea Parties.  They NEVER accept.  Kind of like the little kid who love Disney movies but freals at 6-foot Mickey at Disneyworld…

Funny, it never gets mentioned in the liberal media narrative, that the Tea Party GREW OUT OF THE LIBERTARIAN PARTY which is pro-drug legalization, prostitutiton, gambling, and hardly “socially conservative.”
For the record, the very first two Tea Party events in history were in late 2007 – both sponsored by the Libertarian Party – Denver and Seattle.

The Tea Party is absolutely NOT socially conservative.  IT IS LIBERTARIAN!

Goober?  Isn’t that generally considered a kind hearted soul?  I believe this peacock, is actually a gobbler.  He’s already stuffed and trussed; just waiting for Thanksgiving.

“Perhaps there’s some reason to disbelieve [the NYT] data.”

Just the fact it was in the NYT is a pretty good reason.

Ezra Klein was the founder and promoter of the Journ-O-List, an email list of journalists and columnists whose function was to manage the news, to take whatever news broke and make sure all the leftists were on the same page and were taking the same angle on the story that favored their “progressive” ideals before the bare facts got out without spin.

He wanted to manage the news, to control the message the public received because only he and his leftist genius pals were smart enough to take the facts and understand them in the Marxist-Leninist continuum as it is manifested in contemporary Progressivism in a post-modern society blah blah blah.

Short answer:  Klein is a hack leftist propagandist and EVERY SINGLE WORD he writes or utters is designed to further leftist goals, NOT to inform, enlighten, or edify.

Anyone who reads a Klein piece needs to have their brain washed out with tequila immediately.

Bunch of crap.  The “Libertarians” joined in the Tea Party protest and pretended to be in the lead, like their lying little leader, big-spender and pork king Ron Paul.

As disgusting as that tripe is, it’s useful in this context, -the smell of fear is palpable.

You nailed it Zilla.  I’m very pro immigration.  Legal immigration.
When someone implies that being against illegal immigration is racist, I ask, “Isn’t it racist to assume that laws don’t apply to you because of your race?  That you should have special access to America over, say, someone from India or China because you’re from Mexico or Central America?”
