The Tweet of the Week thing is cool. Kruiser should also do a top three for the various hash tag games, as the riffs are also brutal there.

    I stumbled on PJTV just this evening on a channel on my cable system called YouToo — and it was a Klavan piece (unfortunately I only caught the last couple of minutes). Since I’ve never been able to get the hang of watching TV sitting at my desk, I may finally be able to catch some PJTV by TiVo-ing it on this channel.

    I am watching Walking Dead now at my desk.  I agree, not the same as the couch, but damn, pretty good season two and it is a good analogy for OWS.

    Sitting at my desk causes my brain to want to be interacting with something. Watching TV at my desk, I get fidgety and start doing other things and lose track of what’s going on.

    To get the most out of watching TV I need to be in a more passive frame of mind, and that means couch-potato mode.

    Of course, now that my primary computer is a laptop, I can do interactive stuff even on the couch — but I tend not to, which is why the laptop landed back on the desk.

    But with winter approaching, the fat will stick with you better in the cold weather. You’d eat longer as well.
