I generally go by the nature of the comment.
For instance, I characterize “Obama is just a dumb Nigger and ignorant like all Blacks.” as being racist.
No “flow chart” needed.
The flow chart needs one more question and one more branch. From ‘not white’ it should go to ‘Are they conservative?’ with ‘Yes’ going to ‘they are an Uncle Tom’ and ‘No’ to ‘they are not racist’.
You’d have to add that to the white side as well.
Except that your method completely fails to catch most of the racist statements out there, like these classics:
“Obama is from Chicago.”
“Obama plays golf more than I do.”
“I disagree with Obama.”
Smitty’s flowchart is much better at catching rascals who say stuff like that (though still incomplete as @Finrod:disqus points out).
