Brett Kimberlin could have been sentenced to 230 years in federal prison

John Hoge reports today that the reason Tetyana Kimberlin was taken into custody at the end of yesterday’s court hearing in Maryland is that Brett Kimberlin tried to have his estranged wife involuntarily committed for 72-hour psychiatric evaluation.

Thankfully, Judge Patricia Mitchell denied this and Tetyana was released in a matter of minutes. Aaron Walker has more background.

  5. When feminists protest conservatives or Chriastians, no one tries to kill them. With BK and Muslims, no such guarantee. Hence, silence.

  6. 2 thoughts: an enterprising conservative attorney could represent Tetyana Kimberlin in exchange for a full accounting of Kimberlin’s friends and activities. Or a consortium of interested people offering to help her defray her legal fees for the same information.
    Second: the Violence Against Women Act. Kimberlin is known to be male, and that’s all that’s necessary to have him locked away, again.

  7. Someone told me they did, but I don’t even bother to look at their bullshit. This isn’t about me. This isn’t about Aaron Walker. This isn’t about Patterico. This isn’t about Ali Akbar or Lee Stranahan or any of a half-dozen other people they’ve attacked.

    Did you know Team Kimberlin has been stalking Ace of Spades since 2011, trying to “out” him? And some other people (whom it is neither wise nor necessary to name here) have reached out to me after they were similarly targeted by either Kimberlin or Rauhauser or other members of their wretched crew. You may have noticed me from time to time slam those bastards without warning, just to draw their attention away from others.
