Troll Patrol

Weird things happen when you make a hobby of writing about crazy people. Matt Ross at Conservative Hideout is now being harassed by supporters of accused Florida sex offender Kaitlyn Hunt because Matt obtained information of interest to law enforcement.

This is how it is, see. Wackos never expect to be held accountable. They feel entitled to cause trouble for everyone else, but then lash out insanely at anyone who causes them trouble. The “Free Kate” movement has demonized the parents who reported Kaitlyn’s crimes, they’ve vilified the sheriff’s office and the prosecutor, they’re actively seeking to undermine Florida’s age-of-consent laws, but when anyone criticizes them — well, how dare you? They’re always the victims.

Speaking of which, Bill Schmalfeldt started Tweeting out threats, and got his Twitter account suspended (again). He’s always the victim, see?

The crazies are still out there. Zap. Zap. Zap.

  1. Loved that tweet. You will now be know as the bug zapper of truth! Thanks for the link.

I have one “Kater” that keeps telling me that she reported me to the police department that I was in contact with. Funny thing, my accusers name never came up when I was in contact with them .

  2. I like harassing trolls in Disqus comments. Time they spend arguing with me is time they can’t spend giving everyone else trouble.

  3. I remember an old preacher being asked why there always seemed to be crazy types hanging out in the general vicinity whenever they were having their outdoor tent revivals. His answer: “Where there’s light, there’s bugs.”

  4. What a fool to say what he said. He totally made it up. People rarely even know where the wells are when they’re drilling them. Once the drilling and fracking is over, the wells become hard to spot.

You don’t smell anything unless you’re right near operations, and the exhaust fumes at the parking lot of the local Wal Mart are usually far more intense.

  5. (Monday Liberty Amendments post is up at Scoop’s. Stop by and throw darts at it. Dart throwing invites trolls, so this is on topic. Sort of.)
