if you experienced any intermittent issues with the site over the last 30 or so minutes, I apologize. I was busy drop-kicking 56,000 spam user accounts so stacy and team can stop moderating garbage and get back to writing about stuff we’re all way more interested in.

  7. It was never filed. You don’t “withdraw” a lawsuit with a letter to the clerk, as he claimed. And it was never on PACER, either, which it would have been by the time he said he was dropping it.

    So it was never filed.

  25. I caught the reference to both. Even though the “happy happy happy” is associated with Sy from “Duck Dynasty” and “Happy Happy Joy Joy” is from Ren and Stimpy I think we could mash them together and get Ren and Sy …
