They Want to Kill Us All

Posted on | October 5, 2014 | 45 Comments

People need to understand what this means:

Islamic State militants have released a video depicting the murder of British aid convoy volunteer Alan Henning, three weeks after warning that he would be the next to die.
Henning is the fourth western hostage to have been killed by the group, following the filmed beheadings of US journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff, and Scottish aid worker David Haines.
A further hostage, Hervé Gourdel, from Nice in France, was murdered by Jund al-Khalifa, a group with links to Isis, on 24 September.

Aid workers and journalists are non-combatants. When the Islamic “militants” (a euphemism that our decadent media prefer to “terrorists”) are publicly murdering Western non-combatants, what is the intended message? What do these killers intend to convey to us, in the West, as well as to their audience in the Islamic world?

It should be apparent that these Muslims, by their deliberate and premeditated killings of helpless civilians — including people who had come to provide humanitarian aid to Syrians suffering in the civil war there — are saying to their fellow Muslims:

KILL THEM ALL! Death to all the Americans!
Death to all the British! Death to everyone
everywhere who does not join the worldwide
Islamic caliphate! Kill the women! Kill the children!
Spare no one! KILL THEM ALL!”

What the ISIS “militants” are doing, in other words, is exhibiting the attitude of murderous ruthlessness they consider necessary to their success, and which they wish other Muslims to emulate.

After 9/11, a lot of liberal hand-wringers kept asking, “Why do they hate us?” What have we done, liberals asked, that has inspired the kind of hatred that would cause people to hijack jetliners and crash them into skyscrapers? Implicit in such questions was the naïve idea that, if our policy was to blame for their hatred of us, then by changing our policy — choosing a policy of peace — we could end their hate. This was the meaning of the question, “Why do they hate us?”

BECAUSE THEY HATE, answered Brigitte Gabriel in her 2006 book.

This is not about us, this is about them — the people who hate us, the people who want to kill us all. It is a narcissistic delusion for liberals to believe that somehow we have caused Muslims to hate us when, in point of fact, the Koran and other Islamic scriptures command them to hate us. The texts that Muslims consider sacred order them to kill us all, and promise the greatest blessings for those martyred Muslim warriors who die while pursuing Mohammed’s murderous commandments.

We cannot negotiate with this hate. We cannot compromise with this hate. No policy of ours will permit us to co-exist in peace with this hate. We cannot choose peace when Islam chooses war, and we cannot hope that “tactical air strikes” will suffice to defeat their deadly hatred. The only option left to us is to give them war without limits, war without mercy, a determined, relentless and unceasing war that will not be satisfied with anything less than complete victory over these murdering Muslim monsters who want to kill us all.

They hate any non-Mulsim as well as if you aren’t of the correct brand of Islam. The Umma has long been red in tooth and claw.

When God called Abraham, Noah and Moses to make covenants with Him, he summoned them to a mountaintop. When Christ was transfigured, when He offered up a new understanding of divine law in the Sermon on the Mount and again when He was crucified, it was on a mountaintop. God calls us upwards to be in His presence. When Mohammed was summoned, it was into a dark hole in the ground. Who or what was summoning him? Answer that, and the question of hate answers itself.

I have half-seriously suggested Mohammed’s summoner had previously appeared in Gospel, offering Jesus power and glory on earth during the latter’s 40 days in the desert.

The Nazarene passed, but a few centuries later an illiterate goat herder signed on.

The word “naïve,” doesn’t truly describe what we see among those who refuse to acknowledge reality. It is a combination of magical thinking and an unwillingness to admit that Evil exists. The Progs believe that by destroying God, they also destroyed the antithesis of God. That they are proven wrong daily doesn’t seem to make an impression.

It would appear their next beheading will be of a retired Army Ranger who converted to Islam, so they aren’t even following their own texts anymore (convert or die). They are the devils spawn and thirst for blood period.

When people try to insist that “Muslims worship the same God you do, because the word ‘Allah’ just translates as ‘God,'” I point out that the name “Baal” translates as “The Lord,” but the worshipers of Baal were CLEARLY not worshiping the same Lord of Abraham.

Jim Jones claimed to worship the same God that I do. Saying it doesn’t make it so.

Alas, the population of the US seems to want only the minimum, not what is needed. It would better not to get involved at all than to simply throw around a few bombs and bullets, declare victory, than stand back to watch it all fall apart to become worse than it had been.

Much of the problem is the Western mind. Even the most serious of Christians and Jews do not take seriously man of the instructions of the Bible — where in the Western world does anyone take the commands of Leviticus 20:13 as serious law? — and we have a hard time understanding that some Muslims do take the commands of the Koran literally. Our woolly-headed left, the people who tell us that they are oh-so-multicultural and understanding, are so egocentric and ethnocentric that they are incapable of understanding that some people don’t think the way they do.

The left think that they are smarter than the rest of us, but they are really as dumb as a box of rocks.

Sadly, the Sherman solution, to ensure the Islamic State and its backers understand the reality of war as cruelty and there is no reforming it, is unfahsionable in various capitals.

That only makes it more necessecary eventually.

Progressives live in a Bizarro World where up is down and evil is good. They are so wedded to their irrational view of the world that there doesn’t seem to be a way to open their eyes to reality. So there were have it because these loons pretty much run things today, society is in an rotting spiral downward

Well, as Christians, no, we don’t follow the letter of the law of Leviticus.

We can debate forever whether the law still stands, or if Christ fulfilled it and brought it to a close, so I won’t even start that. (Or did I just do that?) But, no, Christians do not follow Leviticus.

The solution would be similar to the Sherman solution. You would simply go in and take anyone under arms and segregate them, and hold them until the area is pacified. Then, behead everyone you caught, and put it on TV to make sure they get the message. Then put the bodies in mass graves with slaughtered pigs, and encase it in concrete.

This time, leave troops there and point to the example to let them what their end will be if they rise again.

Won’t happen. The Bible tells us what’s going to happen, and God Himself is going to implement the final solution when Christ returns to rule, and He will rule with a rod of iron.

The position of the Law for the Christian is as a teacher by which we gain knowledge of what sin is. For example,

Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. Romans 3:20

Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. Romans 3:31

No, we don’t execute adulterers anymore, and, understand, homosexuals are just one type of adulterer, but through the law, we see what God is going to do to them. Because they live in sin, they will be cut off from all that is good when they are put to the second death, which is eternal.

We also need to distinguish among those laws designed to allow Humans to approach God versus those for the civil and criminal operation of the nation of Israel versus moral laws of general applicability, i.e. those preceding Moses. The former two are not applicable to Christians because of Christ’s sacrifice and Resurrection and because the ancient Nation of Israel ceased to exist with the Babylonian captivity, or at least with the destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D. The latter have existed since Creation and will exist until the end of time.

  33. Quartermaster

The nation still exists as a nation is the people, not the state. If the nation ceased to exist, then God’s promises to the nation are impossible to fulfill, and many of them have nit been fulfilled. That would make God a liar.

Differentiating between the civil law and the moral can be hard, and dangerous if you want to determine those that can be ignored and those that can’t.

There is no doubt, for example, that the sacrificial part of the law was fulfilled by Christ’s death on the cross. However, much of the law found in Leviticus is about morals as well, not just the 10 commandments, which are found in Exodus and Deuteronomy. I would say anything having a moral component needs to be looked at closely and seen as God wants it to be seen. That does not mean that walk around fearful I will commit adultery, for example, I don’t because of the Holy Spirit that resides in me points out things that are displeasing to God, and I avoid them because I desire to live a life pleasing to God. The sanctions are a message to those who don’t want to avoid them.

I could go for the Captain Kidd treatment.

For those who don’t know what that is, Kidd was hung at Execution Dock in London after conviction on the charge of Piracy and his body was coated with tar and hung in chains at a point along the Thames river until his body disintegrated.

The gist of the article is that we HAVE done something to antagonize Muslims: the US adopted the beliefs of the left. I’m afraid the “blame the US first” crowd won’t like that. Or maybe I should say “they wouldn’t like that,” if they ever entertained the thought.
But introspection is not a hallmark of progressives.

I should have been more detailed in my comment. I agree that the “Nation” of Israel exists, i.e. the Jewish People. I also agree there is a State of Israel and those two coincide in (my) dispensationalist view of World History. Among the laws ordained by God for the Jews, there were those which applied to them as a Nation and as a State. Obviously, they overlapped.

Those laws also had a moral component, i.e. pertaining to personal conduct. Some, specifically pertained to bridging the separation between Man and God. Think, the various Feasts and their symbolic meaning.

The applicability of those today to Gentiles is the question. With Christ’s sacrifice, the veil was torn, and we need not practice those injunctions previously necessary to approach God. Those laws applying to a moral code of behavior, however, remain as a guide for us today. Grace can allow forgiveness for a breach of those, but the violation of same is still a violation. That is, it is still sin. Eating a cheeseburger, however, is not one of those*

(Abraham served a kid boiled in its mother’s milk to the angels who warned him of the destruction of Sodom. That practice was enjoined later in the dietary rules given to the Nation of Israel. That injunction is not a “moral” law applicable today. Committing adultery, however, remains as a breach of God’s moral code.)

They hate the other, then it’s Sunni vs. Shia vs. Any other sect (Worse than Christians. It’s been a few centuries since Catholic/Protestant/Orthodox bloodletting, but the Sunni/Shia conflict is as old as Islam.) then it is Arabs against other Muslims ethnic groups.

Our foray into Iraq proved the foolishness of letting Muslims choose their own gov’t.

They aren’t capable of choosing freedom.

But our involvement has gone from the naively foolish (Bush) to the stupifyingly idiotic under Obozo.

Unfortunately the last 13 years has proved that Ann Coulter is right.

The only thing that makes sense is to invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity (unless it were possible to wall them in but that cat is out of the bag a long time ago)

We may claim to not be at war with Islam.

Trouble is – it is at war with us (and all of civilization).

And a society that can’t even recognize it is under attack will have a hard time surviving.
