Remember Lilly the Human Train Wreck, the mentally ill feminist Tumblr blogger who filed a federal complaint against her university? She did not like being quoted on my blog:
Check it out. He “wrote an article” on me. He victim blames me the entire time. He hates that I am bi. He thinks I’m insane since I have mental illnesses.
We need to get him off the internet.
https://twitter.com/rsmccain This is his twitter.
Please report him for harassing me!!! And report other abusive things he says to or about other people.
I’m “harassing” her? By quoting her?
Lilly: You’re living inside a bubble, an ideological echo chamber. Being surrounded by like-minded idiots is not therapeutic.
UPDATE: Lilly’s supporters are, quite literally, hysterical:
Reading his article sent me into a panic attack . . . He has NO. FUCKING. RIGHT. I can’t even handle that people like that are out there. I honestly just don’t even want to stick around in a life that has people like him. I am so sorry you are having to deal with this.
They don’t even want to live in the same world with me.
UPDATE II: Wisdom from Gunga in the comments below:
It’s kinda funny how nothing quite makes these special snowflakes as bunny-boiling mad as quoting their own words. On the other hand, ‘People quoting me accurately makes me so angry,’ does seem like something a mentally ill person might say.
The thing is, feminism is a No-Judgment Zone. This was one of the principles of feminist “consciousness-raising” back in the 1960s and ’70s: “Everybody share their private experiences and innermost feelings, because sisterhood is powerful. And no judgment, ever.” What nobody warned them is that this is a technique of brainwashing and mind-control, used by religious cults and totalitarian movements as a way of forming a collectivist mentality by breaking down the individual personality. The leaders and facilitators of this process (the people who organized “consciousness raising” back in the day, and who now teach Women’s Studies classes) understand what they are doing, whereas the typical college kid is not sophisticated enough to realize what is happening or why it is happening. Once a vulnerable person is exposed to that kind psychological indoctrination, they are induced to see the surrounding world as hostile and oppressive. This suspicious attitude toward “society” fosters a sort of paranoia, and the only secure refuge from such psychic pain is among fellow True Believers.
This is why feminists freak out when you quote their words in a critical context. They have been taught to fear common sense.
In a Venn diagram where Set A is "young feminists" and Set B is "people being treated for mental illness," how large an overlap is Set AB?

I should write a book, "Stupid Things Young Fools Should Not Do." I was once a young fool, as were my friends, not all of whom survived.

Wanna bet?
That’s typical behavior. We saw it with “Jackie” in the RS story, and with Mattress Emma at Columbia. They actively resist a formal investigation, using the same inane psychobabble about “retraumatizing” themselves.
And then, once the formal investigation by trained personnel (often multiple independent investigations) reports back, we find that – surprise! the story is a, well, a story.
But truth is a tool or the patriarchy. That’s why feminists are so allergic to it.
“if the want to play in the deep end they can learn to swim, or not.”
I like that one!
Bitches be trippin’, Home!
There are other great men than RKae in this world, I’ll have you know.
So, did I find the chink in your armor and am now nipping at your heels?
Don’t stick it in crazy.
Um, I’ll take “Full of Crap” for a thousand, Alex.
Fortunately for the rest of us, progressives are so literal minded that they’ve spent the past six and a half years looking for the actual Reichstag to burn down.
Although now the infighting and cannibalism has begin. Witness the recent spate of aggrieved articles by leftists in good standing who found themselves at the receiving end of these tactics.
They were of course silent when conservatives were getting run off campus and out of the media, but are now astonished to find that the rules can be applied to anyone.
Trotsky, meet the Iceman.
Or maybe somebody like Bill Murray’s character in Wild Things…
Oh, I don’t think that I am better than most people. I do believe that I am more lethal, though.
I was murdered once, at college… they laughed and refused to expel my killer. And now, bringing it up is like being murdered all over again.
“I’m all messed up! And if you follow my easy program, you can be all messed up, too!”
MALE GAZE!

(Yeah, I did it again.)
What, are there some Canadians moving in next door? Crap, there goes the neighborhood.
Well, it’s always been about gaining power over other people, so…
Way way back, I was maybe five and my dad was as often the case deployed. My mom took me to the pool, which I loved, but at that age I had always been placed in the shallow end and supervised. It never occurred to me that the pool had varying depths.
So as Mom was setting up her stuff by her lounge chair I beelined for the nearest pool edge and jumped. As my feet left the concrete I heard her yell “Stephen! That’s the deep end!” I had a split second to wonder what she meant and then SPLOOSH!
Went right to the bottom and kicked upwards. Didn’t break the surface, the top of my head just brushed it. Down again, kick up, back down…
Made three bounces holding my breath before some guy dove in and pulled me out. I had not been under long enough to have any discomfort let alone achieve panic, so it didn’t bother me at all. I was actually exhilarated by the experience and wanted to get right back in again.
Mom immediately signed me up for swimming lessons. Since then I have always been comfortable in the water.
Consider that an allegory. Or else just a dumb story.
I saw Trippin’ Bitches open for Metallica at The Gorge back in ’02.
I think my favorite was seeing a tee shirt with FUBIJAR on it.
Turned out it meant “F*ck U Buddy, I’m Just A Reservist.”
His Majesty King Richard lived, alas! only 41 years, so I have surpassed him in that regard, though certainly not in fame.
There you go, asserting your masculinity, and therefore microassailing poor, poor Libby. I denounce you.
I guess that that would be neighbourhood.
I don’t assert my masculinity, it asserts itself!
… lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll’s eye…
Until she bites ya and those black eyes roll over white. And then, ah
then you hear that terrible high pitch screamin’ and the internet turns red in spite of all the poundin’ and the hollerin’ they all come in and
rip you to pieces. I’ll never go on feminist tumblr again… So, eleven hundred men went in tumbler, three hundred and sixteen men
come out, the sharks took the rest, June the 9, 2015. Anyway, we
delivered the truth.
We’re gonna need a bigger blog…
Well, it worked with Admiral Byng.
What are you? Some kind of half-assed astronaut?
Jeez, poutine every night, hockey sticks left all over the lawn, and they’re so damn inoffensive and polite you just want to smack them in the head!
We have chosen to withdraw, therefore you have caused us harm…Now Give Us Stuff!
She really should go to the Spanish Inquisition with this one…
Depends on which neighbourhood. Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, maybe, but hie thee hence to Saskatoon or Calgary, and perhaps thou wilt find some Canucks of integrity and backbone.
Still, the hockey sticks will be there . . . .
Having a mental illness is one thing. Accepting advice from someone with a mental illness is quite another. The first condition can be considered unfortunate. The second can only be considered willful disregard for one’s own state of well-being…that is, crazier than a cat lady with ghosts in her pants…
“Oh, I wish I was back in old Canada,
A land which I never shall lampoon!
How I pine for the ice covering Lake Manitoba,
And the beauty that is Saskatoon!”
– Tom Servo
I would love to have a cartoon as a neighbor.
Nobody expects it…
There were a bunch of them. The overwhelming majority of them I’ve forgotten. We used to dream them up just to see who we could confuse.
“Shall the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit?”
Don’t wanna be a Canadian idiot
Don’t wanna be some beer swillin’ hockey nut
And do I look like some frostbitten hose-head?
I never learned my alphabet from A to Zed
Stop…you’re literally killing me!
literally
It didn’t go well http://www.massresistance.org/docs/gen2/12b/flanders/update_072912.html
FYI According to the Internet tuition at Susquehanna is 40,350 dollars per year with all fees and such applied. According to Pace U own website, http://www.pace.edu/admissions-aid/undergraduate-admissions/freshman/cost-attendance , it’s 62,189 per year. So she spent at least 102k the first year if college (assuming she dropped put if Susquehanna because of boy trouble or “not the right fit”) and enrolled in Pace inbetween terms. Then at least 62k for Pace every year after till she graduated with a BA/BS. Rough napkin math says she spent near 289-300k in an education of bigotry. That figures on her being on,the 5yr plan at Pace for 62k/yr and paying a full year at Susquehanna. That is an expensive degree in hate and a massive debt load. I mean even Marx and Engels didn’t have an equivalent amount of money invested in school. Since they where still able to get blitzed and write a bad book on economic philosophy.
The purpose of an investigation is to convict the accused, not do anything really radical like try to find the truth.

Or Nasty, Brutish and Short.
You mean ‘Kill whom?’
It’s 2:25 PM on Tuesday, June 9, 2015…did Lilly abduct McCain and Co? If so, where is the ransom request and what unspeakable atrocities is she heaping upon them?
A grad of the Kimberlin Law School, eh?
