Equality: Women Raping Women

Gayle Newland of Cheshire, England, is on trial for five counts of sexual assault. Prosecutors say that Newland, 25, invented a false persona, “Kye Fortune . . . a half-Filipino, half-Latino young man,” in order to trick a woman into sex. “Kye” claimed to have been disfigured by surgery for cancer and convinced the victim to wear a blindfold during their trysts. During their final encounter, the victim became suspicious and removed the blindfold: “Gayle was just standing there … I just couldn’t believe it, I couldn’t believe it. Straight away she held her hand down over her face and said ‘it’s not what you think’.” The victim testified Tuesday: “People get raped by males and it sounds sick but I think I’d prefer it.”

In another such impersonation case, in April a judge in Scotland gave Christine Wilson probation for seducing two underage girls:

The 26-year-old from Aberdeen, who has “gender identity disorder”, previously admitted two charges of obtaining sexual intimacy by fraud in a legal first in Scotland.
She told her teenage victims her name was Chris and had sexual contact with both of them on various occasions in 2008 and 2010. Her first victim ended the fraudulent relationship after being shown Wilson’s passport photograph.
Lord Bannatyne said the offences were very unusual and added that the fact that her disorder led her to “genuinely feel” that she was male had significantly lowered her “culpability”.
He put her on probation and ordered her to carry out 240 hours of community service. . . .
One of her victims, Megan Adie, who is now 18, said she was devastated by the non-custodial sentence, adding: “She will be able to go back to her own house and lie in her own bed again. I will also be lying in mine, still trying to deal with what she has done to me.
“I really hope the judge has really thought this sentence through because if Christine does this again, I hope he knows it’s on his conscience.”
Wilson had repeated sexual contact with her first victim in 2008, and with Miss Adie, who was a virgin when they met, in 2010. She told her she was a 16-year-old male, and used a sex toy to persuade her of her sex.
The court heard earlier that Miss Adie regarded her as her “first love” and struggled to come to terms with her deceit when police told her the truth in August 2010.

As Professor Reynolds says: Teach women not to rape!

How the hell do you get only probation after seducing two underage girls? A man would rot in jail.

These stories seem so strange. There would be no story if honesty was involved. Christine Wilson should be in jail though. She shouldn’t get special treatment just because she’s a woman. That patriarchy sure is holding her down.

I’m going to march around downtown Chicago naked with electrical tape over my peehole and a sign that says the F-word to demonstrate how indecent all women are.

Lol “The Patriarchy” is in age of consent laws in the first place according to queer theory. Gay people are different and can engage in safe sexual relations with minors with no lasting damage to the minor. You patriarchal troll. [/sarc]

If video games and movies are rated R then so should Jessica Valenti, Bruce Jenner, The Guardian and other gender bending feminist asshatery which confuses the morals of minors. At this point, Playboy is like The Bobsey Twins compared to the media.

WOAH! “gender identity disorder”?. Such a term was ALLOWED without a subsequent “civil” case?
Apparently the terms pedophile, grooming, aggravated rape, and consequences, were not. (I’m not familiar with England’s “statutory” concerning adolescents and “special” lesbian sexual stalking rules)
Can we expect an “EMERGENCY REVISION” of the APA Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders?

Seducing? The term used when (ie) NAMBLA folk, and their “skinner” allies do it to “impressionable” adolescents is called “grooming”.

When you use ‘seducing’ and ‘underage girls/boys’ in the same sentence, it sounds even worse than ‘grooming’.

    As Theodore Dalrymple pointed out

“It is no coincidence that the age of the DSM should coincide with a tenth of the population’s taking antidepressants—drugs that, for the most part, are placebos when not outright harmful. None of this excludes the possibility, of course, that some diagnoses will run afoul of pressure-group politics by the time the DSM-6 comes out. How long, for example, can gender dysphoria disorder survive every right-thinking person’s moral duty to celebrate transsexualism?”

“I really hope the judge has really thought this sentence through because if Christine does this again, I hope he knows it’s on his conscience.”

I’m sorry, but he has no conscience. I think we could lay odds on the judge being a pedo.

Your virginity counts for doodly, too. If a perv wants it, he/she/it may have it.

p.s. You are not helping matters, little girl, when you legitimize this freak by referring to her as “he”, just because she felt all manly and rapey today. Though now that I think about it, if Christine “felt like” a man, portraying herself as a man, she should be punished the same way that a man in the same situation would be. Hey feminists! There’s some equality for ya!

The UK, along with the EU, is often soft and lenient on violent crime in general.

Add the fact that the perpetrator in this case is a member of multiple designated sexual/gender freak victim groups, the courts are probably instructed to do everything possible to let them go free, with tearful apologies that they were inconvenienced in the first place.

That way, European courts can focus on important matters, like prosecuting people who say unflattering things about Islam on Twitter.

One thing I wish was being said more loudly and frequently is that ‘feeling like’ a man or a woman doesn’t make you one. A man, in theory, could never ‘feel like’ a woman because he isn’t one. He might feel like what he _thinks_ a woman might feel like but his biochemistry is totally different.

This is why the whole ‘transition’ thing is so much BS. A man is not actually becoming a woman. He’s making himself look like a woman and acting the way he thinks a woman should act. A woman is not actually becoming a man, she is simply taking on the physical appearance of a man and acting the way she thinks a man should act. Neither is functional in a reproductive sense (which, IMHO is the one major sense that gives gender/sex relevance).

I am terrified by the future ramifications of the moronic parents who choose to ‘transition’ their babies because they think their 5 year olds can decide to be a gender that does not conform with their bodies. Rather than teaching them that womanhood encompasses a lot more than ‘pink’ princesses and baby dolls, they try to change the unchangeable to make the child’s gender fit their tastes. Nothing good can come of it.

My first thought when Jenner won some dumb courage award from ESPN was, “Oh, shit. Kids are fans of ESPN.” We tell kids there’s a Santa Claus but society doesn’t back that up. What if it did? Would there be expeditions to the North Pole by batty OCD bi-polar idiots? Are we surprised triggered mental cases are making demands from their teachers and society that all of society adjust itself to them? This is the Santa Claus Syndrome. Each moron seeks to institutionalize their own private delusion. The most successful yet is Patriarchy and compulsory heterosexuality, the mass hysteria of the American 21st century.

“Neither is functional in a reproductive sense”
It’s not functional in ANY sense. Psychological, biological, social, personal, sexual.
It’s unhealthy for a person to believe they are something/someone they can NEVER be.
The health of Western society can be guaged on its willingness to accept the unacceptable.

Not sure, but behavioral psychology includes operant conditioning, as exemplified by the Skinner box. In fact, the addictiveness of early MUD-derived MMORPGs (such as EverQuest 1) was attributed to it.

The basic concept is to give lots of rewards easily at first, then make them harder to get while increasing the harshness of punishments for failure. This gets the subject hooked and willing to put in more effort for less benefit, i.e. grinding.

Again, I don’t know if it’s what CaptDMO was referring to, but any adult with knowledge of the method could easily condition a child that way, as adolescents and even adults have been conditioned by multi-player online games for decades.
