#IWD2016 Feminism as Sexual Stalinism

Posted on | March 8, 2016 | 31 Comments

Bogged down writing a long article, I took a break to read a bit of Sheila Jeffreys’ 1990 book Anticlimax: A Feminist Perspective on the Sexual Revolution. Here are a few sentences from her conclusion (pp. 312-316):

The demolition of heterosexual desire is a necessary step on the route to women’s liberation. . . . Male-supremacist sexuality is constructed from the subordination of women. . . .
The feminist fight against male violence requires the reconstruction of male sexuality. . . .
Male sexuality must be reconstructed to sever the link between power and aggression and sexual pleasure. . . . Men’s pleasure in women’s subordination is a powerful bulwark in their resistance to women’s liberation. . . .
As women and as lesbians our hope lies only in other women. We must work towards the construction of homosexual desire and practice as a most important part of our struggle for liberation. . . .
Heterosexuality is the institution through which male-supremacist society is organized and as such it must cease to function.

Notice the flat assertions about the nature of male sexuality as inherently violent, a form of “power and aggression” that is the source of “women’s subordination.’ Notice also how Professor Jeffreys states her goals as imperative, so it is “necessary” that feminists “must” pursue these goals.

This dictatorial tone — the feminist ultimatum — and the characterization of women as engaged in a “struggle for liberation” from the demonized male oppressor, is the kind of rhetoric that demonstrates why Feminism Is a Totalitarian Movement to Destroy Civilization as We Know It. Feminists denounce men the way Lenin denounced capitalists, and when they present their agenda, feminists sound very much like Stalin-era commissars describing the latest Five-Year Plan. No dissent is permissible, nor are feminists interested in negotiation or compromise with the “male-supremacy society,” which must be demolished and reconstructed. The oppressive “institution” of heterosexuality — a “bulwark” of male “resistance” — must “cease to function.”

Did I mention Hillary Clinton is running for president? Also, feminists are celebrating International Women’s Day.

Probably just a coincidence . . .

Marxism is an economic system for the economically worthless. Feminism is sexual Marxism for the completely undesirable – whether due to appearance and/or profound emotional disturbance.

Jeffreys’ rhetoric makes it clear that feminism is only a method to legitimize lesbianism for its practitioners, and is a ploy to scam useful idiots into supporting them.

It astounds me that people like Sheila Jeffreys have infected the public discourse for so many decades. She has been one of the most deranged and destructive voices in feminism since the early seventies. Though recently retired, her toxic influence still lingers, especially since less openly strident voices refuse to criticize her.

Do you know how deranged she is? She opposes rights for trans-gendered men in Australia on the grounds that M to F transgenderism is just an excuse for rapey men to have an excuse to access female toilets, prisons and changing rooms in order to perve on naked women and girls. It is 2016, and we are still required to pay attention to this bitter and deluded blowhard.

I sometimes think that Jeffreys is part of some enormously elaborate joke that has been played on sensible, independently-minded people by someone with a very crude sense of humour.

Can someone explain why those “actual dykes” are so intent on looking like men?

Isn’t that like KKK members going around in black-face?

Paranoia seems to be the ironic centerpiece of an ideology which complains about the phobias of anyone not a Third Wave Feminist. As far back as 1975 the bewilderingly revered sci-fi writer Ursula Le Guin referred to innocuous pop culture SF magazines aimed at boys and young men as “male elitism.” That’s as insane as wondering why black lesbians are “underrepresented” in the arena of ’50s baseball cards. It explains why one of the favorite words of these psychopaths is “marginalized.” In effect, these “marginalized” groups exist only in their own heads or to the extent the “marginalized” dodge the draft or working on oil rigs.

These people seem to have no concept of boundaries or of marketing. They assign a worst case scenario to anything men do while never in a thousand years imagining Good Housekeeping or Ladies Home Journal was “female elitism.” That is of course supremacy 101 and in principle works no differently than does anti-Semitism. Being unprincipled nuthatches whose great minds are mostly powered by arrogance rather than deeds, simple comparisons are beyond them.

These people have been telling us for decades that when they say “feminism” they in fact mean politicized lesbianism. The trouble there is few people other than themselves read their lunatic garbage and when we do and tell others in a way that explains many of the currents of modern “feminism” we ourselves are considered nuts. That’s a powerful argument for how insane an ideology is when merely mentioning it seems lunatic in and of itself.

The funny thing there is Jeffreys is considered a racist transphobe for saying on a radio show that transgender is like blackface.

Lesbians are routinely eaten by the monsters which emerged from their de Beauvoirian vats. They just don’t understand that once you establish the precedent of morality by virtue of skin or sex, that idea is going to stumble around like Frankenstein’s monster in a world without due process or equal protection and go wherever it wants. Ask the now defunct 40 yr. old MichFest lesbian music festival what segregation got them; suicide, as they were pushed out and shut down by transgender.

Ask white intersectional feminists how long they will last in a university in the SW where manifestos by Chicano and Black Lives Matter feminist groups demanding change never include whites.

I’ve called this the Victimhood Derby: Identity politics on the Left is a competition for the Most Oppressed Victim Award. Once the civil-rights movement showed that one could be celebrated as a hero on the basis of one’s oppression, then we had Women’s Liberation, Gay Liberation, Chicano Liberation, etc. As bad as the ethnic mau-mau racket is, the feminist and LGBT rackets are much worse because (in most cases) feminists and gay activists are usually from very privileged backgrounds. That is to say Catharine MacKinnon, whose father was a wealthy and influential Republican, has never been a victim of actual oppression. When you have a movement led by upper-class women with degrees from elite universities claiming to be “victims of society,” there is a distinct falsehood at the heart of the ideology. And the same phenomenon is evident in LGBT activism. It is only possible to believe gay people are oppressed if you do not actually know any gay people. Even going back to the 1970s, the gay guys I knew in high school and college were generally snobs — from high-status backgrounds, and quite aristocratic in their attitudes — and were not whiny miserable victims. It was the AIDS crisis that made people believe gays were “victims of society” and turned homosexuality into a political cause.

In the future, only women will treat women the way men treat women today…or something…

…and then cats end up ruling the world.

A deep irony of my research on Sex Trouble is that one of the editors who played a key role in starting my journalism career was a lesbian. I have never been a “homophobe” — I have no irrational fear of gay people — and in fact have worked closely with LGBT activists on investigative reporting that exposed, for example, Professor Michael Bailey’s unethical “research” at Northwestern University. On many issues, I actually agree more with radical lesbians like Sheila Jeffreys than I do with liberal feminists like Jaclyn Friedman and Amanda Marcotte. What I find objectionable is the reckless demonization of men and the depiction of heterosexuality as oppression, per se. However, these extreme views are a logical conclusion of feminist theory, which takes as its premise that “equality” is the sole measure of human happiness. Yet I am not “equal” to Warren Buffett or Taylor Swift in economic terms, but this doesn’t mean they are oppressing me. If I can understand this, why can’t feminists understand that I am not oppressing my wife, my son is not oppressing his wife, and my daughter is not being oppressed by her husband?

  14. gunga
    March 9th, 2016 @ 10:15 am

Because confessing that understanding completely repudiates the foundations of their worldviews. They define things into existence, then make their observations conform to those definitions. If the commissariat determines that squares are round, woe to the one who acknowledges prevailing wisdom…in public or in private. Purity of essence is at the heart of it and words are its proof. Comrade Stalin would be proud proud of their party discipline. Admitting even the possibility that your wife could be the first woman in history to not be an oppressed victim of the patriarchic rape machine that is called marriage would be a betrayal of the movement. People have been killed for lesser betrayals…just ask Lev Davidovich Bronshtein. And anyone who thinks that is more than slightly hyperbolic just isn’t paying attention to the actual behavior of this particular brood of vipers. Bitches be brutal…

Seems like a strangely late revelation.

    His brother goes tranny… wait… wait… several years pass… wait… wait… “Oh, yeah! I’m a woman, too!”

    Utterly ridiculous.

It’s a strangely myopic derby. Notice how Greeks don’t systematically whine about tens of thousands of them being expelled from Istanbul 1955-65, or from Egypt and their businesses stolen. Jews have been expelled from all over N. Africa and the Middle East in the same timeframe. I never heard Isaac Asimov whine about being shut out of an Ivy League school because of anti-Semtic quotas nor was I taught to whine about the same quotas for Catholics. Are the Irish making demands on colleges? Are Scots saying why are there no Scots in 25th century sci-fi stories?

Leave that to whiny lesbians like Jeffrey and daffy women like Le Guin and their intersectionalist gibbelins they’ve taken to their breasts like vipers in the true fashion of a suicide cult. Complaining is not a talent. Once you’ve established it is you could be the next one on the killing floor for wrongskin/wrongsex. No “white” people have ever been oppressed for the simple reason we don’t go on centuries-long whines or revenge kicks and because we read history books instead of censoring them out of sight. Failure is human, not a color or sex.

Here in Australia we have an organization called the ‘safe schools coalition’ which is partly sponsored by both federal and state governments. Its purpose is to:

“… equip staff and students with skills, practical ideas and greater
confidence to lead positive change and be safe and inclusive for same
sex attracted, intersex and gender diverse students, staff and families …”

Under its program, which has been rolled out across over 100 public schools and is about to be mandatory for all schools, boys as young as 11 are encouraged to role-play as gay teenagers. One of its key architects is a committed Marxist who has gone on record as saying:

“… Marxism offers the hope and the strategy needed to create a world
where human sexuality, gender and how we relate to our bodies can
blossom in extraordinarily new and amazing ways that we can only try to
    imagine today …”

After reading this post by Mr McCain it’s all starting to make sense now.

Feminism is the ladies auxiliary of Marxism. It’s the attempt at turning women into yet another aggrieved political faction whose trumped up grievances can only be “solved” by totalitarian government. Good luck with that.

You also had the No Gender December initiative there promoted by some woman in the Green Party. These useful idiots have no idea they are promoting the mad delusions of Judith Butler and Charlotte Bunch to “cure” heterosexuality” and return to a pre-historic natural state of a wide gender spectrum. They may as well be giving kids special goggles to search for the lost continent of Atlantis.

Anyone that has seen a porn film in the last 3 years knows that the fight against “men’s pleasure in female subordination” in the sexual realm has been lost, and consequently it’s been lost in the real world, too, since an entire generation of young men try to re-enact what they see in pornography with young women they’re dating, or hook-up with. Liberal feminists know they have lost this fight so try to frame double anal, gonzo, bukkaki, and bdsm as a woman’s “choice”. In reality it’s their degradation. All the femdom porn, and practice of financial domination(which is totally marginal, and generally despised by both men, and women)won’t change this.

I’ve never seen a porn film. The few snatches (pun) I have seen are so ludicrously revolting and clumsy I openly laugh at anyone who could consider them in any way fun or creative. For all the sex those morons have they seem to be the least knowledgeable about it.

Considering these feminists in any way Marxists is a step up for them, considering that’s masking sheer hatred and paranoia in political clothes. Remember, the most success the Nazis had is in convincing Germany that Jews were Marxists. In fact that was a Trojan Horse for Hitler and his insane cadre of Jew-hating mental cases. This feminism has nothing to do with equality or politics; it is hatred.

I gave up pornography awhile back because quite frankly it both deadens you toward real human feeling, and distorts your views toward women and sexuality, but I will argue that every now and again, amongst all the degradation, bad sex, and mechanical bumping and grinding, you’ll find something genuinely erotic. To each his own though.
