Little Joe In Big Trouble?

by Smitty

It’s not over until it’s over, but the fact that the Boston Herald is even floating this kind of question would seem to indicate that Sean Beilat is putting the polling hurt on Joe Kennedy:

The marquee name isn’t doing much better for Joe K. than the faux Native American heritage is for Elizabeth W.

Sean Bielat for Congress!

  1. It’s about time the people of Massachusetts woke their asses up and threw the Kennedy dynasty back to the darkness of obscurity to which they belong.

  2. The magic of the Kennedy name is long gone (thank goodness!).   I hope Bielat pulls it off this time around.  He seems to be the kind of politician who would really bring hope and change.

  3. We need another “Kennedy Seat” like Michael Moore*  needs another Twinkie. Please join me in donating to Sean Bielat at http://www.seanforcongress.com

*A certain cap-wearing filmmaker with a Jenny Craig aversion has max’d out to Joe Kennedy III. Check the FEC reports for other donations from “the evil one percent”. Kennedy’s average donation is over $1K. Bielat’s is under $100. To whom is Kennedy accountable? I’ll give you a hint. It’s not us “Regular Joes”.

  4. I imagine that even Massachusetts liberals get tired of the Kennedy clan’s antics and penchant for drive-by residency for political offices.  Joe has no connection to this district at all.  That’s not required, of course, you only need to be a resident of the state, but the locals are entitled to look at it differently.

If Bielat pulls this off, it will be the race of the year in the House election.

  5. Mr. Bielat has a chance, but don’t underestimate the stupidity of those elderly voters who still have a yellowing picture of JFK in their kitchens next to the Pope.  And let us not forget that Massachusetts could easily be renamed Unionchusetts.

Mr. Bielat is going to need a lot of help and money, some of which he will have to spend fighting a primary, because the GOP in the Bay State is The Stupidest of The Stupid Party.

  6. Neither of the parties is offering a solution right now to the crisis facing mankind.  We have to throw Obama out before the election, and reinstate Glass Steagall, a Hamiltonian National Bank and build NAWAPA.  Rachel Brown’s campaign in the 4th district (MA) for Congress, is actually bringing real policy discussions to the population.  Check it out:  http://www.rachelforcongress.com
