A courtroom victory today in Montgomery County Circuit Court, reported by Dave Hogberg, witnessed by John Hoge, explained by Aaron Walker, and mourned by pro-Kimberlin troll Occupy Rebellion.

Witnesses report that Neal Rauhauser was in court with Kimberlin, at one point handing him documents.

    Now why in the world would Rauhauser be in court with Kimberlin?   Isn’t someone trying to serve him papers for delinquent child support or something?

     Kimberlin is still sitting on some of the foundation money, and there are probably still some donors who either haven’t heard about his past and present or who just don’t care – plus they never did recover a lot of drug proceeds from years ago.  So he might be the only person willing to pay Rauhauser anymore, especially if the remuneration has to be “structured” to avoid seizure by hungry children creditors.

    Besides, can you think of two people who more deserve each other?
