Every Blogger Keeps Asking, ‘Gee, How Can I Get Brett Kimberlin to Sue Me?’

Ever since the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al lawsuit became public, my fellow defendants and I have been plagued by envious bloggers wondering what they’re doing wrong. “Gosh, I called him a ‘sociopathic creep’ and a ‘pipsqueak terrorist’ — why isn’t he suing me?”

The envy has only increased since BomberSuesBloggers.com launched Monday. It’s really kind of unfair for the five of us to monopolize the fun of being targets of lawfare and harassment by the World’s Worst Pro Se Litigant™ — a convicted perjurer and bomber, who can’t even get basic facts right on his lying court documents:

Last week, our defense team filed a motion with the Maryland court, alerting them to the fact that Brett Kimberlin’s original complaint was erred. In non-legal jargon: he didn’t even have the basic technicalities in his original complaint written correctly. This is nothing new for Litigious litigant and convicted bomber Kimberlin.
We demanded a correction be filed. We expect tomorrow that Kimberlin will make those advised modifications to his complaint. We also expect him to add new allegations because remember, what he most seeks is our silence.

Did I mention that he’s The World’s Worst Pro Se Litigant™?

It is an utterly frivolous lawsuit and Brett Kimberlin knows it and we are asking for your donations to help.
How frivolous is it? So much so that he is suing Robert Stacy McCain for defamation for calling him “evil.”
I mean first, Stacy has a lot of good reasons to call Kimberlin evil given his terrorist bombing campaign has cost one man his life, to name but one example of the downright evil things Brett Kimberlin has done over the years.
But even before you shout “truth is a defense!” even more fundamentally, it cannot be defamation to call someone evil.  I don’t care who you call “evil,” I don’t care how undeserving that person is, it is not defamation.  If Mother Teresa was still among us and a person called her evil, even putting aside that she is a public figure, that would not be defamation.

That’s Aaron Walker’s discussion of the case, and you can understand why, given the pathetically ill-argued and just plain wrong stuff in this lawsuit, lots of our fellow bloggers are wondering how they can get added as defendants and become First Amendment heroes without risk of ever paying that little felon one red cent of damages.

OK, so I’ll give you a few tips. First of all, be sure to blog frequently about a little Indiana girl whose grandmother got shot to death.

There’s no statute of limitation on murder, you know.

Secondly, it may help to mention the claims of harassment Kimberlin’s estranged wife made in her July petition for a protective order:

You can link that and maybe quote the part about “he will hurt me” or, if you’re feeling energetic, just transcribe the whole thing.

Improvise. I’m not a lawyer (and neither is Brett Kimberlin), so I can’t really be giving you legal advice on how to get sued. 

This is just what has worked so well for me. “Best practices,” as it were.

Something else: Brett Kimberlin really, really hates when people mention the sex charges his wife filed against him July 29. Sure, the charges got dropped, so there’s no chance he’s going to be arrested and put in jail for (allegedly) violating Maryland law.

But the simple fact that a 40-ish federal convict on parole would be having sex with a Ukrainian teenager . . . Well, see for yourself:

Now, I’ve been told Brett Kimberlin will file a motion today to try and get that Scribd upload taken offline, because he hates the truth. But if you were to download that PDF to your computer, and then upload it to your own Scribd account or as a media file on some other site, maybe Brett Kimberlin will add you to the lawsuit. Quoting extensively from that document could help, too.

What if a dozen different bloggers posted that document? What if 30 or 40 bloggers quoted extensively from these documents? Could Brett Kimberlin sue the entire freaking Internet into silence?

Cultural Marxism and the (Very Real) Movement to Normalize Pedophilia

Anyone who has followed the arguments surrounding the case of Florida sex offender Kaitlyn Hunt knows how her supporters in the so-called “Free Kate” movement have justified Hunt’s crimes against a 14-year-old girl. You are a bigoted hater, say the Free Kate crowd, if you think the parents of a 14-year-old have a right to prevent their daughter’s corruption by a tattoo-covered dildo-wielding she-hooligan.

It’s normal! It’s harmless! Everybody does it!”

Every parent — no, every decent human being — who heard those rationalizations must have strained to resist the urge to grab a shotgun and hunt down the twisted freaks who make such excuses.

Why do you think they call it “jailbait”?

It’s very simple: Age-of-consent laws empower parents to protect their own children, and the fact that some parents don’t give a damn whether their kids are screwing around (hello, Kelley Hunt Smith) cannot be used to argue for a “right” to have sex with minors.

Must the citizens of Indian River County  let a pack of wretched white trash like the Hunt family set the moral standards of their community? Is Florida soon to be infamous as the Teen Sex State, where every child becomes “fair game” as soon as they start high school?

Happy 14th Birthday! (Batteries not included.)

Disagree with these sex-crazed perverts and you will be accused of “vengeance, spite, fear, denial, sadness, insanity, whatever.”

These bizarre accusations should not only offend us because they are false, but intelligent citizens should be alarmed at the cultural shift that makes these creeps unashamed to defend perversion by such twisted logic, presuming to lecture decent law-abiding people this way.

However, nothing should outrage and offend you more than the knowledge that there has been (and still is) a relentless political movement to normalize sex with minors, a fact that left-wing activists in Germany are just now being forced to admit:

[I]n the 1970s and 80s, numerous gay-oriented magazines brazenly promoted sex with children, even running pictures of naked boys. The magazine “Don” presented five sympathetic reports on the experiences of pedophilic men. The headline read, “We’re not child rapists!”
In recent months, many in Germany have been discussing the extent to which the Green Party in the 1980s allowed itself to be manipulated by pedophiles. The party came under such intense pressure that it hired political scientist Franz Walter to look into its own history relating to the issue.
Yet it’s now clear that the gay movement in Germany must also come to terms with this chapter of its history. Anyone who searches through archives can find ample evidence of the alliance between gay rights organizations and pedophile activists. If pedophiles got into trouble with the law, they could rely on legal advice from a group called “Gay Lawyers.” Many politicians in the Green Party also made sure that calls for legalizing sex with children had an audience. . . .
[M]any gays didn’t want to be the ones to judge others for their deviant sexual inclinations. In a climate of general tolerance, the movement lost its moral compass. The gay movement did not distance itself from men who acted on their desire for children; rather, it took them under its wing.
Then there was the remarkable idea that underage boys should not be denied the chance to have sexual experiences with grown men. Even today, the Association of Lesbians and Gays in Germany (LSVD) claims on its website that in the 1980s, the only men who spoke up were those who had enjoyed sex with adults in their youth.
For the pedophiles, the alliance with the gay movement was nothing but beneficial. They had a platform from which they could formulate objectives.
The gay movement helped pedophiles in entirely practical ways. In the pamphlet “Justly gay. Legal advice for gays,” there is a one-and-a-half page “argumentation aid.” It’s an instruction on how men who are charged with child sexual abuse can best escape punishment.

To emphasize, in case you missed the key passages:

“The gay movement did not distance itself
from men who acted on their desire for children;
rather, it took them under its wing. . . . The gay movement
helped pedophiles in entirely practical ways.”

You can read the whole thing, which reveals a sordid history that the gay rights movement — and the Left, in general, both in Europe and America — have attempted to suppress by angrily denouncing as “bigots” and “witch hunters” anyone who dares to mention it.

It is not bigotry, it is not hysteria or witch-hunting or homophobia, to state the plain facts, nor should we be afraid to point out that there are still many people — including university professors and authors published by prestigious journals — who are attempting to undermine resistance to their agenda of having sex with minors.

Furthermore, we need not be silent about which side of the political spectrum tolerates and defends these intellectual perverts, chiefly by their silence about the existence of the academic pedophile movement, but also by stigmatizing those who warn against it.

In January, when Rush Limbaugh described the “movement to normalize pedophilia,” he was mocked by liberals for saying so, but we are now being overwhelmed with a tsunami of new evidence of the shameless persistence of this shameful deviant movement:

A childhood education conference to take place next weekend at the University of Toronto will feature keynote speaker Dr. James Kincaid, a Professor of English at the University of Southern California who has been criticized as being highly sympathetic to pedophiles.
The conference titled “Bodies at Play: Sexuality, Childhood and Classroom Life” is sponsored by the Mark S. Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies under the auspices of the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). . . .
Kincaid is an American academic whose studies into the sexualization of children have led him to the conclusion that all adults are secretly sexually attracted to children but use revulsion at the actions of overt pedophiles to hide their inner feelings. . . .
He believes society condemns pedophilia in order to maintain its moral posturing, while living through child molesters vicariously.
“So, what about the way we talk about child-loving? The talk is monster-talk, first of all, talk that is busy rejecting the pedophile,” Kincaid wrote. . . .
Dr. Charles McVety of the Institute for Canadian Values has written an open letter to Chris Alexander, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, asking that Kincaid be denied entry into the country. . . .
“On behalf of the 125,000 members of the Institute for Canadian Values and Canada Family Action, we request that the Minister refuse admission of Dr. James Kincaid to Canada for a lecture on October 19th, 2013 in Toronto,” Dr. McVety wrote.
“Dr. Kincaid is a well-known advocate for pedophilia, a criminal activity in Canada,” the letter states. “His work has been roundly condemned by the New York Times, The Daily Mail, several British Members of Parliament, and Michael Hames of Scotland Yard.”

It’s another read-the-whole-incredible-thing article. We shake our heads in disbelief that someone like James Kincaid even exists, much less that this unapologetic academic advocate for perversity should be employed by the University of Southern California:

Professor Kincaid researches critical theory, American Studies and Queer studies. Before coming to USC in 1987, he taught at Ohio State, Berkeley, and Colorado. Kincaid’s earlier work in Victorian literature and culture and in literary theory has yielded to publication in cultural studies, most recently in the history and current cultural practices of eroticizing children and instituting elaborate scapegoating rituals to disguise what we are doing. He regularly teaches classes in criminality/lunacy/perversion, in age studies, in censorship, and in other areas of literary, political, and cultural studies.

Oh, “critical theory,” also known as cultural Marxism. But if you call it by its right name, you’ll be called a paranoid right-wing conspiracy theorist. And in this world turned upside down, where facts are “hate” and truth is “extremist,” how much further down the the slippery slope will we slide before it’s illegal even to criticize it?

We’ve already slouched past Gomorrah and are halfway to Sodom. We are so close to the gates of Hell you can feel the heat, smell the sulfurous stench of burning brimstone, and hear the Devil call your name.

Her Name is Molly Anne Dutton …

. . . but she almost didn’t have a name, because if not for a woman’s courageous decision, she never even would have had a life:

Auburn University selected its 100th Miss Homecoming in Molly Anne Dutton this weekend. . . .
The 22-year-old’s biological mother was faced with an extremely difficult situation. The victim of a sexual assault, the young woman became pregnant with Dutton and was given an ultimatum by her husband: Either abort the baby or get a divorce.
She chose to keep the baby, leading to a “ridiculously inspirational life story” for her daughter. Rather than aborting, she carried the baby to term and worked with Lifeline Children’s Services, a Christian adoption group in Birmingham, Ala., to ensure that the baby girl was given a good life.

Known as Deric Lostutter to the government, DJ to his mom, and Shadow to his oldest friends, he was twenty-five years old and working as a waiter in a pizza-and-beer joint for eight bucks an hour, getting home at two or three in the morning stinking of kitchen grease. One day he pulled up a documentary on YouTube called We Are Legion. . . .
The thing is, these are all kids just like Deric Lostutter. Most of them are in their twenties, and some are teenagers. One of the geniuses behind the HBGary hack was an eighteen-year-old from the Shetland Islands who called himself Topiary. Another was a twenty-four-year-old soldier who posed online as a sixteen-year-old girl named Kayla. Multiply that by hundreds, thousands, maybe someday even millions. Because you don’t have to sit at home complaining about your crappy job, your crappy town, your crappy country. Anyone can join. All you have to do is find your way to the private Internet Relay Chat channel for newbies and start listening to the conversation.
And Lostutter thought, Fuck yeah, America. Finally someone’s getting off their ass. I want to roll with these people!

You can and should read the whole thing, even though it is a predictable liberal Valentine to these digital anarchist thugs.

What happens is that this sort of online vigilante act permits people to think they have a license to break the law because (a) it’s for a “cause,” and (b) they’re surrounded by a like-minded mob.

People who’ve played too many video games or watched too many science fiction movies buy into the fantasy of themselves as mighty heroes when, in fact, they’re 25-year-old pizza-joint waiters.

Or heroin-addicted douchebags.

Digital trespassing, digital theft and digital vandalism are justly regarded as criminal acts, yet the WikiLeaks/Anonymous/Occupy mentality has no regard for the concept of private property online, nor does it have any respect for national security. Their crusades are never really about any “principle” or “ideal.” They’re selfish nihilists and disgruntled ego-trippers, a thug mob with no respect for anything, who claim to be acting on behalf of some noble cause simply to justify their fundamentally anti-social activities.

Such arrogant punks are, unfortunately, a very familiar type:

A notorious criminal, the guy who claimed to have sold marijuana to Dan Quayle, the man Time magazine called “The Wizard of Odd,” has now sued four bloggers and the founder of the National Bloggers Club in an ill-considered attempt to silence them and intimidate others.

Stop for a moment and ponder that thought: Brett Kimberlin has admirers and supporters, who have done all they can to harass anyone who has tried to tell the truth about Brett Kimberlin.

The point I was trying to make is that the same people who want to shut down Rush Limbaugh, the same people who target conservatives for online harassment, are the same kind of dishonest jackals who have no problem defending a dangerous creep like Brett Kimberlin.

Unlimited benefits? Isn’t this what they voted for last November?

Shelves at Walmart stores in Louisiana were cleared in a shopping frenzy over the weekend after a glitch in the Electronic Benefits Transfer system allowed government food stamp recipients to make purchases without spending limits.
For two hours Saturday night, customers rang up overflowing cartloads of food at stores in Springhill and Mansfield, La., after cashiers allowed them to use their EBT cards anyway despite not showing limits, KSLA-TV reported.
“It was worse than any Black Friday,” Springhill police Chief Will Lynd told KSLA. . . .
After the system came back online, customers abandoned their carts and left the store, leaving a huge mess behind.
“It was like a tornado had came through,” O.J Evans, who took cell phone video of the aftermath at the Mansfield Walmart, told KSLA.
