Tanya Somanander at Think Progress believes that criticizing feminism is “blatant misogyny,” but I think most Americans will agree 100% with Allen West:

We need you to come in and lock shields, and strengthen up the men who are going to the fight for you. To let these other women know on the other side — these planned Parenthood women, the Code Pink women, and all of these women that have been neutering American men and bringing us to the point of this incredible weakness — to let them know that we are not going to have our men become subservient. That’s what we need you to do.

The third annual National Offend a Feminist Week begins May 2, y’know, and now the colonel has given us some splendid inspiration.

    It’s worth noting that he didn’t name feminism as a problem at all: he discussed, instead, the culture of death, and the misandry of the left. Conservative feminists are, of course, fiercely opposed to both.

    Offend a feminist week should be interesting this year.
    An interesting hypothesis to test will be the assertion that as only leftists are feminists conservative women will not be offended during the weeks celebrations.

    I am so thankful there are men & women who realize how devastating feminism taken to a fargone extreme is. Equality & justice are reasonable expectations for all. Equal but different. For those of faith the bible says to submit one to the other. For husbands to cherish their wives and women to reverence their husbands. Not a tyrannical dictatorship. Women & men are different ( for those who failed to notice!) Different, hormones, bone structure bvecause in God’s perfect plan two becoming 1 create a whole being in the image of God. To compliment each other. Where 1 is weaker the other is stronger & children need the proper balance for correct gender identity. Since marriage became as disposable as Bic razors & clear distinction of gender roles has become nearly extinct it’s astounding how few seem able to connect the dots. The downward spiral of our nation! One commonn denominator most serial killers have in common is an overly dominant mother. Daughter’s more manly then feminine are difficult for any man to cherish. Sons of overly agressive mother’s become demasculinized before their masculine idenity can even emerge. When skill levels test equal , same test for gender / race/ age, thats true equality. Not seperate test for seperate groups. If equipment in battlefield fails a woman should be as capable as any male soldier to carry a wounded soldier off battle field. Not many 130 lb. female fire fighter’s coulf carry a victim through a burning bld. or down a ladder. To pretend everyone is the same is absurd! Different does not imply lesser or greater then! JUST different! We need men, real men of leadership qualities, strength & capability! AND women who recognize the specific & blessed virtues distinct to our gender identity as well. Above all we need masses of people with the common sense to know it & proclaim it loud and strong!
