No Prison for Lesbian Teacher, 24, Accused of Raping 17-Year-Old Girl

Posted on | November 21, 2014 | 36 Comments

The victim in the case doesn’t want her molester to go to prison, probably because that would be “hate” or something:

Prison time appears doubtful for a former Clearfield (Utah) High School teacher accused of making unwanted sexual advances on a student in January 2013.
Judge Brent West convened privately with prosecuting and defense attorneys twice [Oct. 29] in 2nd District Court before deciding to postpone Gaile Supp’s sentencing to Nov. 19 at 9 a.m. He told Supp he doesn’t anticipate she will be sentenced to prison.
“Clearly everyone is on board that no prison time should be spent,” West said. “The question is … how much jail time.”
Supp was charged with object rape, a first-degree felony, in April 2013 for allegedly committing a sexual act on an unwilling 17-year-old female student at her West Haven home three months earlier. In September, Supp pleaded guilty to an amended charge of sexual battery, a third-degree felony.
Supp and her attorney, Camille Neider, submitted a statement in support of a guilty plea on Sept. 3 that also was signed by West and Weber County Deputy Attorney Letitia Toombs. Prosecutors agreed in writing to recommend in favor of probation for Supp, recommend against prison and stay neutral on the issue of jail time.
The alleged victim is opposed to any jail time for Supp, according to the document.
Prosecutors also agreed not to require Supp to register as a sex offender or undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation. They noted Supp will be eligible to have her conviction expunged if she qualifies for that benefit after her sentencing.
Supp agreed in the document not to fight the revocation of her teaching license in Utah.

What exactly went on in this incident?

The student told police she went to Supp’s West Haven home in early January to get help with homework. Instead, her teacher showed her a sexually explicit movie and sexually assaulted her, according to a probable cause statement.
The student reported to police she told Supp she didn’t want the sexual advances, court documents state.

A lesbian teacher having sex with her student? This is just another random coincidence. There can’t possibly be a pattern here, right?

Michelle Smith White.

  • High school dance teacher Michelle Smith White, 37, of Durham, N.C., was charged in October with having sex with a 16-year-old female student. Police said White had the student’s name and initials tattooed on her body.

Sabrina Epps.

  • Dance teacher Sabrina Epps, 19, was arrested in October after police say she admitted having lesbian sex with a 14-year-old girl who was a student at the Tennessee studio where Epps taught.

Amanda Feenstra.

  • Dance teacher Amanda Feenstra, 30, was sentenced to probation in October after she pleaded guilty to having lesbian sex with a 17-year-old student at the Texas high school where Feenstra taught.

Rebecca Diebolt.

  • California teacher Rebecca Eileen Diebolt, 35, was arrested in June after a woman told police that she and Diebolt had a four-year sexual relationship that began in 2004, when the victim was 15 and Diebolt was her language arts teacher and swim/water polo coach.

Nichol Marie Phelps.

  • Dance teacher Nichol Marie Phelps, 30, was sentenced to prison in June after she pleaded guilty to having lesbian sex with a 15-year-old student at the Florida academy where Phelps taught.

Left to right: Nicole Wooten, Tonya Drueppel, Andrea Cardosa.

  • Andrea Michelle Cardosa, 40, was charged with 16 felony counts in February after two former female students accused her of sexually molesting them. One accuser said Cardosa started having sex with her when she was only 12.
  • Tonya Drueppel was arrested in January on charges that she had sex with a middle-school girl beginning in October 2012, when the victim was 13.
  • Nicole Wooten was arrested in February 2013 on charges that she had sex with a girl in 2005 and 2006, when the victim was a 12-year-old eighth-grader.
  • Kelly O’Rourke, 42, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in October 2013 for having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
  • Sarah Blessing, 28, was convicted in 2010 of having sex with a 17-year-old Catholic school girl who was on a swim team Blessing coached.
  • Jaymee Wallace, 30, was sentenced to three years in prison in 2007 for having sex with a 14-year-old girl who was her student at a Florida high school.

Does anybody know where school teachers get the idea that teenage girls are all uncontrollably lusting for lesbian sex?

Because I have no idea. None at all.

What’s that word, Andrew?

Ah, yes, “culture.” Our culture has been corrupted by an intellectual elite, teaching “doctrines of devils.” And while Hollywood and academia are busy perverting the minds of America’s youth, conservatives are obsessively focused on Obama. We’re losing that war, too.

    Two things present themselves:

    1. If this had been part of a school sanctioned curriculum, complete with graphic illustrations and discussions of diversity, it would have been just dandy, the attempted “lab session,” notwithstanding.

    2. What parent or parents in their right mind would allow a student to go to a teacher’s home for “help” on homework? What school district would not absolutely forbid such intervention and inform both teachers and parents of that injunction? WTF has happened to parenting in this country?

The problem is, there are too many of our “allies” who believe that the “culture wars” are irrelevant and counterproductive to conservative ascendancy. That is precisely wrong. It is conservative social values which both underlie and preserve the republic. Lose the former, and the latter is not long for this earth.

Is there a pattern? I mean, you could scour the crime blotters and come up with a list of middle aged White guys who have robbed liquor stores. Would that be a pattern? Of course, there may very well be a pattern in there, but at this point, you have not identified it. Lesbian teachers hitting up the student body – is it something that occurs with most lesbian teachers, or are the cases you have selected something that goes on with a small minority? I have no clue. I am open to the possibility that there is a pattern, but you need to do more to make that assertion, don’t you think?

My apologies to regular TOM readers but I feel compelled to post this again…

… Nor does the sexual promiscuity of Brave New World seem so very distant. There are already certain American cities in which the number of divorces is equal to the number of marriages. In a few years, no doubt, marriage licenses will be sold like dog licenses, good for a period of twelve months, with no law against changing dogs or keeping more than one animal at a time. As political and economic freedom diminishes, sexual freedom tends compensatingly to increase. And the dictator (unless he needs cannon fodder and families with which to colonize empty or conquered territories) will do well to encourage that freedom. In conjunction with the freedom to daydream under the influence of dope and movies and the radio, it will help to reconcile his subjects to the servitude which is their fate.

Aldous Huxley, foreward to Brave New World circa 1947 [emphasis added]
I’m NOT attempting to say that these abusers are somehow victims of society and thus not responsible for their own actions, I’m just posting an observation/commentary from 60+ years ago. No doubt there are those collectivist psychopaths who view a totalarian neo-feudal society such as Huxley described to be a desirable thing, or even a positive thing. I’ve been reading the unabridged version of The Letters of Aldous Huxley (1969) and I believe he may have written Brave New World as somewhat of an instruction manual rather than a warning.

According to the magical rules of gender feminism this would be considered “gender terrorism.” Anita Sarkeesian might call it “toxic” femininity and plead for fewer portrayals of hyper-sexed lesbians in video games and more normal women in Daisy Dukes, tank tops and age-appropriate relationships as signposts to correct sexual behaviors. “Grand Theft Ozzie and Harriet Go Hawaiian” comes to mind.

However I, being a man of principle, do not decide right and wrong according to sex but pronounce all crime as a human failing, not that of groups I have a sociopathic and even paranoid disdain for. Therefore I plead #NotAllLesbians.

I’m (sort of) OK with the decision not to send this skank to prison, because the victim doesn’t want that, but I’m very much not OK with the decision not to put her on the sex offender registry. The sex offender registry exists to warn other people about these predators, and now, this won’t happen.

Fortunately, wherever the lovely Miss Supp applies for a job, if her prospective employer googles her name, these stories will crop up.

At some point it has to be asked: how could teachers like the lovely Miss Supp be so fornicating stupid? These stories are not exactly new, and every one of them has a bad ending for the teachers involved, some very, very bad, and some less so, but bad nevertheless.

Miss Supp could have found an 18 year old, found someone who wasn’t one of her students, for her particular desires, and she’d still be a teacher and not be facing fines and (possibly) jail. Instead, her life is pretty much ruined, because she was so stupid.

What parent in his right mind would allow a student to go to a teacher’s home for help on homework? Thirty years ago, the answer would have been, any concerned parent, because teachers could have been trusted.

One thing has to be clear: schools are going to have to introduce a zero tolerance policy, stating that no teacher may, for any reason, ever invite any student who is not a close family member to his house.

I can’t put words in anyone’s mouth or answer for them, but there is an issue here of showing the cult of gender feminism in its own mirror. They are the ones who take a few insults from men, anecdotes about a promotion, crime, or who knows what else and talk about it as “the larger pattern.” In fact these daffy dames see patterns where none exist, institutions that aren’t, and systems that aren’t systemic. That’s because the patterns they see are their own paranoid smug bigotry.

Gender feminism endemically smears anything a bad man does onto all men. Conversely, that is never done with good men. Even more significant, such “pattern”s never embrace what a few women do, unless it’s good. In that case a female archer’s bones found during the Crusades becomes an Amazon army men erased from history.

Gender feminists are setting dangerous precedents. In undoing the principles of equal protection, they will be the first to suffer. They are opening a Pandora’s Box that has no moral compass. Once set loose it can and will go anywhere it wants and “pattern”s will be found where feminists may not want them found, like in their own backyard.

This is also called law, tit-for-tat and goose/gander. I’m not biting any shit sandwiches without a food taster. And I don’t care whether goofy feminists like it or not. According to their own rhetoric, I made the laws which protect them. If feminists try and undo those laws to strike at me, I will undo them better.

See my other post as I posted a current crop of women offenders last night. As I also state, if these were priests CNN would be having marathon coverage. Check my blog last night. Two women teachers arrested for a threesome with a student! And one wants her house arrested eased so she can take her kids to school! Are ya fucking kidding me? Let’em ride the bus. The nation’s population is in excess of three hundred million.

You could take every case of lesbian teachers hitting on girls that RSM has listed, multiply a thousandfold, and it still wouldn’t be statistically significant.

What’s more, the crime is not culture, feminism, or lesbianism.

It’s teachers hitting on underage kids.

I’ll agree that feminism (especially 3rd wave) should not get any public support or protection. But I think the same applies to Christianity. I agree feminism doesn’t belong in the public schools. But I don’t think public schools belong in a free society. As it is, we’re just pushing the propaganda of the week on the kids. And they deserve better from us.

Teachers messing with kids, that should be stopped with the force of law. Lesbianism and feminism, not so much.

Mine would not. Forty years ago, I was home-bound with a significant illness. I kept up my studies, but my teachers came to our home with my parents in attendance. There was never a question about going to another adult’s home by myself under such circumstances.

That roughly half of the adult population of this nation is “OK” with gay marriage (according to most polls) is, however, “statistically significant” and is the real problem… This sanctification of homosexuality is the cliff from which we as a society have jumped… Now, nothing but the seemingly interminable horror of the fall precedes our ultimate doom!

  28. NeoWayland
    November 21st, 2014 @ 8:53 pm

Again, the issue is not homosexuality or gay marriage.

    It’s child molesting teachers.

I can point to plenty of news stories about straight child molesters. Including some on this site about certain disturbed women who seduced their boy students.

In order to declare them stupid, we would have to point to some other event in their lives where they faced meaningful consequences for transgressing a social rule. I’m willing to bet that for these miscreants, such an event would be hard to find, and that it was natural (albeit false) for them to expect to continue getting away with whatever.

Feminism is fundamentally entangled with statutory rape apologia, and it is a transgressive sin against them right now to point it out. I don’t think they want that debate at this time, about why we have those laws in the first place. I think they have decided to present the cultural change as a fait accompli. I think that that you’re right, you can’t defeat them within their culture — and that you’re wrong about the effectiveness of this, since it’s forging ahead of their cultural plans.

Some forms of feminism, yes. But as I’ve pointed out, the times are a’changing. Many younger feminists don’t agree with the entrenched “power circle” and they are making their own way.

The third wave of feminism failed, they just don’t won’t to believe it. They refused to accept that cultural change can’t be controlled.

They aren’t the same thing, that’s my point.

Unless you can show that only homosexuals are pedophiles, there is no correlation.

No male “sex offender” would get this deal anywhere in America, not even the 18 year-old boy who makes love to his 16 year-old girlfriend (who by the time of trial is his spouse). “Prosecutors also agreed not to require Supp to register as a sex offender or undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation.” Note that the prosecutor is a woman (a recurring fact in these cases).
