Thanks to Richard McEnroe of Three Beers Later for calling my attention to Iraq Veterans for Congress:

Thanks to the support of more than four thousand Americans from across the country we are proud to report that we have raised more than $100,000 to support our mission:
Recruit, Fund and Elect to Congress conservative Republican Iraq Veterans.
The more we can raise — the more conservative Iraq Vets we can get elected.

  1. Thank you for posting this, McCain. I’d like to see him splashed about quite a bit more than I have, personally.
    Hell, I’d like to see him as CiC. He understands Obama had more than a year to ascertain what was happening in Afgan – the report was just another headline. ‘The war that must be fought’ seems like he should have had some sort of real strategy to fight the damn thing, don’t you think? Aside from the Mirandizing and catch-and-release program he implemented, that’s working o so well.
    I do a slow burn every time I think about that.
