Hayworth is finished in this race. The lesson here is if you want to challenge dinosaurs like Mac Daddy McCain, you can’t to it with guys like Hayworth.

Here is the latest polling: McCain is beating Hayworth by 20+ points. McCain handily wins the general. Hayworth could lose it (Glassman is actually slightly ahead.

Palin is right on this one. I get Hayworth is more conservative on some issues than Mac Daddy, but he is also a nut job. As WFB said, you vote for the most conservative candidate who can win. Mac Daddy will likely do another turn in DC.

Hopefully this is a lesson learned. Try to find a better candidate to run against Lindsay Graham.

How can anyone condemn the corruption of Rangel and Waters while embracing the likes of Hayworth?

After seeing this video I wish Jim Deakin would be the R candidate. He sounds a lot better than either of the other two.

Unfortunately it’s not going to happen. J.D. Hayworth is better than McCain but I’m so sick and tired of voting for the lesser evil.

I guess it’s good I don’t live in Arizona because I would hate to have choose Hayworth because I can’t stand McCain. I just can’t do it anymore.

If I lived in Arizona I’d be willing to consider voting for the Democrat in November instead of voting for McCain.

So voting for Hayworth in the primary wouldn’t bother me much at all.
