Makin’ Stuff Up, Again

Mark Levin insists on a retraction from Politico in response to Jonathan Martin’s Sarah Palin “gotcha” piece:

According to a source familiar with the situation, she backed out of planned interviews with conservative talk-show hosts Sean Hannity and Mark Levin the morning she was scheduled to talk to them. And her multiple schedule changes so annoyed Glenn Beck that he finally decided not to have her on his radio or TV show to promote the book.
It’s either true or it’s not, and when Mark Levin calls it a “flat out lie,” I can only conclude it’s not true.
Exit question: Who is this “source familiar with the situation,” and why is he or she dissing Palin?

This *has* to be a collection of blueblood country-club GOP elitists, the types that are backing Crist and Murkowski and don’t want to repeal ObamaCare, firing off cowardly anonymous salvos. No doubt in the Romney camp for 2012.

There’s no difference between this collection of smears and the Vanity Fair hit piece. None whatsoever.

An anonymous source tells me that JM didn’t actually have a source. He just made it up.
