TMZ’s got video of 18-year-old Miley inhaling very deeply and getting a weird kind of silly. According to TMZ, however, the former Hannah Montana star wasn’t smoking marijuana, but a legal hallucinogenic herb called salvia.

My youngest daughter, who just turned 8, is a huge fan of Hanna Montana. Just sayin’ . . .
