The overwhelming majority of Americans, 70% in a Rasmussen poll, who
believe voters should be required to show photo identification such as a driver’s license before being allowed to cast their ballot
have obviously fallen prey to that ancient, patriarchal, oppressive notion of Truth.
This blog looks forward to that shiny day when we cast off this squalid, hidebound, retrograde commitment to fact and embrace the shiny, gratifying, embrace of #40Dollars, Progress, and helpful organizations like the SEIU.

Let me think. What possible reason could any group have for opposing a requirement that someone prove who they are and where they live to vote?
Hmmm. It’s a puzzler to me how anyone could oppose such a common sense measure.
Gosh, does anyone have any ideas? Hmmmmm?
Well JW there are the 12% Afros and the 17% who benefit from that vote. Oh yeah, the undertakes whose clients don’t have a drivers lesson but vote anyway. Then there’s the Kommiecrat party.
But as a racist (ie…ie, heterosexual, Christian, self employed, Marine Vet, gun owner) I just am not PC
If you’re a democrat, you’re gracious enough to understand that brown colored people are genetically inferior to “normal” people and thus expecting them to comply with the same norms as every other functioning adult is “insensitive”. It’s a shame republicans won’t point out what a bunch of knuckle-dragging Klansmen run the democrat party from the top down.
[…] telephone survey finds that just 22% oppose this kind of requirement.Well, that must mean that 70% of Americans are raaaaacist!Heritage has more.google_ad_client = "ca-pub-1395656889568144"; /* 300×250, created 8/11/08 */ […]
It is so racist to require that a black person who wishes to vote more than once has to obtain multiple fake IDs. Those things cost money, something you pampered fedora-wearin’ slave masters never have to worry about as you crush the aspirations of the 99% beneath the heels of your stiletto Pradas.
Photo ID requirements the worst of both worlds — haughty and intrusive on the part of government on one hand, insufficient for real verification on the other.
Either go with iris scan or some other difficult to spoof form of ID, or quit pretending it’s about the integrity of the system.
