Gaffe-Tastic!

Posted on | May 8, 2012 | 12 Comments

Joe Biden continues to demonstrate his gravitas:

“When we took office, let me remind you, there was virtually no international pressure on Iran. We were the problem,” Biden said. “We were diplomatically isolated in the world, in the region, in Europe.”
Biden continued, “We were neither fully respected by our friends nor feared by our opponents. Today is it starkly, starkly different.”

And Sarah Palin wasn’t qualified to be vice-president?

I wonder, with Biden, if it could be called ‘gaffe-itas’.

I read somewhere that Biden said maybe he and Hillary will team up in 2016.

I maintain Biden is mentally ill. Not partisan ‘oh he’s a crazy f*cker’ – I mean Biden’s ability to form thought before speaking has become impaired.

Is the picture of Biden on his plane, alone in his seat (no other seats around him) from the 2008 still around? That spoke volumes.

Joe Biden, International Man of Gaffe-istry…

And yet, Sarah Palin wasn’t qualified to be vice president?…

He really meant to say, “I am the problem.”

But we all knew that, already. (“Stand up, Chuck!”)

I’m leaning toward senile, myself. Not that he ever had that much in the way of a mind to lose to start with, mind you.

What I don’t understand is that in being picked for Veep, and in previous years, media has constantly referred to Biden as some sort of foreign policy expert.   HUH???

The fact is the man has been on the wrong side of almost every foreign policy issue going back to the idiotic Nuclear Freeze Movement in the ’80s – which would have prevented the upgrade of US nuclear deterrent in Europe AFTER the Soviets had already finished modernizing their own medium-range missiles, essentially guaranteeing to lock in Soviet nuclear superiority in a theater where the only chance to deter aggression was our superior missiles.  He also opposed Reagan’s defense build up and missile defense research which eventually bankrupted the Soviets and led to the fall of the Evil Empire.

Biden is a buffoon.  As such, he is a good fit for Obama, who isn’t very bright himself (but at least has the plausible patter of a street hustler from the ’70s), but a poor fit for America.

     Ex: has-been.
    Spurt: a drip under pressure.
expert: a has-been drip under pressure.

    Describes Biden perfectly.

That’s it!  Barry is the reincarnation of Huggy Bear.

They both missed their calling. Biden should have been a cabbie or a barber, though he should have retired from either one at least ten years ago. As for Obama, he should be in some office cubicle somewhere stapling together papers that he never reads beyond the page numbers. Of course, under an economy such as his masterpiece of despair, he would have probably been one of the first let go in the wave of downsizing due to increased use of computers for office work, which I seriously doubt he could ever get the hang of.

That’s the way of the world. People with common sense, integrity, morals, and ethics become Republicans. Dumbasses with pull become Democrats, then bitch about how the Republicans are unqualified.

Give the man a break.  Joe Biden is going to be dumped in favor of putting Hillary Clinton on the ticket. He needs to get 4 years worth of gaffes into the next 4 months.
