We’re fans of NBC-4. Jim Vance is just a legend. Sure, they’re in the tank for #OccupyResoluteDesk, but this report on the Pat Moran / Project Veritas situation handles things in a journalistic manner:

For this much coverage, I’m guessing that Jim Moran just isn’t all that well-loved. Great work, NBC-4!

There is an investigation. We’ll see if it’s more than a fig leaf.

At 33 seconds, NBC puts the F word on the screen (in the subtitles). ROFL.

The only possible charge is “conspiracy to commit election fraud,” and I seriously doubt there is a Commonwealth’s Attorney in Virginia who would bring such a charge when no actual fraud was ever attempted.

But we know that Jim Moran’s own son and Field Director for his campaign – the guy in charge of getting out the vote – didn’t throw a guy out for suggesting voter fraud, and offered his own ideas on it. The public has the information. Now we’ll see if all those federal employees are as corrupt as some say.

Lived in outside of DC for about 2 years and then in The District Itself for close to six. Love Jim Vance. Best dressed news anchor in America. Love his delivery, too.

I recognize any prosecution (let alone conviction) is remote. Frankly we should be promoting the hell out of it if only to hurt Pops Moran and Tim Kaine.

Layers of editors and fact checkers! They neglected to blur away the F-Bomb in the transcription at 33 seconds into the report. Hilarious!
