I’ve been saying for years that Biden is less dangerous than Obama precisely because he’s so obviously creepy and deranged. He’s the kind of president even a mediocre Washington establishment would find a way around — unlike Obama.
And this is the guy that Obama sends to do all his “negotiating” over trivial things like the nation’s debt ceiling, taxes, etc.
