Please, Lord, send someone to deliver the Palmetto state from that wretched squish.

Don’t let that boy cry! Can we find a real conservative to run in South Carolina!

Hmmm, takes after Dad there . . .

Want to beat Graham? All you need is at least $2 million, and a candidate.

So far, you have: no money, no candidate.

Don’t forget: voters. We’re not talking Chicago here, boss.

No, we were the first state to elect a US Senator on a write-in vote, guy named Thurmond.

But you don’t beat an established incumbent Senator here with nothing and nobody. And besides a lot of whining, that’s all ya got right now.

I should note that I’ve written Graham a couple of long screeds detailing his errors, and he has always responded with lengthy explanations, point by point. Not satisfactory to me, but he responded. And he read every word I wrote, or he could not have responded as he did.

Now, he is “only” an 85% lifetime conservative by ACU standards, but his straying from the reservation tends to be on high-profile matters like the “Gang of 14” nonsense or immigration reform. So it is on matters which attract attention and opposition.

But while my lifetime ideal Senators would be Thurmond and DeMint, I’ll live with my Graham and Scott and their voting record.

Smitty and others among you seem to despise Graham. But Smitty sends Warner and Kaine and Webb to the Senate from his state, they voted with Obama 100%. How are the rest of you guys doing in your own states? Maybe we in the Palmetto State would pay more attention to you if you cleaned up your own overflowing cesspools first.

Gee, my friend, I’d be happy to take Lindsey Bell to school based on the sound leadership of your Senators. Which state are you, again?

About like we had with your man Mittens. That can change Adjoran. There is still time and we shall see what happens. Frankly, if the little girl can’t be primaried, then the country is in even bigger trouble that it seems at the moment.

The money thing isn’t the biggest hurdle anyway. While money helps, it is not inevitable that the one with the most money wins. If that were the case then you’ll have to do some explaining, something, based on observing you here, is not your strong suit.

As if “we” are the ones that send them. We have one vote and are as subject to low info voters as the people of SC.

Graham strays from the reservation on things that really matter. A LOT. Not just high profile things either. The man is a quisling. Period. Just as his buddy Juan McCain. Before you criticize anyone for their cesspool, clean out your own. Frankly, I doubt you have any inclination to do so. After all he has an 85% rating, as if that is what really mattered. He has, alas, been as destructive of the country as many liberals. He certainly has little spine. If you want to live with such men representing you, then you are getting what you deserve, even if the rest of us do not. I just hope the people that are looking find a serious candidate and set him on the path. For Graham, I would violate my normal policy on donating to out of state races and support whoever runs against the little girl.
