The Eliminationist Rhetoric of @QueerSpring2013, Twitter Psychopath UPDATE: The ‘Pomosexual’ Mandela?

If you recall the reaction to passage of Proposition 8 (see my 2008 article “Gay Rights, Gay Rage”), you know that the more militant members of the gay rights movement are some of the most hate-filled lunatics in human history. Pol Pot looks reasonable by comparison.

One such deranged monster uses the Twitter handle @QueerSpring2013, whose profile announces a radical agenda:

HETEROSUPREMACIST APARTHEID LAWS
DENYING LGBTIQ HUMAN RIGHTS

Right: All hitherto existing human society has been an unjust and oppressive tyranny of “heterosupremacist apatheid,” of which this pseudonymous online ranter is the enraged victim. From this sense of victimhood is derived a self-righteousness that “liberates” the radical from all social norms, empowering them to attack any opponent By Any Means Necessary. A few samples of the resulting discourse:

QS2013 first showed up in my timeline attacking critics of the “Free Kate” movement (because if you don’t believe in the right to have sex in school toilet stalls with 14-year-olds, you’re a hater). And the goal of QS2013 is not to engage these critics in debate, but rather to silence them, to abolish dissent, to shut down the online voices of anyone who thinks Kaitlyn Hunt should stand trial in Florida.


The essence of QS2013’s argument: Decent law-abiding people have no rights, as “rights” are reserved entirely for criminal perverts.

UPDATE: Nothing is more predictable than that radicals will costume themselves in the “civil rights” wardrobe, without any thought to the appropriateness of the comparisons they invoke:

“Pornosexual”? Yeah. While advocating legal sex with 14-year-olds, it’s important to declare your enthusiasm for pornography.

UPDATE II: Thanks to the reader who scrutinized this and realized that the word is actually “pomosexual” — “pomo” being the ancient Greek word for lunatic. No, I’m kidding: “Pomo” is shorthand for postmodern, but most postmodernists are lunatics who spend a lot of time jacking off to porn, so it really means the same thing.

  11. I know that the Shrink Collective says homosexuality isn’t a mental disorder, but…seems some of these folks are textbook examples. Is it possible that, though it’s not a disorder, it can CAUSE disorders?

  16. Yes, that’s right. Over at Hillbuzz.org, Kevin Dujan is answering all questions about LGBT this month. It is fascinating. He says that means intersexed. You forgot the “A,” which he says means asexual, like the guy in Project Runway. The “Q” stands for Queer, and he explains that means the militant wing of what he calls the Gaystapo. Kevin is gay, and knows the dirt on Chicago politics.

  18. All that is necessary to discredit QS2013 is to quote QS2013. Weirdos like that can’t handle being exposed as the hate-filled monsters they actually are, and this reaction — obscenity-filled rants demanding that the “Jesus Freaks” must be BANNED! BANNED! BANNED! — will have quite the opposite of the effect intended by QS13.

    I snicker when I read these folks comparing themselves to Nelson Mandela and MLK? Really?!! The most hatefu radical gays seem to specialize in threatening people, calling them disgusting names, trying to get others fired. I don’t see they having major peaceful marches or willing to get thrown in jail-because nobody IS throwing them in jail. These folks are an embarrassment to some of the gays I know, some of whom are Christians and wouldn’t speak in these terms.

  39. QS’s diatribes stand out, in part, for her visceral hatred towards Christianity. Kevin at Hillbuzz explains that the institutional left uses LGBT’s as goon squads to erode our society. He explains that as they attain their goals, such as marriage rights, the revocation of DADT and DOMA, etc., and the grand prize, the Catholic Church.   44. I’m not shaking my head. Not only do I agree, I’ve spoken to rank-and-file Leftists, gay or straight, who want to live to see the day Christians and conservatives are persecuted if we ever speak aloud the Truth and advocate for true Freedom.

    Why do that really hate us? Because our very presence and existence reminds them of their sins, their unwillingness to repent for them. It’s as simple as that.

  45. Spot on. I’ve been saying the same for years. I would also say that home schooling will be attacked, as well, because they can’t have parents opt out of the agenda.

  46. I expect homeschooling will be the next attack point, but that will be problematic, because of course, it’s not just Christians who are doing it. More and more secular folks are.

    But no Christian should be surprised at the coming attacks. The Book of Revelation points to it and both Jesus and Paul gave warnings about it.

    Just another reason to keep putting on the full armor of God.
