The mission of enforcing intellectual conformity requires Azusa Pacific University to disinvite bestselling author Charles Murray from campus, lest any of APU’s students should be encouraged to think that there can be any acceptable disagreement with liberals.
Liberal academia tolerating open and honest debate is sort of like Justin Bieber recording a kick-ass rock-and-roll album: Theoretically, it is not impossible, but nobody expects it to happen.
I was not surprised at all at the release of this. They don’t care about a discussion.

“I also understand from another faculty member that he and the provost were afraid of “hurting our faculty and students of color.” The people with governmental training wheels have spoken.
“I also understand from another faculty member that he and the provost were afraid of “hurting our faculty and students of color.”
I’m thinking: Too late…they’re at freaking Azusa Pacific Institute for the Advancement of Mediocrity
“lest any of APU’s students should be encouraged to think that there can be any acceptable disagreement with liberals.”
Well…
APU is liberal and it is a think-tank.
But, you shall not be allowed to think in that same tank. “Think-tank”.
And liberals claim conservatives are fascists
[…] TOM: Charles Murray dis-invited at Azusa Pacific University […]
A very sad thing at a Christian college.
Projection and denial — so long as they say we are fascists, they believe they cannot be.
Azusa Pacific is supposedly a Christian University. Another one bites the dust.
APU is hardly a liberal bastion so this is doubly disappointing.
Was not Cal Queles banned from this forum for little more than pointing out Karl Marx’s grandfathers to both be rabbis?
