Internet ‘Porn Diva,’ 19, Arrested for Bisexual Video Orgy With Girls 12, 13, 14

The police affidavit in this case is astonishing: Bianca Byndloss, 19, and her co-defendants Christian Hernandez, 19, and Brian Yanes, 18, engaged in a May 25 orgy with three girls ages 12, 13 and 14. All are charged with multiple felonies and it looks like an open-and-shut case because all three suspects and also the victims “recorded the sex acts with their cell phones,” to quote the June 18 affidavit for Hernandez’s arrest.

The affidavit states that Hernandez had sex with the 12-year-old, and that his cell phone contained videos of the 13-year-old performing oral sex on the 12-year-old, as well as a video of the 12-year-old “digitally penetrating [Byndloss’s] vagina.” Meanwhile, according to the affidavit, the 14-year-old’s cell phone contained video of Hernandez “digitally penetrating” the 12-year-old, as well as three other “videos depicting the co-defendants and victims engaged in sexual acts, while [Hernandez] is sitting on the bed.”

Byndloss had used the Twitter account @bibiMiami (now deleted) to promote herself as an “up-and-cumming [sic] porn diva” online. The Miami Herald reports her background:

Byndloss has two previous brushes with the law. In 2013, police arrested her on charges of burglary and petty theft, a case that was quickly dropped. In January, she was charged with misdemeanor battery, a case that was also dropped.

So as soon as she turned 18, Byndloss started racking up an arrest record and, although both those previous charges were dropped, now we find her charged with serious felonies — three counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a minor and promoting sexual performance of a child — in a case where the police say they have overwhelming evidence against her. There is no reason, given the nature of the crimes and the clear evidence of guilt, for the prosecutor to show leniency or to offer a plea bargain. And if you’re Byndloss’s lawyer, there’s no way you want a case like this to go to a jury trial.

Yet, according to the Smoking Gun, Byndloss popped up on Twitter after she made bail Friday and, before she deleted her account, she tweeted out such stupid sentiments as “fun leads to trouble just live and learn” and “I love my career i hope this doesn’t interfere with my dreams but only time will tell.”

Bibi, sweetheart: You’re going to prison.

After you get out of prison — maybe by the time you’re 30, or maybe not — you will be required to register as a sex offender. And as for your “career” . . . Well, have you seen Orange Is the New Black?

We should additionally note that (a) Byndloss is the same age as Duke University porn star Miriam Weeks/”Belle Knox” and (b) this depraved crime occurred in Florida, which is also home to such infamous perverts as the fugitive boy-molester Denise Harvey, convicted girl-molester Nichol Marie Phelps, gay teen porn star Robert Marucci and, most notoriously, teen lesbian sex offender Kaitlyn Hunt.

It takes less than one generation for, “What two people do in the privacy of their own…” to mutate into, “What three adults do in private with three children, two goats and a shetland pony…” In twenty years, if things don’t change, this won’t be a crime…it’ll be a reality show…

  5. You know, people keep acting as if there were some sort of golden age where adults didn’t sexually molest children.

    Guess what? It happened twenty years ago, it happened forty years ago, it happened sixty years ago, and it happened eighty years ago.

    It is not something new, not some sign of the times, not some terrible symptom of a philosophy you do not agree with.

    Now, you can spend time lamenting for a time that never was, denouncing all life paths you don’t follow, or you can do something today.

    If you want to denounce libertarianism for “enabling” behavior you don’t like, how is that different from the progressives denouncing conservatives for behavior they don’t like?

    Can we tack on a Just Plain Stupid rider, of about 17 extra years, to their sentences? It’s stupid to commit that kind of felony, and it’s feloniously stupid to actually record the crimes for law enforcement.

    The difference today is that there is a dedicated and increasingly successful movement afoot to normalise, legalise, and mainstream this sort of thing!

  10. I wonder if the stampede of Kaitlyn Hunt’s defenders will rush forward to stick up for this particular perp. After all, the defendant and the oldest victim are almost the same ages as Kaitlyn and her victim. And heck, how can we tell a 12 year old and a 14 year old that their love is not valid? I mean, “They are only two years apart!” Then next time, when the victims are 12 and 10, we can slide the goalposts a bit further down the field…

  13. I agree this sort of thing has been going on for a long time, but the erosion of culture where it is flaunted is something new…or if not new, I should say a revision of something that was denounced back in Genesis.

    Small “l” political libertarianism is certainly not the root cause of this, nor should it be blamed. There is a big difference between being a libertarian and being a libertine. But the “l” words of lefty and liberal (and not in the classical sense), however, do play a roll.

  18. Our molester that went to Canada…. well, I saw where a Utah man who went to Canada and had sex several times with a 12 y.o. was sentenced to only 2 yrs. So to Canadians our sentences are draconian and we may see more seek asylum there.

    For example, if I were to point out (again) that homosexuality does not mean pedophilia, several folks here would chime in that I was all for sex with children.

    In another place, if I were to disagree (again) with the notion that Christians should be locked away on general principle, several folks there would chime in that I was all for religious oppression.

    The biggest and hardest lesson that I’ve had to learn is that no one group has THE answer, and no group that says it has THE answer can be fully trusted.

  25. It is a basic part of Libertarian ideology that the age to contract is arbitrary. The age of consent is the same, they just prefer not to speak about it so much.

    Now, Ron Paul rejected the LP policy of abortion on demand without restriction. But that didn’t mean it was no longer LP policy.

    But claiming it is not the policy is simply not true.

  27. Any kind of age line is arbitrary. People mature differently, etc. However, there is no other way to go about it. Since it is impractical to make laws that are dependent on how mature someone is (if it were even possible to measure that), an arbitrary measure is used: age.

    Why is adulthood 18, while drinking age is 21? Why is age of consent 18 in Florida but 16 in Montana? Are those Montana kids more mature? Lines had to be drawn, and so they were. Arbitrarily.

  28. Uhhh, saying that “any kind of age line is arbitrary” looks kind of silly when the ages of the victims in this case were 12, 13 and 14. You might have had more of a reasonable case were the victims 16 and 17, which would have been legal in some states, but no one has sex legal down with 12 year olds.

    I was pointing out that an age of consent is, in fact, arbitrary. I further stated that it was necessary. Nowhere did I state that the crimes in this case should not be crimes.

    Most philosophies advocate some kind of generalized law about when a child is to be considered an adult. Nobody, that I am aware of, advocates some kind of individualized analysis of every child to see if they have reached maturity. Instead, an age line is drawn, and it applies to everyone.

    Libertarians, in the majority, are not different in this regard than Republicans or Democrats, or Socialists, or any other group with any kind of significant following.

    Sure, you could probably dig up someone calling themselves a Libertarian who thinks that a child at the age of 4 should be able to work in a factory, but that is an outlier. You can find people calling themselves Conservative or Progressive, or whatever else who say all kinds of things, but that doesn’t mean that what they say represents the whole group.

  31. You and I went round and round this one before. There are big reasons why I call myself libertarian and not Libertarian. I do not answer to Ron Paul and I do not answer to the Libertarian Party. In fact, I don’t particularly like Ron or Rand Paul. I’ve not been fond of any LP candidate since Harry Browne.

    There are many things that people who have never lived in Florida misunderstand about Florida but foremost are that it is very big, very diverse, and very, very weird.

    More accurately, a classical liberal. The “founding” is at least a couple of centuries before you place it.

    If you want to define me by my beliefs, at least do me the courtesy of learning what those beliefs are before showing your ignorance.

    With the internet age came an explosion in the number of media outlets competing for our viewership. Anything sensational be it murder, sexcapades or the just plain goofy creates a rush for one outlet to air it first in an attempt to herd viewers away from the other guys channel or website.

    You’re right. This stuff’s always been around. It just wasn’t considered “news” back then.
