UPDATE: @AmandaBynes Is Crazy

Posted on | November 7, 2014 | 74 Comments

This isn’t necessarily news to anyone who has followed the (literally) insane misadventures of Miss Ultimate Starlet Meltdown:

Amanda Bynes is flat-out admitting it.
She was tired and fell asleep on a couch at her local mall, the Beverly Center.
It’s the latest step in the Amanda Bynes journey. She tweeted that she slept there because she “did not have money” for a hotel. . . .
It’s all part of Bynes’ latest battle over money. She wants control of her finances. Her parents now have conservatorship. She has been tweeting that her lawyer is working to get control of her money back to her.
Access Hollywood reports that conservatorship is soon be divided between Amanda’s mom, Lynn Bynes, and a professional private fiduciary.
Amanda’s conservatorship attorney David Esquibias told Access he will work with the unnamed private trust firm to ensure that the actress’ needs are taken care of more efficiently.
“My goal is to get her permanent adequate housing,” Esquibias said, adding he hopes to have the change made official by the judge in the case as early as Friday.

TMZ has gossip from “sources”:

Sources connected to Amanda tell TMZ … she wants “a normal life,” and she believes working in a bar would achieve that goal.
Amanda says she’s well aware of the obvious impediment — she attracts so much attention it would be hard to function as a bartender.
As for why Amanda is even thinking of getting a job … she desperately needs money. She doesn’t have access to her $5.7 million fortune because of her conservatorship, and only gets between $50 and $100 a day. As for what she wants to do with the money, aside from getting an apartment, she wants plastic surgery because she thinks she’s ugly.

Let your brain process these thoughts: She’s got more than $5 million in the bank, but she only gets $100 a day. She’s sleeping on a sofa in the mall, she’s telling friends she wants to get a job as a bartender and she thinks she’s so ugly she needs plastic surgery. Yet all the liberals who run the cultural industry that warped this poor girl’s mind want to keep telling us there’s a Republican “War on Women”?

Andrew Breitbart always said Hollywood was worse than D.C.

As usual, Andrew was right. Damn, I miss him more each day.

What does it cost to join the WFC?

Don’t cost nuthin’. Occasional purchases of stuff from Amazon through the links on my posts is always appreciated, though.

I’ll be honest, after 4+ years of posting Live at Five, I honestly don’t have any idea how half those people became “famous”; I figure if it’s not mentioned in the WeSmirch blurb that they’re either reality TV “stars” or rappers.

You say box, Smitty says gash, Margot and Amanda living with the cats…

    I denounce myself.

5 mil is not a lot of money to live off in LA, especially if a professional money manager is getting a cut. She might expect $100,000 a year to cover her expenses and most of that she would not see. To live the life of the rich and famous she would need a job.

    “Celebrities”….that’s the problem.
If we look at who’s in the news, more often than not, it’s a celebrity who really has no talent. He or she may be good to look at. They may do or say outrageous things that members of the low information crowd are simply fascinated with.
    Birds of a feather.

These so-called celebrities are paid large sums of money which, because of who and what they are, they have no idea how to manage except for bling !
They have legions of adoring fans who for some reason look up to and idolize them.
They end up thinking that they are special and talented when it was really just a matter of luck and this society’s inane tastes that got them where they are.
    “Where’s that?”, some may ask.
I don’t know what its called but its where the likes of Ms. Bynes, Ms. Lohan and any cast member of Celebrity Apprentice end up.
Has beens who never really were.

Harsh sounding? Absolutely. But the people who made the likes of Amanda Bynes who she
was and now is are the reason this country is circling the drain. Hell its how we ended up with a President who had nowhere near the experience required to be the leader of this country.
And I ain’t even talking about his personal politics- he’s unqualified.

    (You see , in the end it’s all Obama’s fault…:- )

If she had a nickle for every internet comment about her……she’d have more money than Trump!

I’ve mentioned the crazy feminists in science fiction a couple of times. Full scale war just broke out and the white intersectional feminists are fighting the non-white intersectional feminists with dramatic cries of not being intersectional enough and calling each other racists and using their bizarre jargon on each other. It’s delicious.

Well, not exactly read, as such. I definitely look at the pictures, though. I do skim the headlines. You know, in case I might turn out to be famous without knowing it, sort of thing.

I thought she wasn’t doing well in NYC. Remember all the “You’re ugly” incidents and other bizarre behavior?

You must not have had elementary/early middle school age kids in the mid 2000s. She was a Nickelodeon star.

BTW, I scan Live at Five every day. Sometimes several times. So add me to the +1 column, despite my japery.

I think you missed the part about her getting arrested for marijuana possession and tossing her bong out her 36th floor window. Here maybe this link will remind you, if you want to get snarky.

That all happened in 2013, WHEN SHE WAS LIVING IN NYC.

Yep. That was before her family stepped in. Then everything cleared up until she went to the West Coast.

And when did that happen? When did she move to the West Coast?

I don’t know, but if you had a rich, famous, crazy, druggy daughter, how much of her money would you give her?

    November 14th, 2014 @ 11:13 am

Well you never answered, so I’ll answer for you . . . She was in California in July 2013.

Arrested in NYC in May 2013 for smoking pot and throwing a bong out of a 36th floor window; placed in a California mental health facility in late July 2013.

I don’t know when this magical period of calm lucidity occurred in NY, unless you are talking about the month of June 2013 — but I don’t think that month qualifies as staying in school and out of trouble.

I didn’t because I’ve better things to do than attempt to pick apart the life of someone I don’t even know for the purpose of kicking them around when they’ve done absolutely nothing to you to bring this.

I actually have something for her you lack: Compassion. Shut your piehole if all you want to do is bash.
