3. I don’t know why you are stumping for this big-government guy, Smitty.  Look up his voting record, he isn’t a conservative.  He’s a protectionist, he voted for more entitlements (medicare perscription rug plan), and he voted for many other things.

   Why are you supporting this Rino, Smitty?  Here is a video of him supporting Arlen Spector aka, the vote that caused Obamacare.

6. Get used to the idea that Ron Paul is NOT going to be the GOP nominee. Or don’t get used to it, it doesn’t matter, but that’s the fact. We can’t afford to lose two or possibly three, or more, GOP votes for every one new voter Paul would get, and who would never vote for the GOP anyway without him as the nominee. You guys don’t play well with others so why should you expect us to bend over to accommodate you? I hope Paul does run on a third party ticket. For the simple fact it would hurt Obama more than it would come close to hurting the GOP. I can see some freaky far left loon 9/11 conspiracy theorists and the America out of every place in the world pacifist types voting for him, but they would come more from Democrats and other leftist groups than they would the GOP. No real conservative will vote for that guy, and for damn sure no real Republican will vote for him. You can take that to the bank.
