That’s right: My close personal friend Steven Crowder — follow him on Twitter — has been honored with an invitation to speak at BlogCon 2012, April 20-21, at the fabulous Hilton Center City in Charlotte, North Carolina. Here is Steven’s latest video, produced in association with the National Center for Public Policy Research:
Trust me, folks, you don’t want to miss BlogCon 2012. All the important people in conservative New Media will be there. IYKWIMATIYD.
Have you been deemed of sufficient weight to go to this one?
Are you kidding?
Yeah, I’m making the road trip down there. You can treat it like Rush Limbaugh, Mr. Robert Stacy McCarbonite. 😉
I’d offer to ride shotgun, but the CPA exam is on Monday and Tuesday of the following week, and I’m going to be holed up with a case of Diet Coke, a bag of cheese sticks, and about fifty zillion flash cards.
You won’t want to miss that 2:30 p.m. Friday panel: “Pitching and promoting your work.”
Bummer, man: it would be like Vegas, less a few thousand light bulbs.
Please say you got invited.
I’m sure RSM’s not not invited; he nurtures a chip on the shoulder, AFAICT.
Do I need to declare a fatwah on tabitha hale?
Stacy’s invitation is in the mail along with mine.
Scheduled delivery is three weeks after the Apocalypse.
No.
It is not that I bear a grudge against anyone, Smitty. Rather, it has been made abundantly clear that I am persona non grata.
No, Tabitha has made it clear that I am alone to blame for her hatred of me.
What happened was this: I thought I was doing good work that deserved recognition. But I was wrong. So when I made mention of my lack of recognition — well, that was wrong, too.
Tabitha Hale is the only person with the authority to decide who is BlogCon-worthy, and to question her authority is wrong.
I hope this is all perfectly clear.
Or when it’s held in the Satan’s Ninth Circle Ski Resort. Whichever comes first.
I thought only libtards blamed the victim.
I love you, man.
