Tell us what you *really* think, Nigel!  Doesn’t hurt that he cites one of my all-time favorite songs.

Well someone had to post the video and the money quote is this: “well nothin’ I do don’t seem to work it only seems to make matters worse”.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PamMPGFmohU

A budding Churchill. How I wish we had him to unleash upon Obama.

He is pointing out Einsteins definition of Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Of course that doesn’t apply to any high-ranking American politicians we know …

“But Nigel, don’t you understand?  THIS time will be DIFFERENT!”

The man is only stating the obvious – which has been quite obvious for more than two years to anyone who can operate a pocket calculator.

The only country which understands this (now that France has dumped Sarkozy) is Germany, and their efforts to explain arithmetic to the rest have fallen upon deaf ears.  The rest of the EU seems to think Germany will pay all their bills even if it drives them into their own bankruptcy.

If they really want to get their point across, they should build a tank factory or two.  The rest of the Continent will surely notice that.

If only our Congress were half as eloquent and forthright as Our Nigel.  At least it would make our swan dive into the crapper entertaining.

he left some folks with bleeding anal orifices…… Wonder if this is being seen, though, in Euro countries or if it’s being hidden away so no one gets upset by his, clearly, ‘extreme’ conservatism…

Not an expert here, but it does seem like since they introduced the Eurozone in the 1990s (the currency that is) it’s just been one crisis after another. What, really, are the benefits? And doesn’t digital technology make currency conversion etc. much easier? Just what is the downside of going back to national economies and currencies?

The French and Brits did, but they just made a few mewling sounds. They didn’t want to believe what Adolf said because it might put a few of their social programs in jepardy.

The issue of saving the Euro is a dead letter. All Europe as Japan , China, South tand other industrialized nations are in their demographic deah throes. European  women are having only 1.3 births on average and you need 2.1to maintain the population, At 1.2 births per woamn a society has doomed itself to economic collapse and rapid extinction.
The low birth figures per woman have been prevailing since the 1970s while Europes immigant muslim hordes are producing babies at triple that rate. Three of four of the Netherlands largest cities now havea muslim majority

Wow. Kicking arse and naming names…to their face. Love the cutaways with the embarrassed grins on those he names. “Harumph sir! This sort of thing is simply not done in polite company!”
