The Internet Never Forgets

And by “the Internet,” of course, I mean, Ed Driscoll:

Politico has numerous journalists who during the campaign in 2008 were on the infamous “JournoList,” which dubbed itself the “non-official campaign” for Obama’s election bid. The JournoList was created by Ezra Klein, who is now with the Washington Post. . . .
Another self-admitted member of the JournoList is Ben Smith, who is now with Buzzfeed; there’s a reason why John Nolte has singlehandedly made “BenSmithing” a verb to describe new media doing Obama’s bidding. . . .
The terrorist attack on Benghazi on September 11th 2012, and the eventual feckless “What difference does it make?” response to the Senate by Obama’s Secretary of State — the same Hillary Clinton his election campaign repeated denigrated would eventually turn the message of Obama’s earlier Orwell-inspired video in on itself. Not the least of which because the man responsible for the piece of social media that the Obama administration initially tried to pin the attack on, during their initial modified limited hangout, is still rotting in jail. . . .

Read the whole thing.

And the MSM wonders why we revile the whole stinking lot of them.

Unless you believe that the US government can borrow and spend its way to a place other than a hyper-inflationary hellhole I say lets admit that the US government can no longer afford to function as the worlds policeman.

[…] Watch to the end. For a minute I thought Obama did his signature “flip the bird while touching the face” but I think that was his pinky. I guess he’s finally figured out that the internet never forgets. […]

Intervention has already happened. We’re sending jet fighters to Egypt, money to all of them, who knows what else.

Remember also that the only reason “Journ-O-List” had to go underground was they were mean to Dave Weigel, who tired of explaining that his then-job at WaPo was covering conservatives and he couldn’t smear them with every sentence or they would quit talking to him, and so spilled the beans.

Of course it has been reconstituted under better security, as is evident by not only the same approach to every political story across the mass media, but the use of the same words and phrases by supposedly unrelated outlets, sometimes within minutes of a story breaking.

Truth and facts are old hat, they are all propagandists for the Obama regime now.

FOX’s interview with a “special operator” is over at Scoop’s.

They have two more coming, evidently (timed to string them out a few days to draw in more viewers, natcher’ly).

This Benghazi thing is falling around their knees like Bill Clinton’s pants in the White House. Bottom line: they lied, they betrayed our men, and we need to know exactly what barack did, minute-by-minute.

The special ops guys know what happened, and some are stepping up to talk, despite threats they are receiving. (Scoop has another FOX News item about those threats, also.)

Romney didn’t have the balls to do what needed to be done. I’m glad Ed is on this, and also glad Sarah Palin called these partying fools in DC “assclowns.” (It’s now a term of art!)

Looks like Doug Ross (the Economy Charts Boss) has a transcript of the interview up, too. I love transcripts. They take far less of my time.

$123 million here, a couple (or 4) F-16 fighter jets there are pretty soon you are talking real fiat currency.

I don’t think they wonder, because they don’t really know. That’s how insulated they are in their bubble. Even today, the former members of Jounolist can’t understand why anyone would think anything’s wrong with it. Behind the scenes collusion and coordination is normal for them now.

The administration will do everything they cane to cover it up so many people being from Thugtown Chicago, will threaten and harass people who come forward as whistleblowers to say how badly this was botched and there may be even more sinister behind it-that the incident was an attempt to use the situation to bring credit to the President. Although we need people to stand firm in telling the truth, we need more than that. We need supernatural power. If you’re a person of religious faith, pray by name for these men who were killed-Chris Stevens, Sean Smiith. Glen Doherty and Tyrone Wood(s)? that “justice might roll down like water and righteousness like a mighty stream” and that truth might come out and the forces behind these murders be exposed and brought to justice. Pray for protection for the whistleblowers that they might do the right thing.

Journolist was created by a young arrogant leftist and naturally attracted pretty much the same type of person as members of the list. It seems today’s leftwing “cool kids” are bossy little pricks who were teachers pet of some radical indoctrinating teacher some where along the course of their K-12 public education.

Remember the politics driving the F-16 give away are the subsidized jobs for those making the F-16s. I question that but wonder if we are going to give the damn things away why not give them to our friends?

They don’t care. Today’s media didn’t come up like Stacy – you know, actually reporting small stuff and learning the craft. They were fostered in “schools of journalism,” a euphemism for nests of leftist professors who weren’t smart enough for the English Department, to become part of the leftist elite.

They believe they are superior because they are leftists, and scoff at those of us who don’t share their ideology.

I am sure you know that the rebels can’t possibly mount an effective rebellion on one million dollars less than $123 million dollars. Keep up this talk and they may have to impose invasion delays and postpone the greening of the whole project.
