Why Wasn’t Ibraheem Yazeed in Jail?

Aniah Blanchard (front center) with her family.

“The warrant affidavit for [Ibraheem] Yazeed says blood discovered in the passenger’s side of [Aniah Blanchard’s] car was indicative of someone suffering a life threatening injury.”

Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that this beautiful 19-year-old girl will be found alive, and the suspect will likely face murder charges:

The abduction of Alabama college student Aniah Blanchard outside an Auburn convenience store was witnessed, according to new court records made public Friday.
Charging documents against 29-year-old Ibraheem Yazeed said he was witnessed “forcing Blanchard into a vehicle against her will and then leaving with her in the vehicle. Blanchard has not been located at this time.”
Yazeed, formally charged Thursday with first-degree kidnapping, was taken into custody late Thursday night by U.S. Marshals in Pensacola. It was through that arrest that the affidavit in the kidnapping case became available. . . .
According to the affidavit by Auburn police Det. Josh Mixon, Blanchard was last seen by a family member the evening of Oct. 23 at a residence in the 1000 block of Alan Avenue in Auburn. The Southern Union College student from Homewood was officially reported missing Thursday, Oct. 24. She last communicated with a friend late on the night of Oct. 23. Police said her vehicle was seen in the early-morning hours of Oct. 24 along South College Street.
Police recovered the teen’s black 2017 Honda CRV from an apartment complex on the 6100 block of Boardwalk Boulevard in Montgomery around 6:15 p.m. the following evening, which was Friday. A citizen reported the vehicle to police.
Auburn police Capt. Lorenza Dorsey said Blanchard’s vehicle had been damaged sometime between the last time it was seen in Auburn and Friday night. The charging document obtained Friday said that blood evidence was discovered in the passenger’s compartment of the vehicle and was “indicative of someone suffering a life-threatening injury.”
The evidence was submitted to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences and confirmed to be that of Blanchard. Video evidence from the convenience store at 1599 South College Street placed both Blanchard and Yazeed at the store during the same time. “This was the last time she was seen,” Mixon wrote. A witness later identified Yazeed as the individual he saw forcing Blanchard into a vehicle against her will. . . .
Yazeed was already awaiting trial in an unrelated kidnapping, robbery and attempted murder in Montgomery that left a 77-year-old man “near death.”
Auburn Police Chief Paul Register said there’s a strong possibility at least one other person was involved in Blanchard’s disappearance and more arrests are expected.

As I mentioned in an update last night (“Police Arrest Ibraheem Yazeed, 29, in Disappearance of Aniah Blanchard, 19”), the suspect has a lengthy criminal record — apparently his entire adult life has been devoted to perpetrating crime — and yet, for some reason, Yazeed managed to get bonded out after being arrested for a savage crime that nearly killed an old man. What is happening in Alabama’s criminal justice system that would result in such a dangerous person being turned loose on the streets? I don’t know, but I suspect it might have something to do with The Bail Project, a Soros-funded operation I wrote about in April: “‘No One Could Have Predicted This Tragedy’ (But It Was Predictable).”

If what I suspect is true, here we have a young woman of color being victimized by a serial offender because turning violent criminals loose is what a bunch of idiot liberals consider “social justice.” People should be angry, and there needs to be some serious reporting on this. More violence against women that feminists won’t notice, for some reason.

Police Arrest Ibraheem Yazeed, 29, in Disappearance of Aniah Blanchard, 19

Probably the suspect was resisting arrest, or something.

Far be it from me to imagine that a fugitive apprehended in the kidnapping of a teenager might have been intentionally injured by the cops who caught him, because accidents happen. (Nudge, nudge.) All things considered, Ibraheem Yazeed should count himself lucky that one of the police officers didn’t accidently fire a pistol into his face five or six times. But let’s go to the unbiased news coverage:

A man wanted in connection with the disappearance of UFC fighter Walt Harris’ 19-year-old stepdaughter was arrested in Florida late Thursday night, just one day after police released video surveillance showing him in the same location where the victim was last seen.
Ibraheem Yazeed, 29, was booked into the Escambia County Jail Friday at around 2:38 a.m. after U.S. Marshals and local law enforcement tracked him down to an area near Highway I-10 and Pine Forest Rd. in Pensacola where he was said to be hiding in a brushy area, dressed all in black, WEAR-tv reported.
Yazeed was arrested on an out-of-state-fugitive charge and is being held without bond, according to inmate records.
It’s likely that he is awaiting extradition to Alabama, where a warrant was issued Thursday for his arrest on the charge of kidnapping in the first degree in the disappearance of Aniah Blanchard.
Auburn Police said in a news release that Blanchard disappeared on Oct. 23 after she was last seen on video surveillance inside a convenience store on South College Street. Her 2017 Honda CR-V was then observed heading southbound on the same street. Investigators say she was last heard from after speaking to a friend just before midnight.
She was reported missing by her family the following day.
On Oct. 25, her vehicle was found significantly damaged and abandoned at an apartment complex in Montgomery. Several days later police announced that the investigation turned criminal after evidence collected from the car signaled that Blanchard “was harmed and is considered to be a victim of foul play.” . . .
Auburn police said that Yazeed was out on bond for kidnapping and attempted murder charges during the time of Blanchard’s disappearance.

Holy freaking crap! This guy had already been charged with two serious felonies in a different case, but somehow got bailed out and then, according to police, he kidnapped this beautiful 19-year-old girl who is probably dead somewhere. My guess is that the injury Yazeed sustained while being apprehended in Florida is nothing compared to the injury that this girl’s father — a professional fighter — would like to inflict.

UPDATE: This guy has an extensive criminal record:

He first appeared to run afoul of the law in April 2011 when he was charged with two counts of first-degree robbery. Yazeed, and three other unnamed co-defendants, robbed two men at gunpoint of about $2,700 in cash, two wallets, a $50 money order and a cellphone at the Good Night Inn on West South Boulevard, according to court records.
Those cases were ultimately dismissed by a grand jury.
In January 2012, Yazeed allegedly rammed a vehicle into a Montgomery police officer’s patrol car in an attempt to kill two officers as they exited the vehicle at a Chevron gas station on East South Boulevard.
Those cases were also dismissed by a grand jury, according to court records.
In September 2013, Yazeed was charged with possession of a pistol without a permit and first-degree possession of marijuana. According to the arrest affidavits, Yazeed was found “hanging over the entrance gate” to the Blount Mansion on Taylor Road. The officer then conducted a search of his vehicle after smelling marijuana and discovered a bag of the substance under the driver’s seat along with a pistol.
About two weeks after that interaction with law enforcement, an officer attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle Yazeed was driving, according to court records. He failed to stop, hopping a grassy median to get to another parking lot before jumping out of the still moving vehicle and fleeing to a wooded area. The officer caught him a short time later.
Police found about 3 grams of crack cocaine in the area Yazeed was apprehended. A search of the vehicle revealed 16 grams of marijuana and rolling papers. He was subsequently charged with attempting to elude, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of crack cocaine and second-degree possession of marijuana.
Yazeed was indicted on all the September 2013 charges, and he pleaded guilty to them in 2015.
In January 2016, former Circuit Judge William Shashy sentenced Yazeed to serve 30 days in the county jail on the misdemeanor pistol permit charge, and 13 months on the felony drug charge. The sentence for the drug charge, however, was suspended and he was ordered to 6 months probation, according to court records.
Months later, Yazeed was sentenced on the remaining charges. A judge ruled he’d serve 13 months, though that too was suspended.
Three days after his sentencing, Yazeed was charged with trafficking spice, but the case was ultimately dismissed by a grand jury.
Yazeed then left the city and was arrested by Cass County sheriff’s deputies in Missouri on a warrant from Johnson County, Kansas, in July 2017. He was charged with aggravated battery on a law enforcement official, aggravated assault, fleeing a law enforcement official and first-degree possession of marijuana. Online court records do not detail the events that led to those charges.
Yazeed remained in the Johnson County Jail until his trial in February 2018. He was found guilty of fleeing a law enforcement official and possession of marijuana but found not guilty of the aggravated assault and battery charges.
A judge in March 2018 sentenced Yazeed to serve 16 months in jail. He was released from the Johnson County Jail six days later, earning credit for the approximately eight months he waited in jail for a resolution to the cases.
Less than a year later, Yazeed was back in the Montgomery County Jail accused of entering a SureStay Hotel on Eastern Boulevard armed with a handgun in January and holding two men against their will with Nicky Terrell Gains and Jessie Dale Ford.
According to court records, the trio beat one victim “until he was unconscious, unresponsive, severely injured and near death.” The other victim was also beaten and injured, according to records.
Before fleeing the scene, the three took a Rolex watch, rifle, handguns, wallets, credit and debit cards, clothing and cash from both the victims.
Yazeed and Ford were captured when Macon County deputies made contact with a vehicle driving erratically down the interstate. Inside the vehicle was a severely beaten 77-year-old man who has been assaulted, robbed and abducted from his vehicle in Montgomery, investigators with the State Bureau of Investigations.
Yazeed was ultimately charged with two counts of first-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree robbery, attempted murder and first-degree possession of marijuana. He was freed on a combined $295,000 bond, set by a magistrate when the warrants were initially signed, the day after his arrest in February.

Can someone explain to me how this one-man crime wave — the perpetual perpetrator, the eternal offender — was able to raise bail money? I mean, if one of my children had spent the past decade engaged in violent felonies and sundry lesser offenses, I’d be like, “F–k no, I ain’t bailing you out again.” And yet Yazeed gets sprung on a $250,000 bond?

My brother has suggested Yazeed’s bond must have been posted by some kind of 501(c)3 tax-exempt group. Apparently, it’s now “charity” to spring career felons from jail, so as not to infringe their right to terrorize the law-abiding citizenry. If there is such a 501(c)3 doing this, I’d be willing to bet that it’s funded by George Soros.

Florida Man Raped 15-Year-Old Girl, Posted Videos to Internet, Police Say

He also paid for her abortion:

When a 15-year-old girl’s mother found out sexually explicit photos of her daughter were online, it had been nearly a year since her family had seen her.
Police investigated and discovered nearly 60 pornographic videos of the Sunrise girl posted on Periscope, Pornhub, Modelhub, Snapchat and other websites, according to an arrest report.
In some of the videos with the girl was a bald man who police recognized as one of two men the girl was with in February when a clerk at a 7-11 in Davie recognized her. Police obtained video surveillance from the store after that Feb. 26 sighting was reported.
The video shows the girl trying to shield her face so the clerk at the store at 8630 W. State Road 84 couldn’t see her. The girl and the two men left in a black Dodge Challenger. Its tag was not visible, the report said.
Police eventually linked the Dodge to a 30-year-old Davie man named Christopher Johnson and conducted surveillance at his apartment in the 8100 block of Southwest 24th Court.
On Tuesday, when Johnson and the girl left the apartment and drove away in a black Dodge Challenger, police pulled them over.
The girl later told detectives many of the videos of her having sex with Johnson had been recorded at his apartment, according to the report.
Because of her age and the nature of the crime, the South Florida Sun Sentinel is not identifying the girl.
A search warrant executed at Johnson’s apartment produced paperwork from an abortion clinic.
“The victim stated that she got pregnant from the defendant and he took her to the clinic to have an abortion,”
Detective Adam Granit wrote in Johnson’s arrest report.
Johnson denied having sex with the girl.
He was arrested Wednesday and is being held in the Broward Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale on a felony charge of lewd or lascivious battery on a victim between 12 and 16.
A Broward judge set Johnson’s bail at $75,000.

Shouldn’t this guy be under federal indictment on child pornography charges? But this is just another case of “violence against women” that feminists will ignore, for some reason.

Who Is Raping Whom?

The feminist discourse surrounding “rape culture,” particularly on college and university campuses, claimed that sexual assault was so prevalent as to suggest all men were complicit. University administrators imposed mandatory “consent training” as part of student orientation, male students were demonized as predatory monsters, and subjected to a systematic denial of due-process rights in tribunals where the mere accusation of sexual misconduct was taken as proof of guilt. Inciting a climate of fear (and anti-male prejudice) among impressionable college girls created what K.C. Johnson and Stuart Taylor Jr. called The Campus Rape Frenzy, the focal point of a feminist narrative of harassment, misogyny, objectification, etc. Every form of male misbehavior was added to an indictment in which everything and anything a man did wrong was construed as part of the overall system of heteropatriarchal oppression, of which rape was the conclusive proof of universal male guilt.

Intelligent observers could see how politics was controlling this narrative, principally as a result of The White House Task Force to Protect Students from Sexual Assault, launched in January 2014. Obama administration officials partnered with feminist groups to sponsor campus activism that inspired such travesties as the “Mattress Girl” protest at Columbia University and the University of Virginia rape hoax. Central to this “rape culture” propaganda were two claims:

  1. That sexual assault on university campuses was an “epidemic” — an emergency, a crisis — requiring drastic intervention;
    and
  2. Approximately 20% of female students — 1-in-5 — were raped during their undergraduate years.

These remarkable claims attracted critical scrutiny, and were rather swiftly debunked by competent researchers. In fact, data from the federal Justice Department showed that the rate of sexual assault had significantly decreased since the mid-1900s, and the female students ages 18-24 were actually less likely to be victims of rape than non-students in the same age group. So there was no “epidemic” of sexual assault on campus, and as for the “1-in-5” statistic (promoted by Joe Biden, among others), analysis of available reports indicted that this was at least a tenfold exaggeration. It is certainly a bad thing if 1-in-50 female students are victims of rape, but to exaggerate this number to 1-in-5 is dishonest and irresponsible. Yet those who called attention to the actual facts about sexual assault on campus — including Ashe Schow and Christina Hoff Sommers — were attacked by feminists, who denounced them as “rape apologists.” Anyone who disputed the feminist narrative was treated as persona non grata in academia and journalism.

My own cynical suspicion was that the “campus rape epidemic” narrative had been orchestrated for a particular partisan purpose, i.e., to “energize” female voters in crucial 2014 mid-term elections (when Democrats were defending their Senate majority) and also to prepare the ground for Hillary Clinton’s widely anticipated 2016 presidential campaign.

What struck me as most suspicious about feminist “rape culture” claims (beyond the politically convenient timing of this crusade) was that they contradicted what we know about crime in general. Academic achievement is inversely correlated with violent crime, which is to say, the higher a young person’s SAT score, the less likely they are to commit assault, robbery, murder or rape. While this doesn’t mean that valedictorians never commit crime, or that all criminals are low-IQ dimwits, the general pattern is quite clear. Given this well-known fact, how could it be that male university students — the “best and brightest” of America’s young men — were perpetrating sexual assault with such frequency as to constitute a rape “epidemic”? And there was something else apparent in the feminist narrative circa 2014: The high-profile cases cited by activists, and the loudest outcry against “rape culture,” tended to be on elite university campuses, which are most selective in their admissions policies. This alleged “epidemic” didn’t seem to be happening at second-tier state schools, but rather at prestigious (and extraordinarily expensive) private universities like Columbia, Brown and Yale. Again, this would seem to contradict what we know about violent crime in general. Americans were expected to believe that our 18-year-old daughters were in more danger of rape at Harvard or Stanford than they would be in West Baltimore or the South Bronx.

There was something else missing from the narrative:

An Obama-era subsidy for clearing rape kit backlogs, combined with DNA testing, has completely upended the conventional wisdom on rapists and how they commit their crimes.
The first insight is that serial rapists are very common and very prolific. Police departments had assumed that rapes with different types of victims and different techniques were committed by different men, but it turns out that serial rapists aren’t meticulous and careful repeaters of patterns: they’re chaotic and impatient and even if they’re looking for a specific kind of woman to attack, if they can’t find someone who matches their desires, they’ll just attack any handy woman.
So rapists also aren’t very smart about their crimes: their poor impulse control leaves behind plenty of physical evidence that can be used to convict them (Former Cuyahoga County prosecutor Tim McGinty: “These are not the Napoleons of crime. They’re morons. We were letting morons beat us”). . . .
They’re also not discriminating as to the kind of crimes they commit: as the old rape kits are subjected to DNA tests, we’re learning that many men who’ve been committed for petty property crimes or non-sexual assaults have also committed strings of rapes. . . .
Finally, though stranger rape is very rare (most rape survivors are assaulted by acquaintances), these rapists also frequently assault strangers: “When Cleveland investigators uploaded the DNA from the acquaintance-rape kits, they were surprised by how often the results also matched DNA from unsolved stranger rapes.”

Well, I don’t know whose “conventional wisdom” is being debunked here, because this data confirm everything I already knew about criminals. Of course, the typical rapist is not very smart; of course, the same criminals who commit rape also commit other types of crime; of course, sexual violence is mostly committed by men with “poor impulse control.”

Most of all, of course a disproportionate number of rapes are committed by serial offenders. This well-known fact was ignored or downplayed during the “campus rape epidemic” hysteria that erupted in 2014. Over and over, our attention was called to “he-said/she-said” incidents on university campuses, usually involving freshmen or sophomores (i.e., 18- or 19-year-olds) who were heavily intoxicated at the time of a sexual encounter which subsequently resulted in an accusation that the drunk female student hadn’t been fully consenting to whatever the drunk male student had done. Sometimes these accusations happened many months after the incident; in more than one case, a male student on the verge of graduation was expelled because of a boozy hookup that happened his sophomore year. Such cases were alarming to anyone familiar with American college life. If it’s “rape” every time two drunk teenagers have sex on campus, well, you’re gonna have to expel a whole lot of students.

Almost without exception, the male students in these “he-said/she-said” drunken hookup situations were accused only once, and had no other criminal history; that is to say, without regard to whether we believed any specific accusation in such a scenario, there was seldom any reason to believe that the accused student was a serial sexual predator. Yet in response to the Obama administration’s 2011 “Dear Colleague” letter, universities had enacted procedures that reversed the “presumed innocent” standard (which would have been extended to any criminal suspect in a court of law) and treated accusations as tantamount to proof of guilt, so that male students were expelled on the basis of star-chamber proceedings reminiscent of the Inquisition or the Salem witch trials.

When we consider what can be learned from DNA testing of rape kits about patterns of criminal behavior, we see that repeat offenders — who typically commit a variety of crimes, not just sexual assault — are responsible for a disproportionate percentage of all rapes, a crime which the vast majority of men never commit in their lives.

What is true of rape in general is also likely true of rape on university campuses. Contrary to all the “no means no” lectures and all the demonizing anti-male rhetoric of feminists, very few male university students pose any real danger to their female classmates. Instead, most of the rape risk on campus involves a small number of male students — a single-digit percentage — who exhibit personality traits (“chaotic and impatient . . . poor impulse control”) typical of rapists in general.

Last year, the city of Detroit finished DNA testing on a backlog of more than 10,000 rape kits: “So far, the kits have led to the conviction of 130 sex offenders. They’ve led to the identification of more than 800 suspected serial sex offenders alleged to have committed sex crimes across 40 states.” Among the serial rapists convicted:

  • Reginald Holland: Serving a life sentence; abducted and raped four women before being identified through DNA testing.
  • Shelly Andre Brooks: Serving a life sentence; raped and murdered seven women.
  • Gabriel Cooper: Serving a sentence of 30-70 years; raped three women.
  • Eric Eugene Wilkes: Serving a sentence of 32-75 years; raped four women.
  • Deshawn Starks: Serving a sentence of 45-90 years; raped four women.

In case you lost count, that’s 22 rapes by five perpetrators, but none of them were Yale-educated Catholic Republicans, so don’t expect to read about these serial rapists in the New York Times.

Suspect in Mackenzie Lueck’s Murder Now Charged With Child Pornography

Ayoola Ajayi (left) is accused of murdering Mackenzie Lueck (right).

He is an immigrant from Nigeria:

The man accused of killing University of Utah sorority sister Mackenzie Lueck was hit with unrelated child pornography charges this week after investigators probed his computer, according to a new report.
Ayoola Ajayi — accused of killing 23-year-old Lueck and then burning her remains — was charged Tuesday with 19 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after authorities combed through his computer and found pornographic images of children, the Salt Lake Tribune reported.
Authorities seized Ajayi’s computer June 26 as they investigated Lueck’s death, according to the report.
On July 2, a forensic lab discovered multiple images of images of children engaged in sex acts on the device, according to charging documents filed Tuesday and obtained by the Tribune.
Nineteen of the photos are described in graphic detail in the documents — which mention children posing on a “floral mattress” five times, according to the report.
For now, the charges only encompass child pornography possession, Salt Lake County District Attorney Sam Gill told the paper. He added that prosecutors will use federal resources to find out when the images were taken, who took them, and potentially identify the victims.

Not a single feminist has mentioned this case, for some reason.

Two Illegal Aliens in Maryland Accused of Raping 11-Year-Old Girl

In July, Democrats in Montgomery County, Maryland, banned local officials from cooperating with ICE:

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, a Democrat, on Monday signed the Promoting Community Trust Executive Order, prohibiting all executive-branch departments from, among other things, using local government resources to assist federal agents in civil immigration investigations.
That means they cannot allow U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers into nonpublic spaces in government buildings or give them access to individuals in county government custody — unless they are in possession of a court order or criminal warrant. . . .
Police in Montgomery, where immigrants make up 30% of the 1 million residents, have refused since 2014 to cooperate with ICE agents on immigration enforcement, which is considered a civil matter rather than a criminal one.

Now, the latest news from Montgomery County:

Two undocumented immigrants are accused of raping an 11-year-old girl on different occasions, the common denominator being a friendship with the victim’s older brother.
Montgomery County Police have arrested Mauricio Barrera-Navidad, 29, of Damascus, and Carlos Palacios-Amaya, 28, of Gaithersburg, and charged each with second-degree rape.
Last month, the victim — now 12-years-old — spoke with a social worker at her middle school in Germantown. Talking through tears, the girl shared the painful details about what both men allegedly did to her. . . .
In September 2018, the victim was introduced to her older brother’s friend, Palacios-Amaya. Over the course of the next few months, the then 27-year-old man raped the middle schooler on multiple occasions, authorities allege. The victim recalled one instance where Palacios-Amaya “used his cell phone to video record the two of them having sex,” police noted in court documents.
The victim told the social worker that Palacios-Amaya would often pressure her not to attend school so that she could stay home while her parents were at work. That gave Palacios-Amaya unsupervised access to the girl.
Investigators say while reviewing the victim’s cell phone, they located numerous photographs of Palacios-Amaya with the girl.
The other suspect, Barrera-Navidad, reportedly attended the victim’s older brother’s birthday party on July 2018. The celebration took place at a mobile home park in Germantown.
At one point in the evening, Barrera-Navidad and the 11-year-old victim entered a bedroom. According to police, Barrera-Navidad raped the girl and then continued to communicate with her via cell phone for an undisclosed period of time thereafter. . . .
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement tells ABC7 that Barrera-Navidad and Palacios-Amaya are both living in the country illegally.
In December 2016, an immigration judge issued Barrera-Navidad a “final order of removal.” It’s unclear why the Salvadoran national remained in the country.
In 2014, federal authorities removed Palacios-Amaya from the U.S. for an undisclosed reason. The 28-year-old — who ICE referred to as a “repeat immigration violator” — returned to the U.S. on an unknown date.

More violence against women feminists won’t notice, for some reason.

Guatemalan Girl Was Smuggled to Iowa and Repeatedly Raped, Feds Charge

Last month — on June 5 — police in Sioux City, Iowa, found a girl wandering the streets, saying she had been raped. It turned out the girl and her father had been brought from Guatemala by a couple who had been helping smuggle illegal aliens into the United States, according to an arrest affidavit filed this month by Department of Homeland Security investigators. The girl, identified in the affidavit as “ABF,” told authorities she had been locked in a room and repeatedly raped by Cristobal Francisco-Nicolas, 37. She escaped after the door was left unlocked. The girl said her mother died when she was 3 or 4 and she had been raised in Guatemala by her aunt, but she was brought to the United States by her father, Fernando Francisco.

The affidavit portrays this as part of a smuggling scheme masterminded by Francisco-Nicolas and his wife, Amy, who had allegedly advised immigrants to bring a minor child to the U.S. with them:

The father and daughter reportedly traveled from Guatemala, through Mexico where they crossed the border into the U.S. on May 29 by walking across the Rio Grande 18 miles west of the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry in El Paso. Border Patrol agents arrested them and fingerprinted them. The agents released her and her father the following day due to processing center overcrowding, the complaint states. Officials released them on an Order of Recognizance and Supervision.
From their release in El Paso, the father and [the girl] ABF flew to Omaha, Nebraska where “Francisco” (later identified as Cristobal Francisco-Nicolas) and “Sofia” (later identified as Amy Francisco) picked them up and drove them to a house in Sioux City.
The father then reportedly “left her” with the couple in Sioux City. It is not clear where the father went or if he simply abandoned her after using her to exploit loopholes in U.S. immigration law to get past Border Patrol and immigration officials.
ABF reportedly told the investigators that Cristobal and Amy locked her in a room with a “metal bed and a bucket for bodily waste.” She stated that Cristobal began raping her and that Amy watched from the door to the locked room, the complaint continued.
After allegedly being raped five times, ABF managed to escape from the house after Amy left the door unlocked as she slept and Cristobal left for work. ABF said she fled from the house and found someone who could speak Spanish. . . .
During an interview with Amy’s father, he reportedly told investigators that Amy and Cristobal made arrangements for ABF and Fernando to travel from Guatemala to the U.S. They reportedly told Fernando that he must bring a child with him. He said they were to turn themselves in at the border and then, if released, contact Amy for flight arrangements to Iowa.
Once they arrived in Sioux City, they were expected to get a job with Amy’s assistance and help pay for rent and the food while they lived at the house. They were also to pay Amy and Cristobal and Amy back for the smuggling fees.
The other foreign nationals in the house also reportedly told investigators Amy and Cristobal helped smuggle them to the U.S. and they were also helping to pay household expenses and repaying smuggling fees, the complaint states.
All of the foreign nationals found in the house are reportedly under an Order of Supervision from immigration officials. . . .

Democrats in Congress refuse to pass any legislation that would close the loopholes in our immigration law that made this crime possible.

Teenage Girl Nearly Decapitated by Jealous Loser She Met on Internet

Bianca Devins was 17, and just graduated high school last month, but she had tens of thousands of followers on her Instagram account and was apparently popular on the Discord platform. She’s dead now. Photos of Bianca’s bloody corpse were posted online by the guy who cut her throat so deeply she was nearly decapitated. The killer, Brandon Clark, 21, was described by the victim’s sister as a “family friend” and had apparently met Bianca online before they met in person about two months ago. Clark evidently wanted to be more than friends with Bianca, however, and became enraged after he gave her a ride to a concert and she ended up kissing and holding hands with another guy. More details on her death:

Police said in a statement, “On Sunday, July 14, 2019 at approximately 7:20AM Oneida County Dispatch received numerous calls informing them that a male individual had posted to a social media site that he had killed his girlfriend, and was threatening to harm himself. It was posted that this occurred in Utica, NY, and as such, The Utica Police Department began an in-depth search for the male and female.”
Police said Clark then called 911 on himself and “made incriminating statements with respect to the homicide. The police statement continued:

He also was alluding the fact that he was going to harm himself. After determining that the calls were originating on Poe St in City of Utica, officers were dispatched to that location. Poe St is a dead end street, which runs east to west from Culver Ave. The street terminates into a wooded area where the first arriving officer located a black SUV with a male lying on the ground beside it. The officer approached this male, and almost immediately, he began to stab himself in the neck with a knife. The officer requested emergency medical care, and the Utica Fire Department arrived soon after.
After attempting to injure himself, he laid down across a green in color tarp that was on the ground some distance away. The officer immediately noticed brown hair protruding from beneath the tarp and inquired as to where the injured female was. The male advised him that the female was beneath the tarp, and proceeded to pull out a cell phone. It was at this time that is believed that the male took self-photographs of himself laying across the deceased female.
Other officers arrived within moments, and together they engaged the male. They were able to disarm the male, and after a brief struggle, they took him into custody. He was then transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery. His injuries were severe; however, he is expected to survive.
As more personnel arrived on scene, the investigation commenced. Officers and investigators needed to verify the condition of the female underneath the tarp, and as such, it was pulled back. Once this occurred, it was learned that a young female had suffered extensive injuries to her neck, and was obviously deceased. Numerous items of evidentiary value were located immediately around the body, as well as in and around the black SUV. . . .

According to police, “On Saturday July 13th, 2019 the two had planned to go to a concert together in New York City. Information that we have received is that they in fact did go to the concert, arriving around 7:30PM. They left the venue and proceeded back to Utica sometime after 10:00PM. It is believed that some sort of argument ensued at the venue that precipitated the following engagement between the two. Sometime during the early morning hours of Sunday July 14, 2019 the two arrived back in Utica and proceeded to the Poe St location. The investigation revealed that the argument progressed until the male produced a large, black handled knife, and used this to inflict the injuries that caused her death.”

Hey, kids, murder is not cool.
