My addition to this fun project in bold:

So let’s create a children’s song titled “The DEMOCRAT Anthem.”

I started with D and Rudolph Carrera answered with E.

D is for double standards: our flags wave proudly in the westerly breeze. . .
E is for enemy: they willingly side with idiots and cretins rather than the sane.
M is for Machiavelli: mendacious mutterings with ease. . .

  3. Machiavelli was not all evil, dude. Shrewd observer who understood power. To ignore Big Nic is to miss out on a great deal of useful understanding, rather like tossing Sun Tzu simply because we are past the Iron Age. Such a waste.

    I can agree with your criticism in context. However, he was totally Ruling Class.
    In the egalitarian context of American Exceptionalism, and how our Ruling Class plays purely Machiavellian raaaaacism games, I’m less amused.

  33. I had to take a running start at it, from the beginning, so my meter is entirely wrong. Oh, well:

    D is for Donkey, and not the Shrek kind.
    E is for Elitist saying “what’s yours is mine.”
    M is for Meanie who shouts people down,
    O is for Oppression, which makes people frown.
    C is for Crisis which they work to make,
    R is for Rights, which they want to take.
    A is for America which they really hate,
    T is for Tyranny, which they think is great!
    Put it together and what does it spell?
    It spells Democrat, kids, and they REALLY SMELL!
