KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Diplomacy triumphed here Tuesday night, as Professor Glenn Reynolds and Robert Stacy McCain agreed to a treaty hailed as the greatest achievement for world peace since the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact of 1939.

The treaty was reached after hours of strenuous negotiations at Calhoun’s BBQ on Kingston Pike. The specific terms of the agreement were not immediately made public, but afterwards McCain declared, “I have no new territorial demands in the blogosphere.”
