#TrayvonGate: How the U.S. Justice Department Abetted a Legal Lynching

While I haven’t followed the George Zimmerman trial closely, I have noticed the widespread reaction to the trial, namely, “Why are they even having this trial?” There is no way in hell Zimmerman will be convicted. Some see it as a clear-cut case of self-defense, but everyone who has watched the testimony sees enough “reasonable doubt” in the prosecution’s case that it seems obvious the jury will acquit.

So, once again: Why are they even having this trial? And the answer would seem to be, because the Obama administration wanted it.

Lee Stranahan writes at Breibart.com:

Welcome to Trayvongate, where the President of the United States used both the bully pulpit, the Department of Justice and sly media manipulation to gin up charges of racism in the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin shooting. Now that the trial is almost finished and the only act of racism mentioned so far came from the victim–Martin called Zimmerman ‘a creepy ass cracker’ according to testimony–the cynical and repeated use of the race card by the White house is even more abhorrent.
Judicial Watch revealed documents today that proved what Breitbart News reported in April, 2012: that Eric Holder’s Department of Justice took an active role in racially charged rallies in Sanford, Florida and that the Community Relations Service helped force the temporary resignation of Sheriff Bill Lee. That resignation made it appear that Sanford authorities were suspect and possibly complicit in covering up something. . . .

Read the whole thing.  Welcome to the New Normal. And if there are riots when the acquittal is announced, you’ll know who to blame.

  1. “Why are they even having this trial? And the answer would seem to be, because the Obama administration wanted it.”

Exactly- Follow the political agenda- The very cancer, the internal rot of liberal Democrats marxist tactic and strategy is race and class warfare.. Divide and conquer.

Race and class division of the people, of a populace, is the only way for Liberals / Marxist Democrats to maintain their political hold onto power in and of a Democratic society. Never let a good crisis go to waste, and if there is not crisis, manufacture it. Make everything and everyone about us vs them.

The opposite is Conservatism- where adversity of people within a civilized society is a natural occurrence when people are binded together by vales and principles of Individual Freedom , Liberty, Equal Justice for all, where the law is applied equally, fairly to all.

This is why liberals / marxist Democrats must attack an destroy this, by dividing the Nation by race and class warfare. Obama, the master marxist tactician and strategist / community organizer, knows this, knows what he is doing, and is why he does what he does- which is govt policy, which his crony henchmen / women do his bidding willingly, for they are selected by him, and are thus just extensions of him and his socialist marxist ideology agenda.

  2. I am seriously fearful that there may not be an acquittal. There are indications that this jury has been talking about the case when they are not supposed to be. I’ve been following this pretty closely and some of the talking heads who have been in the court room have mentioned certain jurors nodding to each other during parts of the testimony and cross examination. Which is disturbing.

The only consolation I have (which is of little comfort) is that the judge has committed so many reversible errors that this case will almost certainly be overturned on appeal. Unfortunately, Zimmerman will sit in jail while that appeal works its way through the process. And I expect the judge planned it that way. To ensure that Zimmerman spent some time in prison.

I have been disgusted by the abject corruption of this judge and I imagine so has the defense. I can only hope that they file a complaint with the state judiciary committee against her for her conduct. I can only hope average citizens do the same, because no person has Constitutional rights in her courtroom.
