Can Anyone Verify These Disturbing Allegations About Trayvon’s Family?

A commenter on the earlier post wrote this:

Here’s something else you don’t know. From the age of 3 until age 15 or 16, Trayvon Martin lived NOT with Sybrina Fulton but with Tracy Martin, a known member of the Crips, and his then-wife Alicia Stanley-Martin, who was mentioned above. Alicia Stanley-Martin in that interview with Anderson Cooper said Trayvon spent 90% of his life in her home being raised with her two daughters from a previous relationship.
When Tracy Martin dumped Alicia for Brandy he sent Trayvon to live with Sybrina — a woman he hardly knew. The two didn’t get along at all. Sybrina kicked Trayvon out two days before he jumped Zimmerman.
Oddly, at that point Tracy was living with his sister because he’d dumped Alicia but hadn’t yet convinced Brandy to let him shack up with her and her son Chad. According to Trayvon’s text messages the plan was for him and Tracy to move in with Brandy soon but there was no definite date.
So Sybrina kicked Trayvon out knowing that Tracy had no home of his own, meaning Trayvon had no home to go to other than his aunt’s house where his father was staying.
Mother-of-the-year award material.
The part that gets me, however, is that Sybrina would let a known member of the Crips to raise her child from age three. I’m sorry but that’s too messed up for words.
You ought to check out Trayvon’s text messages, the released ones anyway. All evidence points to Tracy initiating Trayvon into the Crips, including purchasing illegal guns on the street. Yes, you read that correctly.
The text messages may be found at the website created and ran by Mark O’Mara. Look at the ten text message reports. Oh, and Tracy Martin’s Crip nickname is “Fruit.”

Is this true? The commenter references the “Third Supplemental Discovery” at George Zimmerman Legal Case, and says that all this information has previously been cited by The Last Refuge, a.k.a. The Conservative Treehouse. I find it difficult to believe that anyone — even the most biased liberal reporter at the New York Times — covering this case would look at that and say, “Irrelevant.”

As I’ve explained elsewhere, I didn’t pay much attention to this story when it broke, because in March/April 2012 I was covering the end of the GOP presidential primary campaign. Controversy about a shooting in Florida wasn’t really on my beat. So you’ll forgive me if I’m re-hashing anything everybody already knew. But . . . Trayvon’s father was a member of the Crips? Really? This is “irrelevant”?

Welcome to the New Normal, I guess.

  1. “Blaming the victim is sick and wrong…”

And yet, look at all the things you say about the man who was assaulted while simply looking out for the well-being of his neighbors.

YOU are the one blaming the victim.

  2. St. Skittles wasn’t “murdered”. He was killed in self-defense while committing felony assault.

  3. “Because Trayvon’s alleged anger management issues are irrelevant because NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE A CHARACTER WITNESS AT HIS OWN MURDER TRIAL. ”

Except St. Skittles wasn’t on trial. The person on trial said he acted out of a necessity to defend himself from assault.

And it turns out the person he said assaulted him has a history of violence. Seems material to me.

  4. “Is not having your child killed deserving of compensation?”

Not when the “child” is killed while committing a felony.

  5. “Through the testimonies of Drs. Rao and Bao, we certainly learned that Forensics and Pathology practiced in FL is not in the league with Dr. Henry Lee or CSI.”

They did better, more professional forensics work on “Petticoat Junction”

  6. Well, considering that they caught St. Skittles with burgled property once before, it was just a thought. Oh, and the slim jim found near the shooting scene made me curious, too.

  7. Jondaris, how did Zimmerman know Martin was a “child?” I’ve yet to have anyone on your side explain that to me. Evidently, Zimmerman was psychic.

  8. Factor in the outbreak of burglaries in the Retreat at Twin Lakes neighborhood. 5 of the 6 Sanford, FL ‘projects’ had closed due to age and were to be demolished, so the Feds placed the Section 8 beneficiaries in local apartment and condo complexes. They brought their lawless, violent lifestyles with them.

The people who had worked hard to get out of the projects were upset that the projects had come to them. Others were upset with the increase in burglaries and outrageous intolerable behaviors.

That’s the state of things when the incident occurred in Feb. 2012 and why the neighborhood watch was formed. That’s also why so many have moved from the neighborhood.

  9. I would love to see the Martin family held accountable for squeezing out a and training up a felonious, violent little thug. Not sure that’s a statutory offense, anymore than, say, “felony stupid” as in assaulting a complete stranger and not expecting anything bad to happen

  10. Walking around in a hooded sweatshirt in Hawaiian heat and sun would get MY attention. Whatcha tryin’ to hide?

  11. Zimmerman was not a vigilante – or at least, not what that word implies.

Zimmerman acted in self-defense. It’s very sad that he had to, and the Trayvon Martin made it necessary, and that Trayvon Martin ended up dead.

I’d like to know what led Martin to think jumping and beating a stranger was the smart thing to do.

  12. One assumes the person on top of one beating one’s head into the sidewalk is making a sincere effort to kill one. Really.

    Try to keep up.

  13. Because he was flat on his back, getting pounded? That is usually a sound reason not to be running anywhere.

  14. Well, yes. Still, it’s absolutely comforting when the person who you thought was going to hurt you sees the gun and takes off.

  15. And no one – at all! – has ever said Trayvon Martin deserved to be *MURDERED* (this site does not seem to believe in italics). He did, however, put himself in a position where George Zimmerman, in fear for his life, felt obliged to shoot him.

Really, you need to watch your language choices.

  16. He “confronted” anyone? Even according to the State’s star witness, the first person to speak (after deciding to go out of the back yard of his father’s girlfriend’s house *after* losing Zimmerman already!) was Martin!

You are not entitled to make up nonsense.

  17. It’s certainly easier than looking for an open receiver while very large men are closing in on you!

  18. For the love of all that’s holy, do you have one single fact that is correct? Zimmerman was not “patrolling”. He was on his way to Target for groceries.

I have decided that you are from an alternate dimension, accidentally lost, and are clinging to this blog’s comment section while seeking a way out.

There is no other explanation possible.

  19. Alternate universe. It’s the only explanation that makes sense.

No one who cared about the case could possibly have every single fact (except that TM is dead) wrong.

  20. I do not believe that you have that right, but I am not a lawyer. Please find me one who would agree that Title IX applies.

  21. You’re a horrible person who, for the good of humanity, should kill himself right now.

Please, engage as an adult or STFU.

Both quotes are from you. Physician, heal thyself.

  22. And that’s really my whole point here. Did Zimmerman do an illegal killing? Under Florida law, no, he didn’t. Was that law just and weighted toward Zimmerman? Yes, and that’s a real problem. Whether Z committed a crime isn’t the issue, the issue is the morality of them. I, and many other people, think he really failed there.

  23. What part of self-defense is beyond the comprehension of a Martin supporter? Martin wasn’t some baby-faced 12 year old choir boy as depicted in the media. He physically assaulted Zimmerman. He committing a felony when he died. He could have ignored Zimmerman and walked on home. But he didn’t. Both of them were fools but Martin was the bigger fool. And he paid with his life for his foolishness. You really think if Zimmerman was 6’2, 280 lbs and built like a linebacker Martin would have physically hit Zimmerman? Instead he saw what he thought was a creepy-ass-ed cracker and according to this Rachel woman thought he was some gay guy who was supposedly going to rape him.So he decides to teach Zimmerman a lesson by beating him except being young and dumb it didn’t occur to him that in FL, a right to carry conceal state that Zimmerman might be armed. And Zimmerman wasn’t going let him bash his head in because he had no way to know if the next head pounding would kill him, leave him brain damaged or would be that last one and without harm so he defended himself. Which is what any sane person would have done.
Zimmerman had a right to carry a gun, had a right to be where he was, had the right to follow Martin and Martin had the right to be where he was but Martin had no right to beat Zimmerman. There isn’t and wasn’t anything complicated about this case. The jury got it right. The shame of it is that despite not having a case at all the government pressured the governor to appoint a special prosecutor for a political prosecution. Find a worthier candidate for sainthood because Martin isn’t worthy.

  24. Almost everything posted here has been revealed at conservative treehouse. They have volumes of emails, FOIA’s, and other research. So much so, that Defense atty O’Mara asked to visit with the bloggers. Their website is heavily documented, including pics of ‘Crips’ tattoo on Tracy’s neck wh has now been turned into praying hands. The night of his death, Trayvon was on his own, his dad was out of town at a Zmasonic Convention. Tracy gave Trayvon $100 for food, & Tracy didn’t even know Trayvon was dead for 12 hours before Tracy knew it.

  25. I really don’t have time to reply to 125 comments calling me an idiot, so I’ll just say this — regardless of the specific circumstances, no one would be dead in this case if people weren’t allowed to walk around with guns.

In the end, I’m in favor of innocent people staying alive and not being shot down in the street, especially for the crime of giving the finger to a camera and posting it on Facebook, which so many have used as evidence that Trayvon deserved his fate.

Why do you people have so much hate in you that you think boys deserve to die for walking down the street?

  26. If your case is so strong, why do you keep making up “facts” to support it? Martin was not “walking down the street ” when he was shot – he was bashing a man’s head into the pavement and pummeling him in the face. But for the gun, it might be Zimmerman lying dead.

  27. Agent_zeero..the guy is letting the lying, slanderous, deceptive media do his thinking and judging for him.He doesn’t have his own thoughts..they have been stolen by CNN

  28. And if Travyon Martin had stayed home, he’d still be alive. This punk ass moron thought he’d be Mr. Big Shot Law Enforcer, and a child is dead as a result.

  29. Wrong. Any claim of self-defense is automatically a claim that the other party is engaged in felonious activity. As a result, the character and background of the purported felonious actor is relevant.

Upon whether or not he was attacking Zimmerman hinges the distinction between murder and justifiable homicide. If the prosecution had been able to clearly establish the unlikelihood of Trayvon Martin attacking Zimmerman, i.e. actually made a case in court that Martin was a choirboy who wouldn’t hurt a fly, they would have taken a shot at doing so. They didn’t, in fact, they studiously avoided and evidentiary case regarding Martin’s character.

The dog, it did not bark.

  30. No, it’s not a massively stupid argument. In fact, had even a police officer ordered Zimmerman not to follow, the order would have no binding legal value. Why? Because Zimmerman was on private property of which Zimmerman was a common owner. The ability of police to order you around on your own property is very limited.

  31. “The only question that matters was if he made George Zimmerman fear for
his life, which is only possible if Zimmerman was a goddamn pussy.”

A soccer referee was killed in Utah a few months back by a SINGLE PUNCH delivered by a 17 YEAR OLD CHILD.

So, being in fear of great bodily injury or death after being sucker punched and then pounded into the pavement seems like a reasonable condition.
