Michelle Malkin: “Sickos on the Left have been stoking hatred against cops for months now in the wake of Ferguson and explicitly calling for their murder.” They finally got what they wanted Saturday when a cop-hater named Ismaaiyl Abdulah Brinsley shot his ex-girlfriend near Baltimore, posted anti-cop messages on social media and drove to New York where he murdered two NYPD officers in an ambush in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The cop-killer then killed himself.
The killer participated in anti-police protests and, in his social media messages, referenced both the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson and the death of Eric Garner in New York. However, Weasel Zippers points out that the New York Times is attempting to obscure Brinsley’s motive by depicting him as “random crazy.” Liberals never accept responsibility for the evil results of liberalism, because the whole point of liberalism is the evasion of personal responsibility.
You know as well as I do that’s not why people took to the streets. Garner wasn’t murdered. That straw man isn’t debate but just that, a straw man. Why not just say he was assassinated by ninjas and then ask for my opinion?
There is a definite correlation between these middle class social justice warriors and their obvious lack of worldly experience. Far more often than not they are people who have been nowhere and done nothing. They don’t hike up volcanoes on solo climbs but go on the occasional cruise ship. They don’t learn another language and live in a foreign country but have a resume of 10 years of video-gaming. They have never been in an all black illegal after-hours bar but know all about black oppression. They are internet wiki-warriors who can see everything through sheer intellectual and moral superiority. The closest they’ve been to drug culture is drinking Coke Zero.
+1 for the Coke Zero jab!
That’s a nice little bow on the package.
Come on!
That might drag unnecessary facts into the discussion.
THIS is the most poignant thing.
Once the cops were there even talking to him, his own past experience would tell him that it’s over. At least for that day he was done.
But he continued to disregard the law and those tasked with enforcing it.
There were over 60 witnesses in this case even if one witness was lying the preponderance of evidence is in favor of officer Wilson.

Every single talking point I’ve heard against officer Wilson has proven to be false and the people pushing those falsehoods (regardless of weather or not they realize they are propagating lies) are more interested in the agenda(s) of racial grievance, sowing societal discord to divide and conquer or shakedowns.
and Michael Brown’s lying friend should be prosecuted for his blatant fabrications, his hands weren’t up, he was attempting to grab Wilson’s sidearm, his judgment may have been impaired because of high levels of THC in his system
A point I’ve brought up repeatedly elsewhere and one which none of them want to take into account.
“Witness #40, Witness #40″……it’s like ” “Hands up, Don’t shoot”, something easily grasped by minds incapable of anything more.
Mr Garner died because he resisted arrest. The police had the choice of either physically subduing him, which was what they attempted, or letting him go. It’s unfortunate that he died, but he brought it on himself.
Dinkins was a weak mayor. DeBlasio will be an absolute train wreck of a mayor.
Well, he did wade through life doing whatever the heck he wanted, laws and society be damned, right up until the moment that he no longer had a life through which to wade.
I guess that the water got a little too deep.
New York has a policy based upon “broken windows” policing, in which the petty criminals are not given a break, because this prevents them from becoming bigger criminals. And the policy works! NYC is our safest big city, with a lower murder rate than the nation as a whole, because the police nip law-breaking in the bud when it isn’t serious, and wind up keeping a lot of the petty criminals from becoming really bad guys.
Contrast that with foul, fetid, fuming, foggy, filthy Philadelphia, and it’s catch-and-release program for the little fish. Several of those little fish went on to become cop-killers, and as a city Philly has a very high murder rate.
YOU explain your reasoning for classifying it as an execution.
Serious man , out with it. Officer Wilson was not indicted by the Grand Jury but that was not a trial so double jeopardy does not apply.
Another grand jury can be convened at any time to look into the incident again.
If Michael Brown was executed, bring forth the evidence of it and by all means let’s let the full weight of the justice system fall on him.
I’ll be looking for you on MSNBC man. As soon as you come forward with evidence that will bring Officer Wilson to trial I know that Ed, Chris, Rachel and Lawrence are going to have you on their shows.
I wonder what the crazies would be saying if , instead of attempting to wrestle Eric Garner to the ground, the officers had backed off and tasered him or given him a good crack on the noggin with a baton or night stick.
In fact the police can pick and choose which minor infractions to enforce, otherwise we’d have ticket camps just for NYC jaywalkers and people riding bikes on the sidewalk.
…and their seizure of the moral high ground is all out theft; they never earn it. Story of their lives.
Garner was not murdered.
We think the law was ridiculous, but it was passed by liberals, not people like us. The way the law is enforced is enjoined upon the police by people who share your belief system, not ours.
So, seriously, there is no way that we can be regarded as even faintly hypocritical.
You, however?
There are days….
It is not surprising a lifer needs to have it explained why it is an execution when one person guns another person down when there is no threat to life or injury.
The DA used witnesses he knew lied for Wilson from the beginning. The DA gave the Jurors a MO law that was overruled by SCOTUS even before Wilson was born. Citing the GJ results only proves you have done nothing but repeat racist justifications.
Brinsley killed these two cops in exactly the same fashion cops killed Crawford and Rice. Both were innocent people minding their own business when the cops ambushed and killed them without justification. People like you defended those killings but now you sing a different tune. Hypocrite.
You actually cited Cassell. If you knew anything about how many times he has been wrong about the case you would not have cited him at all but since you want to pretend to be informed you will link anything.
You do not even know what the majority of witnesses had to say and of course you would defend the DA even knowing he willfully used witnesses he knew was lying for Wilson. Whenever the DA found a witness against Wilson he did what he could to not have them testify. It is not surprising Wilson defender are still this clueless.
Bet you wont go to MO and say that to his family face to face. You are just another coward.
Brinsley was not lying in wait in a concealed position. He walked up to the cops and killed them exactly like the cops approached and killed Crawford and Rice. You can pretend they are different if it helps your hypocrisy but all fantasies have a price.
What was the distance between Wilson and Brown when Wilson shot him on the street?
How many witnesses in support of Wilson were proven liars before the DA presented them to the jurors?
What laws were the jurors given on deciding the indictment?
Those are three basic questions and you have no idea what the answers are to any of them.
Bottom line is you cannot condone the murders of Crawford and Rice and condemn the murders of these two cops without being 100% hypocritical.
I think all people should be sterilized and dinosaurs once again rule the earth.
Most of what you say is irrelevant. The issue of Crawford and Rice, and Brown are two different things.
The combination of the autopsy result and the investigation which found Brown’s blood on the cops pistol and inside the cruiser, gave the lie to those who stated that Brown was trying to surrender.
Bringing Rice and Crawford into it is simply a diversion. I suspect the cops may have been too quick to pull the trigger in both instances and am concerned that cops don’t have to be judged by the same standard used for a private citizen when it comes to a killing. Simply being in fear of one’s life is not sufficient reason to kill someone, and it is being used more and more to avoid judgement by cops. That DAs are allowing it is also disturbing.
But, I’ve said repeatedly the most lawless people in our society are cops, DAs and judges.
Ahh, the race card. Brown assaulted a cop for no reason. He may not have gotten what he “deserved” by your lights, but he did get what he brought on himself. The physical evidence stands foursquare against your post, and trying to push off the idea that the DA used witnesses that he would lie for Wilson simply shows the lengths you will go to support your inclinations.
Including your fantasies.
And where is Cassell shown to be wrong about the case lo these many times?
Methinks he cluelessness is on you. You are posting your fantasies as though they are facts. Since all the evidence is also in the hands of the Feds, and they haven’t made a peep yet, your fantasies seem to be exactly that.
I have to disagree on the Garner case.
What I read the cause of death was neck AND chest compression. Murder, however, is something different. Negligence, yes, but not murder.
You first!
You were the one who described all four murders as ambushes, that’s why I so thoughtfully provided you with the definition of the word. You seem to have a serious reading comprehension problem. This is probably due to being a moron, sadly not even a dangerous one. Since I’m sure you’ll need help; Moron/noun: a very stupid person.
credible [kred-uh-buh l]
adjective
1.
capable of being believed; believable:
a credible statement.
2.
worthy of belief or confidence; trustworthy:
a credible witness.
You’re continuing to define the words ambush and execution to suit your own biases.
Over and out.
The jury might have gone for the lesser charge of reckless endangerment but that wasn’t offered by the DA. They were asked to consider only manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. Manslaughter would have required an element of intent or at least depraved indifference. Criminal negligence would have required some form of egregious deviation from proper procedures. While I don’t know exactly what the technical difference is between a ”choke hold” and merely having ones arm around someones neck but I’d wager that jury now does.
I’m pretty sure the Times thinks Sarah Palin’s “Cross-hairs” map killed those officers.
Do you mean His dad and mother, who he didn’t live with? Or his grandmother who he did live with? Did you know that his mother and some thugs went to where his grandmother and friends were selling t-shirts in his name and assaulted them? Real nice role models there.
So you want cops to be executed?
Hey MODS, you should report this guys IP address to the authorities!
Wrong. ALL the lies were by pro Brown witnesses as shown by forensics including autopsy done by Brown family hire.
“The DA used witnesses he knew lied for Wilson from the beginning.”
You are the liar here.
I’m reminded of this situation from last year. Seriously, you should watch the video.
You’re quite the Sophist, address the evidence and not the messenger.
You’ve cited nothing but your own baseless rhetoric
There was no evidence presented just another distraction lacking capital. It is not surprising those most guilty of racism are the first to deny it.
Anyone with an ounce of sincerity can bingoogle the DA and see he admitted to using witnesses he knew lied to back up Wilson. Falsely accusing me of being a liar is simply your adolescent method of denial.
The witnesses did not Brown was definitely shot in the back. They did say they THOUGHT he was shot because when he was running away his body jerked as Wilson fired.
The info from the GJ proceeding has been out for a while and people like you will continue to be dishonest because your racism is all you have.
I didnt say he falsified evidence. I said he used witnesses he knew was giving false testimony. What does his claim of showing all the evidence have to with his using witnesses he knew was lying? Yes, he is facing possible action from the courts for using those witnesses.
It is not surprising people like you falsely claim others want more needless deaths. Guess it helps your own blood soaked conscience.
Like I said, just another coward barking behind closed doors to scared to step outside with your words.
“None of the witnesses were proven liars before they went before the grand jury.”
I stopped reading your response with that line because the DA highlighted how witness #40, by the name of Sandra Mcelroy, who claimed Brown charged at Wilson knew before she testified she was lying and simply repeated rumors she saw in the media. She came forward FIVE WEEKS after the shooting and the DA still used her.
Feel free to continue to lie because exposing liars like you is easy, effective, and quick.
Actually, I did not describe all four as ambushes but thanks for more dishonesty. I was pointing out if Brinsley “ambushed” the cops then by that example the cops ambushed Rice and Crawford. I was highlighting how the media was incorrectly using the term ambushed but you were too slow to comprehend.
Blood on the pistol did nothing to prove if Brown was trying to surrender or not when he was killed. The mere fact you think it does proves you know nothing of the case.
Rice and Crawford are not a diversion because the cops who murdered them did exactly what Brinsley did. Walked up to people and killed them without warning.
