VIDEO: Hate Crime Caught on Camera!

Be prepared for stomach-churning nausea if you click the “play” button on what Fark.com has quite accurately described as “The worst version of ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ in the entire history of ever.” A genuinely vicious desecration of a great song:

That’s so unspeakably wrong, I did some research in an attempt to understand why anyone would put it on the Internet. According to the Web site of Blaze Records:

Champagne Dream has been chosen to participate in the Blaze Records USA “Build a Star 2010” program. She have also been cast as an extra in the upcoming video remake of Ozzy Osbourn’s hit “Crazy Train” being performed by Blaze Records USA Artist Renae. She has also been selected to be the official Model for Something Brutal Apparel. This is going to be an exciting year and the launch of a new career in the Music Industry is sure to keep her busy. In the next few weeks she will be recording with Blaze Records USA and looking forward to this new and exciting opening in to the world of music.

There must be some explanation, right? Certainly I’m not alone in guessing that somebody at Blaze Records got the hots for a 19-year-old stripper and said, “Yeah, baby, I’ll make you a star . . .” Or, as one of the Fark commenters put it, “I hope somebody at least got a BJ out of that.”

The purpose of my message to the public is to
let everyone be aware that Tony Calabrese,
IS NOT a Licensed Bonded TALENT Agent, and does NOT carry a TA NUMBER,(which means: anyone registering or soliciting in a state that requires a TA NUMBER, to assist in the career of a persons TALENT, must be REGISTERED in THAT particular state), there are certain states that will accept business to business, but only if the person doing business, has an occupation license for the county, state, they are being represented to do business in that state, and
thus, representing talent and booking work for talent. Tony Calabrese claims to be the owner of a business called BLAZE RECORDS USA.
Tony Calabrese has been slandering, harassing, and claiming to be another person other than himself. There has been brought to my attention by Mr. Calabrese’s telephone calls to me, that Mr. Calabrese entered into a sexual relationship, with an individual that he was also, representing through BLAZE RECORDS, and making revenue from this individual. I currently made contact with the person that Mr. Calabrese had relations with, and I am fully aware that through the persons own words,
Mr. Calabrese is subjugating her to disputed contractual agreement, which there is no contract agreement to date. Also, the individual had been misled down the wrong path, by Tony Calabrese, claiming he was going to make her a star. As myself being in the entertainment business for over 30 years, and to have a person of Lou Perlman impseronario style man, subject me to a pending Blaze Records interoffice, CEASE AND DESIST, WARNING. This mans threats scares me about as much as the John Wayne toilet paper, I buy at the Dollar store…knowing if i don’t use five rounds of paper around my and, my finger might slip!!! In other words, Tony Calabrese is trying to ruin the career of this person and
NOT JUST THIS PERSON, but BON A FIDE individual TALENT, that is now ready to STEP UP and SPEAK THE TRUTH about what Tony Calabrese is all about., doing so by claiming to be someone else other than himself, to get his point across.
    Please be FAIR WARNED!!
Anyone doing business with Tony Calabrese will
soon know the REAL TRUTH. If you take a close look at the certain names that are on THEOTHERMCCAIN, as well as Jeff Todd’s Facebook
(Please feel free to go to Mr. Todd’s FB),
and understand the fraudulent lies, threatening lawsuits, fake names, self-incriminating mudslinging, and with no substantiation of truth to back anything.
In due time, Tony Calabrese will have to face the people and the crimes he has and is committing. Anyone affiliated with or doing business with BLAZE RECORDS USA, in my own opinion, should be ready to take one helluva negative ride, and it truly WILL NOT be to STARDOM!!!

    Here’s the interview its entertaining:
    On Air Interview
    (Transcript)
Mark Keats (The Hometown Show) / Blaze Records USA
    4/16/2010
MK: Today we have on air Tony Calabrese, owner of Blaze Records USA. This has been a fantastic year for this Ohio based independent record label and the year has already proven to be a major milestone on the music scene throughout the Ohio valley and abroad.
MK: What are your immediate plans and goals for Blaze Records USA?
TC: Currently Blaze Records USA is home to 33 Recording Artist’s both regional and national. We have recently signed seven new Artists’ to the label and they will be released over the next three weeks. As you know, our Artist “Renae” will be traveling here to the valley in May to film her first full production music video of Ozzy Osborne’s number one hit “Crazy Train”. This is going to be a major production with several other Blaze Records USA Artist’s making guest extra appearances in the video along with several Expressive Models and many people from the surrounding local communities.
MK: Ok, so I have to ask. Is Ozzy going to appear in the production?
TC: I think that one we will leave up to the phrase, “We do have some unannounced surprises” in this production.
MK: How long will “Renae” be in the valley and is she going to be working on any other projects while she is in Ohio?
TC: “Renae” will be in Ohio for 2 weeks and possibly making a permanent move to base her career here in the valley. The music scene is extremely hot here and I think given the opportunity, any Artist would greatly benefit from what the valley has to offer. “Renae” will actually be working on several projects while she is in the valley. She will also be working on her full production music video of Cher’s hit “Just Like Jesse James” and a full production music video of her own original hit “On Fire” along with her first all original cd.
MK: She sure has her plate full for those two weeks.
TC: “Renae is a go getter and I’m confident that we will together be able to accomplish all that is planned and in the works.
MK: I got some feedback from listener’s wanting to know more about the Blaze Records USA Build a Star program. Can you fill everybody in on what’s going on with all of that?
TC: Basically it is a program that was created with the intent of taking a person that is not in any way related to the music industry and from the ground up building them a career in the industry, within a one year time period. The program is fully sponsored and is a great opportunity for any qualified candidate. We have recently signed with several of the television stations throughout the Tri State to develop and broadcast the program in the form of a reality television show. The show will highlight the ups and downs of the industry as well as the dedication and struggles to get to the top.
MK: Sounds like this is going to be very educational to whoever is involved. I see that “Champagne Dream” is your build a star artist of 2010. I had a chance this morning to check out her site and it looks like she is well on her way and moving fast in the program. I’ll be out to the show at The Saddle to cover that being her first show. What can everybody look forward to, coming from this new upcoming Artist?
TC: “Champagne Dream” is extremely dedicated and an all around amazing person. The show at The Saddle will be her first live performance and she will be gracing the stage along with Marc Wasmund of N3 and also Blaze Records USA recording Artist “Renae”. This is sure to be a great show. Whenever you take two seasoned Artist’s and add a fresh new rising Artist and put them all on a stage together, the end result is always fantastic. I have to throw this in for Rich at The Saddle if I can. The Iron Saddle Saloon in Akron Ohio has the planets best jalapeño poppers and a variety of other food that is all wonderful and the hospitality of the owner is amazing. Every time I have been out to The Saddle it has always been an energetic experience. The sound system is insane and the atmosphere is pure energy.
MK: I remember that night at The Saddle , I think there was a birthday party going on for N3’s Drummer that night. Non stop fun and I think I must have eaten a dozen of those poppers. What all does “Champagne Dream” have in the works? I have to ask, is that her real name?
TC: That was a fun night I think you had more than a dozen poppers (laugh) I think we ran them out that night between the two of us. “Champagne Dream” is currently working on her all original cd with some of the finest writers in the industry. Two of her twelve songs are already done and she is also in the planning stages of her full production music video for her song “Read My Lipstick”, filming is scheduled to start on Tuesday for that. All I can really say on her name, is “It’s hers” and it’s one that definitely gets some attention. You have to love this girl, everywhere she goes she puts people in a great mood and I think her energy will definitely light up any stage. She has recently been sponsored by her favorite store, “Buckle” and has a swimsuit photo shoot coming up this week. I think she will probably take Bike Fest by storm and as far as that goes, hit the charts throughout Florida.
MK: Sore subject but I want to briefly touch base for the inquiring listeners. What in the world is going on with “Cheyenne West” these days? I’m seeing all over the web this huge mud slinging campaign coming from her camp, aimed at the label. I covered two of her shows last year for the local papers and stations and never once had the chance to interview her. Things were hectic at the county fair and by the time I got over to the stage, there was this huge altercation going on that she was involved in with some 4H people.
TC: Definitely a sore subject Mark. Anytime that a label has an Artist that is in breach of contract, it becomes a legal nightmare, not to mention the fact that it is not at all good for the Artist’s career. That day at the fair was just one of many performance fiascos for “Cheyenne West”. Due to the nature of this case and the legal issues involved, I really can’t elaborate on this any farther. I will quote what was written about this in Cleveland Entertainment Scene as I think they said it best. “For an Artist such as Cheyenne West to come up through the music industry this rapid and then suddenly make a devastating career move, the end result is never a good one or an experienced one”.
MK: Do you feel that “Cheyenne West” will ever gain back the notoriety of being the Artist that she once was and return to the stage on a national level?
TC: Honestly, I can’t answer that. Nobody can see the future or second guess an Artist’s career. “Cheyenne West” got misled by many people that she befriended without ever really getting to know and they actually played a huge part in the deterioration of her career. As in the case of “Leeann Rhimes”, sometimes even family members can play a devastating role in crushing an Artist’s career. There are always two roads in this industry and depending on which road she chooses that will be the deciding factor of her career.
MK: Another issue that I wanted to touch base on before we wrap this up, is the slander and harassment coming from Jeff Todd and The Jeff Todd band camp aimed at Blaze Records USA. What is going on with all of that?
TC: Jeff Todd is a local Artist from Leesburg Florida that has decided to basically call himself a national, a record label owner, a guitar guru, a salesman, and many other job positions. (laugh) Jeff Todd is what we like to refer to in the music industry as a “coat tail passenger” and a “show jumper”. It’s sad that so many good Artist’s are out there working hard and being sincere and dedicated to their music and then a character like Jeff Todd comes along and has to show them the seedy side of an otherwise great institution that we all love and know as the music industry. I have no respect whatsoever for any individual that dedicates their every waking hour on creating drama and grief for others, for their own personal gain. I do however hold in high regard, our criminal justice system which has created laws to protect good, honest and dedicated Artist’s and record labels from having to deal with characters like Jeff Todd.
MK: Blaze Records USA is definitely a label sure to make an impact in 2010 and beyond. I’d like to thank Tony for coming out and chatting with us today on The Hometown Show and I’d like to thank all of you listeners for tuning in. Next week we will have a special guest in the studio for a pre show live interview. “Champagne Dream” will be with us and giving her thoughts on what she has seen so far in the music industry as a whole and what we can expect from the Bike Fest show. Be sure to tune in and don’t miss “Champagne Dream” on The Hometown Show.
