When Wintery Knight first told me about this story, I was stunned: In 2010, Australian reporter Ginger Gorham produced a human-interest feature about two men and their son that glowed with the kind of one-sided enthusiasm one might expect to find in advertising copy for toothpaste or a political endorsement. Nary a hint nor a shadow of skepticism dimmed the sunshine-and-rainbows narrative Gorham provided for Mark Newton and Peter Truong.

Authorities in Australia say they intend to apprehend and prosecute every member of an international child pornography ring that exploited a boy who was molested from infancy by two men who reportedly created him with a Russian surrogate mother. “With this network, rest assured that we will pursue them to the ends of the Earth to make sure each and every one of them faces justice for what their role has been in crimes against this child,” Queensland Police Officer Jon Rouse told the Australian Broadcasting Company.
Officer Rouse is a member of Task Force Argos, the special unit that investigated the case of two Australian men who sexually molested a boy for six years, providing video of their crimes — and even paid sexual encounters with the boy — to an “international syndicate” of pedophiles called the Boy Lovers Network.
Mark Newton, 42, was sentenced to 40 years in federal prison last week by U.S. District Court Judge Sarah Evans Barker. Authorities say Newton and his partner, Peter Truong, 36, paid a Russian woman $8,000 to give birth to a boy they said was conceived using artificial insemination with Newton’s sperm. The men began sexually abusing the boy before he was two weeks old, recording the acts on video they shared online with other pedophiles. . . .

You can read the rest at ViralRead. No one can doubt that Ginger Gorham is now shocked, disgusted and revolted by these horrifying revelations. And I wish to make clear to Ginger Gorham — or to anyone else who might get the wrong idea — that I am not unfairly trying to smear gay people with the taint of pedophilia.

What enraged me is how the utter one-sidedness of the news media in regard to homosexuality assisted Newton and Truong in their crime, so that when Gorham sought them out for a 2010 feature article, it amounted to free publicity for their criminal enterprise.

Journalists today cannot report about homosexuality, they must only advocate, endorse, praise and celebrate homosexuality. This paradigm reduces reporters to the role of propagandists, whose job is to parrot the publicity of radical gay-rights activists.

So far has this disastrous trend gone, that it never even occurred to Ginger Gorham that there was anything . . . odd about Truong and Newton’s extraordinary efforts to secure custody of an infant boy whom, we now know, they trained to perform as a gay sex toy:

Prosecutors said videos showed the boy “performing sex acts on Newton with a disturbing level of sophistication” when the boy was not yet 2 years old. At least eight different men had sex with the boy, investigators believe. ”The purchase of the child for the explicit and sole purpose of exploiting him across a network of men is incredibly depraved and very sad tale for that little boy,” Officer Rouse said.

The one story that the media will never report is their own abandonment of any pretense to fairness,  and anyone who tries to hold them accountable is deliberately exiled or ignored. This isn’t about homosexuality. There are any number of issues — from immigration to “climate change” to race relations — where journalists today are not expected to do actual reporting, but rather to promote a preconceived narrative, to advance an agenda.

Well, here is one “hate” I gladly confess: I thoroughly despise these dishonest dimwits who are disgracing the profession of journalism.

Ginger Gorham made herself an accomplice to this crime.

  2. She is a dangerous fool who helped (I will give her the benefit of doubt it was unintentional–but that does not excuse it) a horrible crime continue. Yet she has no doubts, just excuses after the fact?

    You don’t have to. They do that to themselves. They didn’t have to let NAMBLA march in “pride” parades, but they did. They didn’t have to get behind “Free Kate”, but they did.

    The journalists covering these stories oughta report just what it is, exactly, these kids have to do or say to be identified, apparently unequivocally, as “gay”!

  9. Big Gay, Inc., broke ties with NAMBLA *only* upon Bill Clinton’s initial candidacy for president. They knew that having the pedos as a very vocal part of Clinton’s homo-base would damage him with the larger black portion of the base, so they shoved their confessing pedos out of the closet (or back in the closet, is probably more accurate).

    Here’s the thing. Big Gay, Inc., did not ostracize the pedos among them for the moral or ethical reasons they now attempt to claim.

    They did it for the sheerest, most feckless political expediency. Until they had a presidency at risk, Big Gay had NO problem with NAMBLA, which – as has been noted – was a welcomed, banner-waving participant in all the parades.

    The takeaway is, deny it all they want, homosexuals are always far more amenable to hawking chickens than they’ll ever admit. Luckily, normal people have long suspected it, and still do.

  11. Mr. McCain, the info on the old ties between Big Gay and NAMBLA probably exist but in light of current news, I would LOVE to read your heady brand of snarky incisiveness on it, if you are ever inclined to look into it.

    According to Wikipedia, I am only partly correct. Based on the NAMBLA page, Big Gay’s opposition to NAMBLA began in the ’80s but appears to have been due to NAMBLA’s power and influence, which other branches resented.

    Note, however, that it was NOT UNTIL 1994 that GLAAD actually got around to releasing a statement that they ‘deplore’ NAMBLA’s efforts to screw boys.

    I stand corrected on the erroneous parts of my initial post, but the conclusion is the same – Big Gay was and is feckless.

    The NAMBLA guy has to be given credit at least for being truthful about what everyone else knows.

  18. Journ-o-lists and Teh Gehe are only a small part of the story. It’s not that they must celebrate Teh Gehe, it’s that they must – must, as a rite of passage into acceptance in their own “community” – enthusiastically “celebrate diversity” in all its aspects.

    Those aspects do include teh gehe, of course, as well as every other conceivable sexual “orientation” and practice, but also all federal parasites, practitioners of all sorts of unusual and nontraditional religions, cults, and therapies, violent criminals of ethnic minority, and others.

    In short, anything which is not white, male, Christian, capitalist or American in nature or benefit, for as all journ-o-lists learn in Journ-O-Lism School, these are the causes of all evil in the world and beyond and are the very things young aspiring journ-o-lists must strive to “make a difference” against.

    The only practical difference between Ginger Gorham and Ezra Klein or Matt Yglesias is that she has a vagina and they are vaginas.

  19. Long after the gay community ‘renounced’ NAMBLA Nancy Pelosi was still hugging the President of NAMBLA for cameras at gay “pride” rallies in SF.

    Gay Pride. Used to be they could be proud of the Sistine Chapel or breaking the codes that defeated Hitler. Today they’re “proud” of saline scrotal inflation.

    How lucky for them they finally have their own community.
