Life Sentences for Michigan Couple Who Raped 1-Year-Old Girl on Video

American society is rapidly approaching maximum degeneracy:

A Michigan couple convicted of filming each other sexually abusing a 1-year-old girl received life prison sentences Thursday.
Stevie Foehl, 28, and her boyfriend, Michael Emory, 26, pleaded guilty to a slew of sex crime charges in January. Cops found videos of the unthinkable sexual assault on Emory’s computer, which they seized while he was being investigated on separate sex abuse charges.
“I don’t know how to quantify the horror this child was put through,” Judge Dennis Lieber said at the sentencing Thursday, in which Emory got three consecutive life sentences, and Foehl received life in prison.
Emory came under investigation in February 2013 after police learned of his alleged sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl. Cops say the offender made contact with the teen through Craigslist, where she offered her services as a baby sitter. Her parents found out and reported it to the police.
Emory and Foehl fled, and police searched their apartment in Alpine Township. There, they found a computer containing the graphic video, which even veteran investigators found difficult to watch.
“To a person, this is the worst, one of the worst [child sex cases] they’ve had to work,” Kent County Undersheriff John Hess told WZZM.
The FBI and local authorities arrested the couple in Spartanburg, South Carolina, in August 2013. They were extradited to Michigan to face the charges against them.

Human life is cheapened a nation that accepts more than 1 million abortions a year as “a woman’s right to choose.”

If it is not wrong to kill an unborn baby, is anything wrong?

  1. Made me click over to Huffpo! Ahhhh!

Who’s baby, hers (Foehl)? If not, how did they get ahold of her?

I’m guessing the parents of Foehl and Emory are real pieces of work, too.

  2. Sigh. When we were first adopting, we went to an ‘adoption party’. That’s a shindig where they bring out the kids who are up for adoption and the potential parents in an outdoor party kind of way.

Well, we saw a couple of twins, a boy and a girl, 5 years old, blonde, cute as buttons. My wife decided to express interest, and we got the briefing (as to what we might expect). A host of mental issues brought on by the fact that they’d be sexually abused for several years by their parents. Let THAT sink in.

There IS evil in the world. Period.

  3. Some of the commenters over at HuffPoo have the solution: require people to be licensed in order to have children. There. Government fixed it. Others used it as an opportunity to bash Christians and heterosexuals. Liberals are insane.

  4. Undoubtedly a despicable crime, but saying it’s the result of legalized abortion is a wee bit of a stretch.

  5. We’re not supposed to support the rough life that some convicts receive at the hands of other prisoners, but I find it difficult not to want these two to suffer lots of prisoner-on-prisoner violence.

  6. True.
There are some evil people who, if something bad were to happen to them today, would not be missed by anyone tomorrow.
    Take, for example, Al Sharpton…

  7. But only a wee stretch. Infanticide is basically just a “post-natal abortion.” From videos that I’ve seen online, there appears to be an epidemic of moms claiming that if they brought you into this world, then they can take you out; and if your life or death is in their hands, then what can they not do?

If we treat babies like non-persons in one way, then we shouldn’t be surprised when they get treated like non-persons in another way.

  8. No, it’s a major stretch. Sorry, I’ve never encountered this so called epidemic of moms killing their children via such rationalizations, and killing a child out of the womb is not a post natal abortion. It’s murder. There’s always some new anecdote by pro-lifers to try and smear and destroy abortion rights for millions of women. And what would prohibiting abortions accomplish? A black market for abortions which would most likely harm the women who need them the most just like curtailing abortion rights and denying federal subsidies does in this country already. Abortion is a private matter and not one to be decided on another groups religious convictions or beliefs about gender roles.

  9. Unless he goes into protective custody in the Big House, homeboy is in line for sphincter enlargement surgery on a rotating basis.

  10. Remember, pedophilia is on the list of sexual deviancies to be normalized. It may not be next on the list, but if you have your eyes open, the signs are there that it is definitely on the list.

  11. Considering how many children are abused, it’s a fair assumption that a large portion of those prisoners dishing out the “prison justice” are actually child molesters themselves and are projecting their sins onto someone that they beat up.

It’s not “a code of honor,” as many people assume.

  12. All Texas did by curbing abortion rights is move them into an illegal market where doctors prescribe drugs so women can take their chances and abort at home.

  13. “The women who need them the most”? They “need” abortion?

If anyone in the scenario needs something, isn’t it the child that is trying to exist?

“Denying federal subsidies”? Why is it I supposedly have a responsibility to provide abortions for the short-sighted and hedonistic, while they have no responsibility to care for the lives they bring into existence? In fact, to suggest that they do have a responsibility in the matter is to say that they don’t have freedom over their own bodies!

It’s “a private matter” that I have to pay for? You stick your hand out demand that I pay for something and then tell me that it’s none of my business?

  14. Wow. That’s their only option, huh?

Damn! If only we could discover the mysterious cause of pregnancy!

  15. No argument that abortion should be used sparingly and other precautions should be taken(like birth control. abstinence is a poor option)but never made illegal. No point in it. You only harm women, drive them underground for the procedure, or saddle them with children they might not be in a position to care for.

  16. Yeah, much better for that child to be born to a single mother who neither wants him or her, can’t care for him or her, and winds up in foster homes or state raised which often leads to a life of crime and subsequently prison.

  17. It’s more probable that the criminals are the victims rather than the perpetrators of child sexual abuse, as long as you are not including 19 year old guys who copulate with 16 year old girlfriends in the numbers. True pedophiles really aren’t that numerous, and these two sickos are true pedophiles.

  18. The characterization of women who have abortions as short sighted and hedonistic is deeply offensive, sexist, and wrong. The irony as usual when making this argument with pro life conservatives is that you want to force a child into the world to a mother that might not be able to care for him or her , but take ZERO responsibility for the care of that child financially and want to deny subsidies for food stamps, housing, education, etc.

  19. . . . killing a child out of the womb is not a post natal abortion. It’s murder.

Fine. Then, killing a child in the womb is pre-natal murder. Glad we got that sorted out.

  20. “If it is not wrong to kill an unborn baby, is anything wrong?”

The abortion regime is as depraved as it can get. The answer to your question is no.

  21. Most of those who end up in stir on similar charges have to be kept separately. The others would kill them other wise.

  22. You said it, not us. No matter how fast you get that hamster spinning, abortion is still murder by the classic definition.

  23. Yeah Joey abstinence is a poor option. Any orifice, any gender, any time. A million microbes can’t be wrong. Thanks for the insight, Captain Cliche. I bet you got a B+ in Wymen’s Studies at your local community college.

  24. cliched, shallow argument alert. You wouldn’t happen to be Amanda Marcotte’s parrot would you?

  25. Let me rephrase that….
What’s left of his miserable existence is going to seem like an eternity.

  26. So your justification is that the child is better off not being born?

This instead of the single mother {your identification of the person responsible, not mine} straightening up, standing up and doing the right thing for her child and giving him/her a fair shot at life?

That’s an awfully convenient way to avoid responsibility, save a ton money and be able to keep on doing how you like to do because “Hey, I can just go get another abortion if it happens again!”

  27. Abortion as a medical necessity or in the case of rape is one thing.

Abortion on demand and for convenience sake is entirely another can of worms.

If, in the former, a medical doctor judges the health of the mother to be in danger or in the instance of rape, it has been reported to law enforcement for investigation, then exceptions should be made.

The latter involves two people acting in an immature and reckless manner because …….because they know they can.

    If a woman “might not be able to care for him or her” then she needs to consider that before thinking of self. {Again it is you who are putting this upon the shoulders of the “single mother” alone, not I}

  28. The zoophiles no doubt want to be next and have the pedophiles wait for their turn for official government recognition under the 14th Amendment.

  29. People in poverty tend to stay in poverty, and adding a child is just one more soul being subjected to poverty and deprivation. Big myth of our culture is everyone can make it, but economic reality is real and hinders, and it hinders those on the bottom the worst. Yes, I’m all for sparing a new life such a cruel and awful fate.

  30. So its abortion as an act of benevolence.
That’s very thoughtful and kind of you.

Why stop there? Seriously man, if its about the sparing of a cruel and awful fate why not start mercifully reducing the overabundance of poor and miserable people who struggle for their own survival on a daily basis?
I know that would be murder but think of the misery and suffering that could be ended for the cost of a .308 round. Would they not be better off in the long run? Aw Shiite, that long run thing doesn’t really work for them does it?
Heck then think of all the liberals and the joy they’ll feel over such a benevolent action.
