Biden Accuses Americans of Ignorance, Warns of Anti-Gay ‘Terrorist Groups’

Democrat presidential candidates shamelessly pandered to the advocates of sodomy in a televised town hall Thursday on CNN, and Joe Biden did not ingratiate himself with the Left when he joked about “coming out” and then made a gaffe that’s weird even by Biden’s standards:

Think about it. The idea it’s normal. It’s normalized. It’s not anything strange. It’s not strange. That’s the generic point.
And the more people know that, the more they understand it — remember, Anderson, back 15, 20 years ago, we talked about this in — in San Francisco was all about, well, you know, gay — gay bath houses. And everybody — it’s all about around-the-clock sex. It’s all — come on, man. Gay couples are more likely to say together longer than heterosexual couples.

Notice the disorganized syntax, the word-salad quality of what Biden said. He had been headed toward making a “generic point” about homosexuality being “normalized,” something people must be encouraged to understand, when suddenly another thought popped into his head. Biden seems to have wished to make a point about “progress” in terms of societal acceptance of homosexuality. Therefore, Biden invoked an earlier time “15, 20 years ago” (which if taken literally would mean circa 1999-2004) when anti-gay prejudice was based on perceptions of widespread promiscuity — “gay bath houses . . . around-the-clock sex.” Or at least, that seems to be what Biden was trying to suggest.

Try to speak in complete sentences, Joe. Finish whatever argument you’re making before interrupting yourself to share some new idea that just popped into your senile mind. His “gay bath house” non sequitur was called “weird” and “bizarre,” and CNN’s town hall was panned as “disastrous” by John McCormack of National Review, but it’s important to note what was truly obnoxious in what Biden said Thursday.

His “generic point” was that anyone who disapproves of homosexuality, or opposes any policy agenda favored by the organized gay-rights lobby, must be motivated by ignorance, and in need of enlightenment. Yet disagreement on this subject does not reflect a difference of knowledge, but rather different systems of moral values. One could have a vast knowledge about homosexual behavior — indeed, one might have extensive direct personal experience with the phenomenon — without believing such behavior should be “normalized.”

It is a fact that there are many people who, in their own inclinations and appetites, are perhaps as gay as Anderson Cooper, but don’t align themselves with the LGBT political movement and its policy goals. Pay close attention to what Biden said Thursday:

The generic point I’m making here is, folks, the vast majority of people in America are not homophobic. They’re just afraid. They don’t understand. They don’t know. They don’t know what to do or say. . . .
If you had a business lunch eight, ten years ago, and there were six or seven people at the lunch, and a gay waiter came up and said something that identified himself being gay, in fact, if one of the people made fun of that waiter, the vast majority of people wouldn’t have said anything at the table. Today you’d all look at him and say, if you’re straight as can be, look at him and say, what the hell is the matter with you? And he’d never be invited back.
The point is, they’re not afraid now to stand up and say — because guess what? We learn.

Again, the adjectives “weird” and “bizarre” are appropriate. Biden is speaking of a time “eight, ten years ago” — i.e., 2009-2011 — when no one at a “business lunch” would have objected if someone made a joke at the expense of a gay waiter. Well, I don’t know, if he was an obvious mincing fairy, maybe someone would have said something, but . . .

What? No, I’m just pointing out the absurdity of Biden’s rhetoric, which involves a few different unstated premises:

  1. The idea that a valid metric of “homophobia” is whether someone makes jokes about gay people; I make jokes about all kinds of people, and it doesn’t mean I hate any of them;
  2. The attribution of universal victimhood to gay people, who we are supposed to believe are so emotionally vulnerable that they are irreparably harmed by jokes;
    and
  3. The idea that “the vast majority of people in America” are “just afraid” because they “don’t understand” — they are ignorant, and must “learn” whatever it is that cures homophobia.

These are the beliefs Biden was attempting to express in his incoherent gibberish, and the premises of his argument (which are widely held by liberals) simply cannot withstand objective scrutiny. As with every other issue, Democrats are promoting in regard to gay people what Thomas Sowell described as The Vision of the Anointed, the idea that every public-policy dispute involves a contest between the Enlightened Few and the Benighted Many. Liberals consider themselves to be morally and intellectually superior to such an extent that the rest of us are in need of their tutelage. Whatever the issue — high-speed rail in California or “Drag Queen Story Hour” at your local library — liberals think of their opponents as intellectually inferior to themselves, so that your opinion is wrong, and you are a bad person, if you disagree with a liberal.

It is this attitude that inspires Democrats to abrogate the First Amendment freedom of their opponents, by labeling the expression of disagreement as “hate speech.” You will scarcely be surprised that Biden endorsed surveillance of “terrorist groups” that disagree with him:

At the CNN LGBT town hall on Thursday, former Vice President Joe Biden advocated for a kind of terror watchlist to monitor organizations that oppose same-sex marriage and transgender identity, similar to a previous Obama administration effort targeting conservatives groups. This monitoring echoed the Southern Poverty Law Center’s accusations that mainstream conservative Christian organizations are “anti-LGBT hate groups” on par with the Ku Klux Klan. . . .
“What we had before to deal with hate crimes was we had a position in our administration, within both the Department of Justice as well as within Homeland Security, a provision to keep watch on these groups that we know are out there — like terrorist groups, they’re similar — that we know are out there, to be able to follow — without violating their First Amendment rights — to be able to follow what they’re doing and follow up on threats that come forward,” Biden said.
While it remains unclear specifically to what Biden was referring, it seems likely this effort has something to do with a DHS report about “Rightwing Extremism,” which presented a broad swath of conservative groups as “hate-oriented.”
When mentioned in the context of LGBT issues, Biden’s call for monitoring groups “similar to terrorist groups” echoes the talking points of the SPLC, which has demonized conservative Christian organizations like Alliance Defending Freedom (a law firm that has won many Supreme Court cases), D. James Kennedy Ministries (cut off from Amazon’s charity program thanks to the SPLC), and the Family Research Council (which faced an active shooter thanks to the SPLC’s accusations). Conservatives targeted by the SPLC have lost access to their credit cards. Their organizations have been banned by sites like GoFundMe and Eventbrite, and even booted from Mar-a-Lago.

Again, we can only understand what’s wrong with this approach by extracting from Biden’s remarks his unstated premises. Biden implies that “hate crimes” against homosexuals are somehow inspired by the kind of “terrorist groups” the Obama administration made it a policy to “watch.” Good luck finding any evidence to support that belief.

Most actual violence against gay people is not committed by the kind of people who support the Family Research Council. It’s not Trump supporters who are murdering “transgender women of color.”

There is no demonstrable cause-and-effect relationship between the activism of social conservative groups like FRC and the “hate crimes” perpetrated against members of the LGBT community. Biden is expressing a media-generated mythology about a “climate of hate”:

For example, in June 2017, it was reported that 17-year-old Rayquann Deonte Jernigan, a/k/a “Ava Le’Ray Barrin,” had become the “Youngest Trans Murder Victim In The U.S. This Year.” Was this murder caused by a Trump-inspired “climate of hate”? No, according to police in Athens, Georgia, this fatal shooting was “the culmination of a feud between two transgender groups.” A judge dismissed a murder charge against the accused shooter, ruling that Jalen Breon Brown, 21, acted in self-defense during a fight with Jernigan. Or what about the March 2018 murder of Darrel “Amia Tyrae” Berryman in Louisiana? The Human Rights Campaign reported that Berryman, “a transgender woman of color,” had become “the seventh known homicide of a transgender person this year.” Was Berryman killed by a Republican voter? No, the police charged Dedrick Butler, a 22-year-old convicted felon, with murdering Berryman in a $55-a-night East Baton Rouge motel room where “Amia Tyrae” was working as a prostitute.

Pretty sure these perps weren’t on the FRC mailing list.

Oh, and since Joe Biden raised the subject let’s talk about round-the-clock sex in gay bath houses. The era to which Biden refers was the late 1970s and early ’80s (not “15, 20 years ago”), a climate of rampant homosexual promiscuity that gave rise to the AIDS epidemic.

In 1982, the CDC reported that that the “median number of lifetime male sexual partners” for gay men diagnosed with AIDS was 1,160. In other words, a majority of the first men diagnosed with this sexually transmitted disease had more than one thousand partners. The man known as “Patient Zero” of the AIDS epidemic, Gaetan Dugas, estimated that he had sex with 2,500 men from 1972 to 1982, i.e., 250 different partners every year for 10 consecutive years. We may stipulate that Dugas was an extreme example, but his behavior was the tip of a very large iceberg of gay promiscuity during the Disco Era. But oh, you’re just an ignorant bigot if you disapprove of such behavior.



 

CNN Story ‘Simply False,’ CIA Says

Never trust CNN:

The Central Intelligence Agency on Monday evening slammed what it called CNN’s “misguided” and “simply false” reporting, after the cable channel’s chief national security correspondent authored a hole-filled piece claiming that the CIA had pulled a high-level spy out of Russia because President Trump had “repeatedly mishandled classified intelligence and could contribute to exposing the covert source as a spy.”
The extraordinary CIA rebuke came as The New York Times published a bombshell piece late in the evening, which largely contradicted CNN’s reporting. According to the Times, CIA officials “made the arduous decision in late 2016 to offer to extract the source from Russia” — weeks before Trump even took office.
Concerns about media reporting on Russian election interference drove the decision, according to the Times, which described the source as “the American government’s best insight into the thinking of and orders” from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Former intelligence officials said there was no public evidence that Mr. Trump directly endangered the source, and other current American officials insisted that media scrutiny of the agency’s sources alone was the impetus for the extraction,” the Times wrote.

In other words, what really endangered the source was the media asking questions about where the CIA was getting its Russia information, and let us ask, why was the media asking those questions? Could it be because Obama administration officials, including CIA Director John Brennan, were feeding the media the “Russian collusion” narrative, which naturally led reporters to try confirming the leaks from Brennan & Co.?



 

Democrats 2020: ‘Ban All the Things!’

The presidential ambitions of the leading Democrat candidates may not survive CNN’s 7-Hour ‘Climate Change’ Townhall.
It was a man-made disaster, created in the fevered swamps of CNN and fueled by pledges of allegiance to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal.
The candidates came across as not-serious-people. Worse, they came across as nanny-state monsters who really do want to take away your plastic straws and cheeseburgers to save the planet. It was a self-parody of what woke totalitarianism sounds like, with an abnormal focus on meat.
Republican attack-ad makers have hours of footage that can be sliced and diced to make any of the candidates who appeared at the Townhall look insane.

As for banning babies, it was a fanatical vegan who prompted Bernie Sanders to endorse global population control:

A member of the audience, Martha Readyoff of New Milford, Conn., said to Sanders, “Human population growth has more than doubled in the past 50 years. The planet cannot sustain this growth. I realize this is a poisonous topic for politicians, but it is crucial to face. Empowering women and educating everyone on the need to curb population growth seems a reasonable campaign to enact. Would you be courageous enough to discuss this issue and make it a key feature of a plan to address climate catastrophe?”
“Well, Martha, the answer is yes,” Sanders said. “And the answer has everything to do with the fact that women in the United States of America, by the way, have a right to control their own bodies and make reproductive decisions.”
The CNN town hall audience whooped and clapped at this line, having apparently missed all that Readyoff’s position entails.
“And the Mexico City agreement, which denies American aid to those organizations around the world that are — that allow women to have abortions or even get involved in birth control to me is totally absurd,” Sanders continued.
This is not true — Mexico City only excludes abortion advocacy groups from family-planning funding, in line with federal laws that ban the funding of abortion as a method of family planning. In plainer terms, the Mexico City policy does not prevent funds from going to birth control and other non-abortion means of family planning. So I am not sure what Sanders is on about, unless he is calling specifically for more terminated pregnancies as a means to regulate world populations.
The senator concluded: “So I think, especially in poor countries around the world where women do not necessarily want to have large numbers of babies, and where they can have the opportunity through birth control to control the number of kids they have, it’s something I very, very strongly support.”

Martha Readyoff, who apparently teaches young children at a charter school in Connecticut, is an animal-rights activist who promotes veganism as an “important social justice movement . . . for the planet.”

The Left has been promoting the “overpopulation” myth for decades. The belief that babies are the cause of a “climate catastrophe” is so easily disproven — it’s been debunked so often by so many qualified researchers — that it seems redundant to do so again, merely because a vegan idiot got hold of the microphone at a CNN town hall. And yet, as with the case of the Connecticut teacher, America’s children are being indoctrinated with this bogus mythology, as John Hayward remarks:

If you’re wondering why so many young people are mired in despair, futility, and occasionally violent nihilism, try listening to the Democrat presidential field babbling for 7 hours about how humanity is a virus that must be culled to save the Earth.
Remember, the Left controls education with an iron grip. Today’s young people are subjected to years of indoctrination in the insane anti-human ideology you heard the Democrats vomit at the CNN town hall. They are constantly told the Earth is suffering from human overpopulation.
It’s a perspective hammered into the heads of young people by the Left with many tools, from worshiping abortion as a pseudo-religious sacrament to radical environmentalism. Every aspect of the Left’s ideology views humans as a problem to be controlled and reduced.
The most baffling thing is that so many people are baffled that young people are depressed, fearful of the future, and reluctant to marry or have children. This garbage is pumped into their skulls as soon as Democrats get hold of them in schools.
Anti-humanism is deeply entwined with anti-capitalism. A core belief of the Left is that human freedom is dangerous and only the elites can be trusted to make important decisions. You can’t believe the junk pushed by a Warren or Sanders without a very dim view of the common man. . . .

CNN Panelist: ‘The Greatest Terrorist Threat in This Country Is White Men’

The obscure cable channel strikes again:

A Monday night “Cuomo Prime Time” segment went completely off the rails after CNN commentator Angela Rye took issue with a GOP campaign strategist’s “interesting word choice” after the strategist said that two Muslim Democratic Reps. had “hijacked” the Democratic Party.
The night’s “The Great Debate” segment featured former Congressional Black Caucus executive director Angela Rye and GOP campaign strategist Patrick Griffin discussing Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib and Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, who were both denied entry into Israel because of their support of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
The heated back-and-forth discussion reached a climax after Griffin said the two have “hijacked” the Democratic party “from their own speaker.”
“They picked themselves, Chris,” said Griffin, pushing back on the notion that Omar and Tlaib have become objects of President Donald Trump’s ire because of the color of their skin. “The fact of the matter is, these members of Congress have decided to stand up and speak out for the Democratic caucus. Nancy Pelosi can’t even control these folks. This has nothing to do with the color of their skin. This has everything to do with the fact that they’re supporting terrorist organizations in Israel. Nobody knew what the BDS was before we starting hearing about all this stuff. We need to be careful here.”
“These four women, particularly these two, have taken over the Democratic Party,” Griffin added. “and hijacked it from their own speaker.”
Rye, who had been trying to interrupt to make a point about white males committing terrorist acts, immediately jumped on Griffin’s terminology.
“It’s so interesting that you use the term — the only two Muslim women in Congress, the term you chose to use, sir, is ‘hijacking,’” she said.
Griffin insisted that his usage had “nothing to do with whether they are Muslim or not, absolutely not,” but rather that they “hijacked the party from their own principles.”
“They hijacked the Democratic Party and that’s one of the reasons why Donald Trump should play the lottery,” said Griffin. “He’s a lucky guy.”
“That’s a real interesting word choice, and you understand why,” Rye pressed as the two talked over each other. “You can talk over me all you want to but the bottom line is the greatest terrorist threat in this country is white men, white men who think like you. That is the greatest terrorist threat in this country.”

Democrats should make that their 2020 campaign slogan.



 

MSNBC Guest: Democrats Must ‘Destroy’ White People Who Voted for Trump

Elie Mystal is a Harvard Law alumnus:

“You don’t communicate to them, you beat them. You beat them. They are not a majority of this country — the majority of white people in this country are not a majority of the country. All the people who are not fooled by this need to come together, go to the polls, go to the protests, do whatever you have to do. You do not negotiate with these people, you destroy them.”

This rhetoric — “the majority of white people in this country are not a majority of the country . . . destroy them” — contributes to the kind of paranoid “white genocide” fears that inspire mass murderers. It’s exactly what the El Paso shooter’s “manifesto” was talking about. For a graduate of Harvard Law School to be engaged in this kind of incendiary racial rhetoric on national TV tells you a lot about the agenda Democrats intend to pursue, if they succeed in defeating Trump next year.

Chris Cuomo: ‘I’ll F–king Throw You Down These Stairs Like a F–king Punk’

Gosh, he’s so sensitive:

In a YouTube video released on Monday by “independent media journalist” with the title “That’s the Point with Brandon,” CNN’s Prime Time host Chris Cuomo can be seen threatening to throw a reported “Trump supporter” down some stairs. The incident appeared to be designed to get a rise out of Cuomo, but the CNN host completely blew up at a minor slight.
All told, Cuomo used the “F-word” roughly 25 times.
Before the video started rolling, the unidentified man apparently called Cuomo by the name “Fredo.” The name was a stinging nickname stemming from the disgraced Fredo Corleone character in The Godfather film. Over the years, it’s been a favorite jab at him from people on the right. . . .
“But if you want to play then we’ll fucking play,” Cuomo angrily spat as things began to spiral. “Yeah, but you’re going to have a big f–king problem.” . . .

MAN 1: I don’t have a problem with you man.
CUOMO: You’re going to have a f–king problem.
MAN 1: What? What are you going to do about it?
CUOMO: I’ll f–ing ruin your s–t. I’ll f–king throw you down these stairs like a f–king punk.
MAN 1: Please do.
CUOMO: Why, so you can f–king sue?
MAN 1: You don’t want to do that. You don’t want to do that.
CUOMO: So you can f–king sue?
MAN 1: But why don’t you do that then?
CUOMO: Then take a f–king swing. You want to call me Fredo then take a f–king swing.

The reason “Fredo” annoys Chris Cuomo so much is that, just as the Mafia exercised corrupt power in The Godfather, the Democrat Party exercises corrupt power in New York and, while his brother Andrew succeeded his father Mario Cuomo as capo di tutti capi of the political racket in New York, Chris’s only consolation is a show on an obscure cable network with lower ratings than Spongebob Squarepants. So he’s very much like Fredo Corleone, sent to Vegas to work with Moe Green while Mike took care of the family’s main business.

A CNN spokesman said: “Chris Cuomo defended himself when he was verbally attacked with the use of an ethnic slur in an orchestrated setup. We completely support him.” And, yeah, if somebody had deliberately insulted me this way — called me “Jed Clampett,” for example, or made a joke about Deliverance — I might have been angry. But I wouldn’t have used the f-word 25 times, nor would I have done that kind of macho trip, threatening to throw a “f–king punk” down the stairs.

You have to learn to shrug off these things, especially if you’re someone in the public eye. To be involved in controversy — and the news business nowadays is very controversial — means that you have enemies, whether you want it that way or not. There are people who have tried to harm me and my family because of politics and I’ve never done anything more than was necessary to self-defense. No need to threaten people.

The Media Smear Machine (and Why Kamala Harris’s Ancestry Is Relevant)

Trump invites right-wing extremists
to White House ‘social media summit’

In the article, the infamous Oliver Darcy calls the summit a gathering of “far-right internet personalities and trolls, some of whom have pushed conspiracy theories, lies and misinformation.” What kind of “personalities”? James O’Keefe and Charlie Kirk, among others. What kind of “misinformation” is being “pushed” by these “trolls”?

Ali Alexander, an activist who attempted to smear Sen. Kamala Harris by saying she is not an “American black” following the first Democratic presidential debates.

Except, no, that wasn’t a “smear.” It was a fact.

Neither of Kamala Harris’s parents are Americans. Her mother is from India and her father is from Jamaica. Harris spent most of her childhood in Canada. She thus has little in common with most black people in the United States whose ancestors were slaves here. Before this fact became controversial, it was referenced by such “far-right” personalities as . . . CNN’s Don Lemon.

 

Yes, in February, Lemon engaged in an on-air debate about whether Harris’s ancestry sets her apart from so-called ADOS (American descendants of slaves). Most white people probably think such discussion is silly, but ADOS activists are calling attention to what is, for them, a very important distinction. Many so-called “diversity” initiatives — e.g., admission at elite universities or hiring at Fortune 500 corporations — assign quota value to “people of color” without regard to their ancestry. The original intent of affirmative action half a century ago was to remediate the effects of historic discrimination against black people. But how is that purpose served by granting preferential treatment to “people of color” whose parents are immigrants? In other words, if “diversity” means that the son of an engineer from Ghana or Pakistan is admitted to Harvard, does this convey any benefit to the children of black Americans? Or is it not a fact that black Americans are being excluded because of favoritism toward immigrant “people of color”? And the issues raised by ADOS activists are quite crucial when many Democrats are advocating reparations for slavery. To whom would such reparations be paid? Would someone like Kamala Harris, none of whose ancestors were ever enslaved in the United States, have a claim to such payments?

All of these considerations are ignored by CNN’s dishonest smear of Ali Alexander as a “right-wing” troll, but CNN has long since ceased to be a legitimate news organization. They are now merely partisan propaganda merchants, “Democratic Party operatives with bylines.”

UPDATE: Let’s not omit this:

Sen. Kamala Harris (D., Calif.) is the descendant of an Irishman who owned a slave plantation in Jamaica, according to her father’s lengthy ancestral summary of his side of the family.
Donald Harris, a Stanford University economics professor, revealed in 2018 that his grandmother was a descendant of Hamilton Brown, the namesake of Brown’s Town in northern Jamaica.

Amazing what you can learn from genealogical research. Just yesterday, I learned that my parents were third cousins, once removed.

Trump Launches Re-Election Campaign With Monster Rally in Orlando

This guy is a political genius. A week ahead of the first televised Democrat debates, he stages a gigantic rally in a 20,000-seat Florida arena, with people lining up two days in advance. By doing this, on the four-year anniversary of his June 2015 escalator ride, Trump visibly demonstrates his continued popularity at a time when the media are claiming that polls show him trailing in his re-election race. A few highlights:

As soon as Trump took the stage in his signature red tie, the crowd seemed pleased to have waited. They greeted him with “USA” chants as he recalled the “movement” he started four years ago.
“It turned out to be more than just a great political campaign. It turned out to be a great political movement because of you,” the president said, echoing the same nationalist message that became a staple of his first presidential run. “It’s a movement made up of people … who believe that a nation must care for its own citizens first.” . . .
“Together we’re breaking the most sacred rule of Washington politics: We are keeping our promises to the American people,” he said. . . .
“They’ve been afflicted with an ideological sickness,” Trump said of Democrats, attracting deafening applause as he affirmed that “America is not a socialist country.”
“Republicans do not believe in socialism. We believe in freedom,” he added.
“The days of stealing American jobs and American companies, American ideas and wealth —those days are over,” Trump boldly declared.

Predictably, the media freaked out. CNN cut away from live coverage six minutes into the speech when the crowd started chanting “CNN sucks.”

 

Then, just as Trump was getting back on track and talking about how the election “was our chance to reclaim our government,” CNN fill-in anchor John Berman appeared.
“All right. We’ve been watching the President kick off his reelection bid. He’s been on stage for about six minutes. Within two minutes he did talk about the economy, but within four minutes it was attacks on the media,” he whined.
Berman then looked for a take from CNN political director David Chalian, who processed to lecture the President about wasting his opportunity to talk to the American people about his accomplishments:

But, is Donald Trump going to seize this moment to frame his argument to the American people as to why they should renew his contract for another four years, or is he just going to present us the Trump show, you know, and air his grievances and start the bashing of the free press.

“And he shows no desire whatsoever to try and actually seize this moment to do something different,” Chalian complained.

Having gone all-in on Hillary in 2016, when they earned the moniker “Clinton News Network,” CNN has been playing sore loser ever since. Guess what? Nobody likes a sore loser:

Fox News’ prime time lineup once again dominated its competition last week, besting both CNN and MSNBC combined, as CNN and MSNBC posted their lowest total day ratings of the year in a crucial demographic.
Fox News had the highest ratings on cable television for the week of June 10-16. Fox News’ prime time line up averaged nearly 2.3 million viewers and 315,000 in the critical 25-54 demographic, according to Nielsen Media Research. The network also averaged nearly 1.2 million total day viewers, including 187,000 in the 25-54 demographic. . . .
CNN was ninth in total day ratings and 14th in prime time ratings.
CNN averaged 519,000 in total day viewership, including just 173,000 in the ages 25-54 demographic, its lowest of the year. . . .
CNN’s ratings continue the network’s recent nose dive. Last week, the Home and Garden TV channel nearly doubled the 24 hour cable news network in prime time ratings, averaging 1,289,000 viewers compared to 762,000 viewers for CNN.

Twice as many people watch HGTV as watch CNN. And throwing on-air tantrums probably isn’t going to improve their ratings. Just sayin’ . . .
