More #FreeKate Freaks: Now Arguing for ‘Consensual’ Sex With 9-Year-Olds?

What is frightening is that these creeps have no sense of shame:

Actually, the person pointing out that she menstruated at 9 seems to be arguing against the “Free Kate” cause, but you see that Mel Riggs refuses to back down from his “once the body is mature, do what you want” argument. They are shamelessly wicked, and wickedly shameless.
You’re Not Angry Enough

Just found 2 provably false statements about me on a single page of Kimberlin's federal complaint. Ain't saying which page. Fuck you, Brett.
— Robert Stacy McCain (@rsmccain) October 17, 2013
Today, I woke up and read the 47-page compendium of lies in the federal lawsuit I call Kimberlin v. Everybody, and I was angry.
To have a vicious creep like Brett Kimberlin accuse me of dishonesty? Even while he attributes to me words I never wrote?
While this monster lies about my friends?
When I know full well that Kimberlin’s motive for telling these dreadful falsehoods is to misdirect attention from his own wrongdoing?
There is a cold case murder in Indiana. A 65-year-old grandmother was shot to death. And you are not angry?
Is there no sense of honor left in the world?
Have we become a nation of worthless cowards?
Two days after I learned about the perverse and dishonest “Free Kate” movement on behalf of Kaitlyn Hunt, I wrote: “I’m so angry I’m starting to get angry at other people for not being angry about it.”
And that’s how I’m feeling now.
When I think back to the morning of May 17, 2012, when I was planning to go cover the G-8 Summit but changed my mind after I learned what Brett Kimberlin and Neal Rauhauser had done to Aaron Walker, sometimes I wonder why I even bothered. What’s the point of all this, if no one even cares enough to be angry about it?
Today Lee Stranahan called and caught 10 minutes of Celtic fury.
@Stranahan Maybe I should switch to decaf?
— Robert Stacy McCain (@rsmccain) October 17, 2013
@Stranahan I should do a workout video, "Aerobic Profanities: Sweating to the G-D- M-F-ing Bastards!"
— Robert Stacy McCain (@rsmccain) October 17, 2013
@Stranahan It's that Nick-Saban-locker-room-at-halftime-when-Bama's-trailing-Vandy-by-3 mood.
— Robert Stacy McCain (@rsmccain) October 17, 2013
Hint to friends: Don’t expect me to calm down when I get in this mood.
The problem is, you’re not angry enough.
The problem is, we have lost the sense of decency that should be outraged when the innocent are made to suffer, when selfish cruelty is tolerated, when evil flourishes, when liars have no shame.
Thus does a once-great nation become corrupt and decadent.
It’s hard to write when my fingers are trembling with rage.
Bill Schmalfeldt Lies Again

Who could ever forget Bill Schmalfeldt's glorious career as "Lester Klemper"? http://t.co/JeJzcP1Bmn @antvq16 @Katiescarlet2 @wjjhoge @ali

@guntotingteabag @rsmccain @wjjhoge @Katiescarlet2 @ali Oh look, ANOTHER provable lie by Bill pic.twitter.com/iK9OwFBC9w
— army_vet (@antvq16) October 17, 2013
After I replied to his “offer” of an “interview,” the sadistic sociopath who has cyberstalked, harassed and threatened me for months — and well do regular readers know this — had the unspeakable effrontery to e-mail me again, from which I quote two sentences:
“You make untrue statements that you sprinkle with your hate spittle and anoint as ‘true.’ I have not lied, and you have never once proven a lie other than to call me a liar.”
How many time in the past year has Bill Schmalfeldt accused me of lying when I said I no longer live in Maryland? How many times in the past five weeks has Bill Schmalfeldt falsely claimed I was “served” at a Maryland address in the Kimberlin v. Walker et al. lawsuit?
How many times have I named witnesses who can confirm for a fact that I do not live in Maryland, that I have not lived in Maryland since mid-2012? How many times have I stated that I have not been “served” in Maryland, because the Maryland address listed for me in Kimberlin v. Walker, et al., is not my address and, in point of fact, that particular address has never been my address?
I have not been served. I do not live in Maryland. Yet Schmalfeldt has never once acknowledged his dishonesty in accusing me falsely.
What authority, after all, did Bill Schmalfeldt ever have to make this false accusation against me? If Bill Schmalfeldt can prove that I am in Maryland — as he knows damned well that I am not — where is his proof? Where is the signed receipt for legal service that Bill Schmalfeldt says his perjuring friend Brett Kimberlin should have?
Bill Schmalfeldt has repeatedly claimed to be “ethical,” even as he has endlessly repeated this lie, demanding that I tell a convicted bomber where I and my family live, in order to disprove his lie.
You are a sick and pathetic freak, Bill Schmalfeldt. And your deliberate dishonesty is nearly as disgusting as your shameless cruelty.
Big Senate, Little House

A quaint notion I had in my youth was that wisdom and age were proportional. The older you got, the wiser you got, the further up the food chain you got. Thus (I was a young squid at the time) by the time one made Admiral, one must really Know. What’s. Up. The hard reality that I was wrong, and one must trust (but verify) one’s leadership dawned on me in my 20s. And the most ultimately wrong human being in American political history may have been Woodrow Wilson.
A century after that famous knob Woodrow, we have the spectacle of the Senate Majority/Minority leaders wheeling and dealing, passing legislation, and running it through the House in the crap-through-goose fashion (which metaphor holds on multiple levels) in order to prevent “default” and “reopen” government. How is that not a direct refutation of Article I, Section VII? The Senate, directly elected since the 17th Amendment, is a Little House, isn’t it? Read more

Subject: Interview offer
Despite your opinion of me, I want to write a balanced story about Kimberlin’s RICO suit. If you are interested in telling your side of the story, i could submit a list of questions and will print your answers verbatim. This is a one time, take-it-or-leave-it offer. If you want your side told in my writing, let me know. If you do not want your side of the story, feel free to ignore me. Don’t bother writing back telling me not to contact you. That doesn’t work. Either agree or disagree to be interviewed, and leave it at that.
Thank you.

Damn your “offer,” and damn your “interview.”
My opinion of you is of no consequence. What finally matters is the self-evident fact of your hateful dishonesty and cowardice, which is apparent to every intelligent person who has ever bothered to examine your words and actions.
Your assistance in “telling [my] side of the story” is neither welcome nor necessary. Of course, your offer is not made in good faith, as you have never acted on good faith in the entirety of the months that I have been forced to observe your constant lying and harassment. Further research has determined that this sort of disgraceful conduct has been your habit ever since you began your inept online attempts at impersonating a “progressive pundit” or whatever else you may choose to call that pathetic charade of yours.
What is astounding is that, after days of threatening the Impending Doom of myself and others — because of your advance notice of Kimberlin’s RICO suit — you have the unmitigated gall now to insult me by suggesting that you “want to write a balanced story” about the baseless and legally defective federal lawsuit your patron has filed against innocent people who have committed no wrong. You well know that the only “sin” of which the defendants are guilty is their failure to join you in your reverent worship at the Holy Shrine of Saint Brett of the Blessed Pipe Bomb.
Despite your knowledge of this truth, you pretend that Kimberlin’s litigation has some purpose beyond harassment. This pretense of yours fools no one. Your actions are entirely for the selfish and sadistic purpose of inflicting harm on people who are successful and happy, and your hate toward them is motivated by your envy, the ultimate cause of which is your inability to take responsibility for your incompetence and self-inflicted misfortunes.
Failure has attended your every step so far, and you have forfeited any claim you might ever have had on the courtesy of decent, honest and respectable people. Every person who knows you must regard you with thorough contempt, even such of your colleagues as may find you temporarily useful. Bad causes attract bad people, and the very fact that you are acceptable to Brett Kimberlin as an accomplice is conclusive proof of how desperate he has become.
You obviously have no shame, but you cannot be unconscious of the wrongs you have done, and I pity anyone so unfortunate as to have any reason to care what a laughingstock you have made of yourself. Cast your eye backward, look at the road you have traveled to reach your present humiliated position, and consider what destination you shall reach if you continue your current self-destructive trajectory.
I don’t have to tell you to go to Hell, because you are already in a frantic hurry to get there. All I can say now is, “Bon voyage.”

Alice In Chains Salute To Sen. McConnell

The ritual, symbolic sacrifices of Tea Partiers to Cthulhu will continue for months, of course. However, this blog should note that there was a fine piece of bacon tucked into The Bill That Lifted The Tea Party Curse. Thanks, Mitch. We know you’re a mortal man, but it is good to know your price:
A proposal to end the government shutdown and avoid default orchestrated by Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and Democratic Leader Harry Reid includes a $2 billion earmark for a Kentucky project.
Language in a draft of the McConnell-Reid deal (see page 13, section 123) provided to WFPL News shows a provision that increases funding for the massive Olmsted Dam Lock in Louisville from $775 million to nearly $2. 9 billion.
The dam is considered an important project for the state and region in regards to water traffic along the Ohio River.
In defense of McConnell, this is actually the sort of multi-State infrastructure project that actually has some reasonable Constitutional merit. But let’s not kid ourselves: America is Alice, and she is in chains:
Oh, you couldn’t dam that river
And maybe I don’t give a damn anyway
So you couldn’t dam that river
And it washed me so far away
This cut captures the mood right now in so many ways.
@smitty_one_each agreed. Timing and "the optics" stink out loud. That's what you're buying, btw.. pic.twitter.com/ZJDPyEN01p

John Hoge was able to get the entire 48-page thing uploaded:
Kimberlin v NBC, Et Al by himself2462
Bear in mind that Brett Kimberlin is a sociopathic liar and convicted perjurer, so everything he alleges is to be presumed false.
UPDATE: In a conversation with a source who (a) has extensive legal training and (b) has quickly skimmed over the complaint in the case of Kimberlin v. Everybody, I remarked rather vehemently that the case would be thrown out of court because the plaintiff is a “lying sociopathic menace,” or words to that effect.
My source replied, “The problem is, he’s told the wrong lies.”
However, the source cautioned me against specifying the multiple clumsy errors committed by the World’s Worst Pro Se Litigant™ because we do not want the perjuring bomber to benefit from any advance disclosure of our legal strategy. However, I can say that it will require lots of money, and also laughter at the plaintiff’s expense.
In all seriousness, however, please keep praying. It’s a comfort to the defendants to know that good people are praying for us.
