That said, the other day I made the same mistake of wearing a pastel sundress without a slip. Most designers don’t make dresses with linings like they used to. Thankfully my room mate noticed how see-through it was in the sunlight of the parking lot before we left. Cyrus wasn’t running around in underwear; she was running around in underwear and a SUNDRESS. Your title is misleading at best.
And as for the 13 year old, she was asked to quote verbatim what the texts said. You could tell with her meek little voice that she wasn’t comfortable saying it or that it’s something she would say. Give the little girl a break.
