Relentless Perversity: #FreeKate Freaks Attempt to Silence Courageous Critics

Posted on | November 9, 2013 | 112 Comments

Evil never sleeps. Evil is active, shameless and persistent. The assault on virtue and truth continues every minute of every day, and anyone who fails to speak out against evil is thereby an accomplice.

Nothing should alarm the decent law-abiding citizen more than when the advocates of deviant criminality endeavor to silence the voices of their critics, as has happened recently in the case of “Free Kate” freaks getting @Jeanette_Runyon’s Twitter account suspended.

The truth about the “Free Kate” movement is known: “Kaitlyn Hunt Is Guilty and, Yes, There Is a Movement to ‘Normalize Pedophilia.’

Kaitlyn Hunt: Florida sex offender molested 14-year-old girl.

One of the people who labored diligently to expose this truth is @Jeanette_Runyon. She provided insights based on her experience of having worked in a California prison for the criminally insane. In addition to her insights into the anti-social orientation of Kaitlyn Hunt’s supporters, Runyon did a splendid job of exposing the twisted logic of their arguments, screen-capping the deranged gibberish they had written on the “Free Kate” Facebook page and re-posting their sick stuff to Twitter. And they can never forgive her for exposing the truth.

Amid the myriad evils of the Obama Age, it is easy to ignore what these advocates of depravity have done to @Jeanette_Runyon, to say that America has worse problems than someone’s Twitter account getting suspended because of false harassment claims.

Two weeks ago, I wrote about Rachael Carson Zerbe (“Bad Causes Attract Bad People: @MRC_43 and Other #FreeKate Freaks“), who we might describe as the most fanatical of the “Free Kate” fanatics if the competition for that dubious honor were not so intense.

It seems that Rachael changed her Twitter handle and has continued engaging in the kind of psychological projection that is symptomatic of disturbed personalities: She claims that @Jeanette_Runyon “harassed” her merely by quoting her, that criticism is “hate,” and that therefore @Jeanette_Runyon and other opponents of legalizing dildo sex with 14-year-olds are some kind of Twitter Hate Group.

As a syllogism, this is impeccable, so long as you accept the bizarre premises of Katerism: Fingering a 14-year-old in a school restroom toilet stall is “romance,” it is entirely “healthy” and “normal” because everybody does it, or would do it if they were as wonderful and popular as the “model citizen” Kaitlyn Ashley Hunt.

The fact that what “model citizen” Kaitlyn Ashley Hunt did is a felony under Florida law, and that “model citizen” Kaitlyn Ashley Hunt  is now locked up inside the Indian River County Jail — well, that’s a social injustice, you see, because there’s really nothing wrong with a 14-year-old runaway spending the night having sex with a foul-mouthed tattoo-covered 18-year-old lesbian. According to the “Free Kate” worldview, having sex with 14-year-olds is a form of civil disobedience: Your daughter’s vagina is the segregated Woolworth’s lunch counter and you are a bigot, discriminating against Kaitlyn Hunt’s vibrator.

Because . . . consensual!

Once you get past the flawed premises, the weird logic, the euphemisms and the progressive sloganeering — Equality! Progress! Consensual! — to explain what actually happened in this case, all sane and normal people reject the “Free Kate” arguments. Unfortunately, there are enough wacky perverts out there to form a critical mass of outspoken insanity. These demented weirdos huddle together and try to figure out ways to “win” the argument by silencing the voices of Reason, Sanity and Decency.

Folks, I’ve said it before: We are so close to the gates of Hell you can feel the heat and smell the burning brimstone. If Americans are going to tolerate this, we are within sight of the time when anyone who doesn’t tolerate it will be silenced. You still have a chance to speak out for truth, if only you have the courage to do it.

Do not be deceived: There is no safety in timid silence, because once these immoral monsters have silenced the strong and the brave, who will have courage to defend the timid and weak?

Deranged Cyberstalker Bill Schmalfeldt Will Face Contempt of Court Charges?

Posted on | November 9, 2013 | 73 Comments

Bill Schmalfeldt ranting, 2011. (Image via Thomas Anderson at Vimeo)

John Hoge posted updates Friday about legal proceedings against lying felon Brett Kimberlin’s biggest fanboy, Bill Schmalfeldt:

Now, some readers may wonder — indeed, some have complained about it — why so much attention should be paid to an obscure assclown like Bill Schmalfeldt. Here’s your first clue:

For more than two years now, a series of people who have in one way or another found themselves on Brett Kimberlin’s Enemies List — including Patrick Frey, Mandy Nagy, Aaron Walker, Lee Stranahan and others — have complained about what would appear to be a pattern of orchestrated online harassment against them.

Much of that harassment, especially on Twitter, has emanated from pseudonymous entities such as @BreitbartUnmask, @X3n0ph0n and the now-defunct @OccupyRebellion. However, Schmalfeldt (who began cyberstalking Aaron Walker in June 2012) has harassed Kimberlin’s enemies under his own name, and with the encouragement of Melissa Brewer (@catsrimportant), whose connection to Kimberlin’s acknowledged “associate” Neal Rauhauser is beyond dispute.

Now we have, in Schmalfeldt’s own words, the explanation that this harassment (which he absurdly calls “investigating”) was done on behalf of Brett Kimberlin: Just forget Kimberlin exists, Schmalfeldt says — to Frey, Walker, Stranahan, Ali Akbar, et al. — and “no one,” including Bill Schmalfeldt, will continue this harassment.

Keep in mind that, at that time, the following was happening:

Just forget Brett Kimberlin exists,” see?

In point of fact, however, if it hadn’t been for the constant harassment from Schmalfeldt and others, there would have been little reason for any of us to mention Brett Kimberlin in November 2012. And while I’d have to double-check, I’m reasonably sure that neither the Maryland Kimberlin v. Walker, et al., lawsuit nor the federal RICO suit that Hoge has dubbed Kimberlin v. the Universe, et al., cites anything any of us published in October or November 2012 as being defamatory. In other words, it would appear that the harassment we were enduring at the time of Schmalfeldt’s “just forget Brett Kimberlin exists” threat was in the nature of vindictive retaliation.

Let us then remember a key claim in Kimberlin v. Walker, et al.:

4. Defendants falsely wrote that other targets of theirs were part of “Team Kimberlin” and published that Plaintiff controlled, paid, and directed this vast network of “unsavory” operatives.

Just about every word there is a lie. Such people as Neal Rauhauser, Bill Schmalfeldt and Melissa Brewer were not our targets; rather, we were their targets and why? Because we had written about Brett Kimberlin’s criminal history and, as Schmalfeldt made clear, the harassment directed against us by Schmalfeldt and other members of “Team Kimberlin” was in reprisal for that unwelcome coverage.

Whether this harassment was “controlled, paid, and directed” by Kimberlin personally is a matter of speculation; that it was understaken on behalf of Kimberlin and intended to benefit him (by punishing his targeted enemies) would seem indisputable.

Bill Schmalfeldt’s words and actions are clear evidence thereof and — RES JUDICATA! — Maryland courts have found that Bill Schmalfeldt’s behavior constituted illegal harassment.

Obscure assclown though he may be, therefore, Bill Schmalfeldt’s actions during the past 17 months are quite relevant to the defense in Kimberlin v. Walker, et al., in a way similar to the recent misfortunes that have befallen Kimberlin’s associate Neal Rauhauser.

And let’s flash back to the June court hearing where Hoge was granted the peace order against Schmalfeldt:

Brett Kimberlin showed up in court for Schmalfeldt’s hearing. . . .
Walker and others believe they have been the targets of an orchestrated campaign of harassment aimed at Kimberlin’s enemies.
One might argue that Bill Schmalfeldt is merely a nutjob, but Kimberlin’s presence at today’s court hearing certainly suggests that the focus of Schmalfeldt’s madness was not entirely random.

If Kimberlin thought Schmalfeldt was sufficiently important to merit his presence for the Hoge v. Schmalfeldt hearing, what does that tell you? Help us fight this fight. Go hit the tip jar at Hogewash, or hit my tip jar, or contribute at BomberSuesBloggers.com.

Police: Texas High School Girl Pimped Out Her Friends as Young as 14

Posted on | November 8, 2013 | 92 Comments

Soon to be an A&E series called “Breaking Bad Girls”?

Authorities have charged a League City student with soliciting her “easily manipulated” friends into prostitution. The girls performed sexual acts on a 62-year-old business owner from Friendswood, police said.
Webster police charged Chelsey Elizabeth Taylor, 17, with one felony count of compelling prostitution in connection with the three child sexual assault cases against Michael Wayne McIntosh, Galveston County Assistant District Attorney Adam Poole said.
Taylor is accused of driving girls as young as 14 to McIntosh’s Friendswood home in the 600 block of Idlewood Drive between June and October. McIntosh is accused of paying the girls more than $3,600, and Webster police detective David Nettles claims Taylor took a cut of the cash, court documents reveal.

And the “Free Kate” freaks will say: “But it was consensual!

Judge Bans Woman From Twitter

Posted on | November 8, 2013 | 30 Comments

How to lose your First Amendment rights:

A suburban Philadelphia woman has been banned from using Twitter as part of her sentence for a stalking conviction.
Montgomery County Judge William Carpenter barred 34-year-old Sadiyyah Young of Pottstown from tweeting for at least five years.
Authorities say Young used derogatory and harassing tweets against people involved in a custody case regarding her children, including a judge who ruled against her, lawyers, social workers and foster parents.
The monthlong battle included a tweet that read, in part: “Somebody should pay all these people a visit, bust out windows and cut tires!”

She also got sentenced to a year in jail. There are some behaviors that cannot be justified in the name of free speech and, as I advised Bill Schmalfeldt seven months ago, harassment is not journalism.

Piss-Poor OpSec for @OccupyRebellion: The @Bullyville vs. Neal Rauhauser Saga

Posted on | November 8, 2013 | 61 Comments

Late last night, I reported how the popular anti-bullying site Bullyville.com had been targeted by death threats after writing about Neal Rauhauser, the disgraced Democrat operative who has spent two years harassing Brett Kimberlin’s enemies online. What I didn’t know was why Bullyville decided to go after Neal Rauhauser. Given that it is the wee hours, I’ll tell the story as I now understand it.

It involved @OccupyRebellion, one of many sockpuppet accounts Rauhauser has created over the years, and arguably his most successful. As with many other of his “socks,” Neal shared the login information for @OccupyRebellion with various of his associates, including at least one woman who was part of a group of Rauhauser fangirls whom Neal has occasionally referred to as “AnonyMiss.”

Neal Rauhauser has a fetish for online secrecy and deception, and a key part of that is “OpSec” (operational security), meaning the way that anonymous online accounts protect their anonymity, so that they can’t be “doxed” (documented, i.e., exposed).

OK, in May 2012, as soon as I started covering The Kimberlin Files, I was immediately targeted for Twitter harassment, the two most prominent perpetrators of which were @BreitbartUnmask and @OccupyRebellion. The latter of these accounts was arguably more effective, because it had more than 20,000 followers, many of them associated with the “Occupy” or “Anonymous” movements.

In short, @OccupyRebellion was the most precious sockpuppet princess in Rauhauser’s evil troll kingdom. But then . . . @Bullyville.

What happened was this: Reality TV star Kate Gosselin was the target of vicious online harassment. @Bullyville became aware of this “damsel in distress” situation and began “doxing” harassers left and right, rolling up the troll swarm and, at some point, came across @OccupyRebellion. Exactly how that happened, I don’t know. Maybe one of the anti-Gosselyn trolls was a friend of @OccupyRebellion, but however the conflict started, when @OccupyRebellion got in trouble, she evidently called on Neal Rauhauser to try to save her from exposure by @Bullyville.

Alas, it seems, whoever had been operating @OccupyRebellion had not been diligent in practicing the anonymity-protection necessary to online “OpSec” and, because Neal Rauhauser realized that the account was vulnerable, the account got deleted.

“Poof!” Two years of relentless online evil, an account that had collected more than 20,000 followers, was destroyed because of a silly squabble over a reality-TV star and . . . @Bullyville.

That’s the story as I understand it and, amid all that, Bullyville “received a call that entailed a death threat towards his children.”

Oops. The weird thing is how @Bullyville isn’t about politics, and never gave a damn about the whole Brett Kimberlin thing, yet arguably did more real damage to Rauhauser’s operation than any of the rest of us who have tangled with Neal over the years.

And now Bullyville has vowed to put Neal Rauhauser in prison.

Everybody should follow @Bullyville.

Death Threats After @Bullyville Vows to Put Neal Rauhauser in Prison?

Posted on | November 8, 2013 | 54 Comments

If you don’t know who Bullyville is, it’s a popular Web site and Twitter account (with more than 100,000 followers) that fights against bullying, especially of the online variety. A few months ago, for reasons I still don’t understand, Bullyville became interested in Neal Rauhauser, the disgraced former Democrat campaign consultant, colleague of Brett Kimberlin and general all-around Internet menace.

Sunday, Bullyville published an extensive profile on Rauhauser that called him the “Charles Manson of Twitter” and included this: “You’re not the first bottom-feeding scumbag bully I’ve bullied back, however you will be the first I’m responsible for sending to prison.” That attracted two comments from someone signing themselves as “Long John Silver,”  who had murderous things to say:

I am simply amazed that this Bullyville guy, James McGibney, is still alive. If I was listed on his website I would put a bullet in his head. It’s as simple as that. His home address has been posted online. And he makes scheduled public appearances.

After the first comment drew attention, “Long John Silver” added:

Did you know that over 40% of all murders each year go unsolved in the U.S.? Since I use TOR and a random person’s open WiFi, I can’t be tracked you nitwit.

There was much else and you can read the whole thing. Of course, Neal Rauhauser will deny being “Long John Silver,” just as Neal always denies being any one of the numerous sockpuppet accounts (e.g., the “Gaped Crusader”) he has used to threaten, harass and smear various people over the past three years.

Neal Rauhauser’s warped personality is such that he enjoys causing misery for his victims, and he has been getting away with it so long that he evidently thinks he will never been held accountable. The suspicion that Rauhuser is somehow “protected” by the FBI is gaining traction for various reasons and, while I don’t necessarily endorse those suspicions, I can’t discourage such suspicions, so long as Neal Rauhauser continues running around doing his dishonest evil.
