Suggestion For What To Do With Hillary

When you’re on active duty in the military, much hay is made about the concept of a “lawful order”. You’re to obey all orders, per General Order Number 6. While you retain the absolute right of self defense, you also had better not violate International Law (e.g. Geneva Conventions), Civil Law, or engage in “conduct unbecoming”. The last is pretty much a blank check to burn anyone.
Having said all that, if you’re in any authority position (and your name doesn’t rhyme with “Squintin'”) you also need to make sure that the orders you give are lawful, and not just the ones you follow. Precisely how specifically that applies to the FBI I don’t know for certain, but I doubt that their approach varies significantly.
Which is why the whole concept of destroying the evidence in the case of Hillary’s email server seemed kind of squishy. Obviously the FBI isn’t an evidence storage depot, and so there may be plenty of procedure covering all that.
But Kerry Pickett over at The Daily Caller dropped the October Surprise of Justice:Agents within the Federal Bureau of Investigation never destroyed laptops given to them by aides of Hillary Clinton as previously reported, a Washington D.C. lawyer with a source close to the Clinton investigation says.
As a military type, I would have called the order to destroy that sort of evidence “unlawful”. But to have been a fly on the wall when that news reached Comey’s weasel den would have been exquisite. While Anthony Weiner is busy renewing his acquaintance with the underside of the bus, this smacks of a fig leaf. My surmise is that FBI agents communicated that the unlawful order to destroy the Clinton evidence was disregarded, and there was a signal that Comey could either drive the bus, or go under it. Weiner, therefore, goes under the bus instead.
Others have speculated that Obama bears some animus toward Her Majesty:The other angle here is that the Obama people have always hated the Clintons and a lot of people on the Left of the party still hold a grudge against Hillary. This could simply be a case where the Obama people are using this as an excuse to execute the kill shot on someone they truly loath. Politics is a blood-sport and Obama’s people play rough. They cracked open sealed divorce documents twice to help Obama win local campaigns in Illinois. They would not flinch at doing the old bag like this.Yeah, but a proper investigation of this hairball is going to severly risk fragging #OccupyResoluteDesk himself.
Which brings us to my suggestion of what to do with all this, given a Trump Administration.
- Conduct a thorough, proper investigation. No malarkey.
- Write a law pertaining to the 2018 election, treating the electorate as a jury.
- Place a simple question on the ballot in every state: “Is Hillary Clinton guilty? Yes/No”. (Understand that a proper investigation might add some Big Other elected names to the list.)
Such a procedure would ensure that there is time to do the investigation correctly, and relieve any one person of Her Majesty’s wrath. It would also set a useful precedent, since the Founders really weren’t considering the Too Big To Jail case back when they put quill to parchment.
It would also provide substantial closure for an electorate that feels as though our government has devolved into a neo-aristocracy.
Well played. pic.twitter.com/abMQ7Bu61e

Doctor Kook and the Mysterious Case of the Bill-Paying Sperm Donor

Suppose you were a very intelligent young man from Massachusetts. You are not only smart, but tall and handsome. You go to college, then go to law school, hire on with a good firm, you’re making good money and then you meet a woman. She’s from the Midwest and attended a good state university where she was a sorority member. Like you, she’s tall, and she’s also got a winning personality. You’re thinking: “Wife material.”
Being a smart young lawyer, you realize that marriage involves risk. So at some point, as your relationship with this charming young woman drifts into serious territory, you will find a way to determine her attitude toward divorce. Perhaps you might mention a friend or relative who has gone through a nasty divorce, and how rough it is on him, arguing with his ex-wife, the emotional trauma the kids are suffering. You just bring this up casually, maybe looking for situations — some news item on TV, whatever — that function as a plausible cue to raise the subject, in a way where she doesn’t realize you’re trying to gauge her response.
When a man is assessing a woman as wife material, of course, he wants a woman who condemns divorce in the strongest possible terms. Obviously you, the handsome young lawyer, would be a fine “catch” as a husband, and the one thing you definitely don’t want is to have your life wrecked by a woman who cheats, or gets bored with married life, or for whatever other reason decides in 10 or 15 years that she’s going to dump you, taking your kids and half your assets. No, sir, you never want to be that sad figure, the Divorced Dad, trying to start your life over encumbered with the burden of monthly child-support payments and feeling like you’ve got a gigantic flashing neon sign over your head: “LOSER!”
“One life, one wife” — that’s the way any smart fellow approaches marriage, and therefore when considering a woman as wife material, the successful young lawyer should be looking for a deeply conservative woman. You’re looking for a religious woman, who views marriage as a sacred institution, divinely ordained: “Those whom God hath joined together let no man put asunder,” and everything else in the Book of Common Prayer ceremony. This consideration is especially important to the young lawyer who’s bringing home good money, because the world is full of wickedness in the 21st century, and woe be unto him who marries a woman who does not take her wedding vows seriously. “Till death do us part, according to God’s holy ordinance,” etc.
As the reader may have guessed by now, the lawyer I’ve described is not merely a hypothetical character. Both he and the Midwestern sorority girl are real, and I omit their names for a reason. You see, in addition to inquiring into a woman’s attitude toward divorce, a smart fellow nowadays must keep in mind that their are many dangers out there in this world full of wickedness. Here once again, the successful young lawyer would be advised to seek a conservative and religious woman as his bride. And just to make sure she is authentic wife material, he should make sure to ascertain her attitude toward homosexuality.
“Yuck! Disgusting! A perverse abomination!”
That would be an acceptable reaction. Your standards might vary, but a young man should be cautious about marrying a woman whose attitude toward the LGBT crowd seems unusually . . . shall we say, tolerant?
Perceptive as we would expect a smart young lawyer to be, he could see that a woman with conservative and religious views about the sanctity of marriage — which, as I say, should be sine qua non for wife material — is likely to frown on the LGBT way of life. Not a hateful bigot, maybe, but not too tolerant. Because the world is full of wickedness. Read more

Radical Feminist @MeghanEMurphy Confronts the Transgender Menace
Posted on | October 28, 2016 | 3 Comments
Having often mocked the notorious Canadian man-hater Meghan Murphy, I am rather amused that she has (belatedly) realized that facts and logic might be rather important, even for Canadian feminists:
On [Oct. 19], the [Canadian] House of Commons voted by a margin of 248 to 40 to pass Bill C-16 at second reading. If passed at the Senate, the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code will be amended to add gender identity and gender expression to the list of prohibited grounds of discrimination. This all sounds positive, but there are some key issues that are being ignored as gender identity legislation and policies are being instituted across Canada. . . .
(The “human rights” regime in Canada is stealth totalitarianism, an affront to basic rights of free speech, but continue, Ms. Murphy . . .)
While the media has framed the debate around gender identity as one of left vs. right, there is a key perspective that is missing from the conversation: the feminist one.
Preventing discrimination is something most of us want to support, but incorporating notions of “gender identity” and “gender expression” into Canadian legislation is not a progressive step. In our desire to be open-minded and inclusive, we have failed to consider how this move poses a risk to sex-based protections for women and girls. . . .
(Oh, now she’s in favor of “sex-based protections for women and girls,” which suggests that feminism’s goal of androgynous “equality” was always a mirage, but please continue, Ms. Murphy . . .)
After University of Toronto psychology professor Jordan Peterson complained about what he called, “political correctness,” having to use gender-neutral pronouns in class, and Bill C-16, students and professors alike spoke out. U of T students staged a “teach-in and rally” in order to “fight transphobia, intersexism, and nonbinary erasure in post-secondary education” and over 250 faculty members signed a letter associating Peterson’s comments with “hate speech.” Just last week administrators ordered Peterson to “stop making statements that could be considered discriminatory under provincial human rights legislation.”
News media across Canada have covered this controversy and the gender identity debate with enthusiasm. But they’ve also covered in inaccurately, creating a narrative that presents white, conservative, anti-feminist men as the dissenters and young, hip, lefties as supporters. . . .
You can read the whole thing. Ms. Murphy is correct in opposing this “gender identity” legislation, but she and her Canadian feminist comrades have been so wrong about so many things over the years that now, when “gender identity” may put women and girls at risk in public toilets, feminists find their “progressive” allies aren’t listening. Instead, they find the identity-politics mentality (which feminists have exploited relentlessly for decades) is now turned against them, so that feminists are accused of bigotry (“cissexism” and “transmisogyny”) when they point out that humans with XY chromosomes and penises are not women.
Readers may wonder, “What does this have to do with spotted owls?”
Environmentalists were willing to destroy 30,000 jobs, and reduce timber production by 80% to save a f–king bird. On the basis of an assertion that “old-growth habitat” was the only place this particular owl subspecies could survive, tens of thousands of loggers, truckers and timber-mill workers lost their jobs, and never mind those who pointed out that spotted owls were never in danger of extinction, but merely “threatened” according to some rather ambiguous standard of the owl population by environmentalists . . .
There are still more than 2,300 pairs (i.e., upwards of 4,500 birds) of this subspecies, even according to the radical kooks at Defenders of Wildlife, so the obvious question is, “How many spotted owls is enough?” . . .
You can read the rest of that. Spotted owls became a mascot to environmentalists, a group of people sincerely devoted to very bad ideas. The sincerity of their allegedly good intentions — “Save the planet!” — permitted environmentalists to ignore the harmful impact of their ideas. Who cares about about a bunch of redneck loggers and timber-mill employees, when Nature is at risk? Just as the tree-huggers made an idol of Nature, so also have feminists made an idol of Equality, and yet now these devotees of Equality are surprised that the Cult of Social Justice won’t listen to facts and logic when it comes to the safety of women. “Human rights” in Canada turns out to be a strangely malleable weapon, useful to any group (except heterosexual white male Christians) which can exploit claims of “oppression” to obtain power to silence their critics.

Oh, sure, the presidential election campaign is stumbling toward its conclusion, but is there anything new to say about that? Hillary Clinton is nearly 6 points ahead in the Real Clear Politics average of national polls, and the “no toss-ups” map shows her winning the Electoral College by a margin of 333 to 205, and even if the polls are all biased, I doubt anything I might write about the campaign at this point would influence the outcome. Meanwhile, lesbian teachers are molesting Catholic schoolgirls:
The Dauphin County District Attorney’s office arrested and charged a Bishop McDevitt High School teacher with dozens of child sex abuse counts Thursday.
Randi Lynn Zurenko, 33, of Millerstown, Perry County, is charged with 13 counts of institutional sexual assault, 153 counts of sexual abuse of children, 33 counts of unlawful contact with minors, 20 counts of dissemination of obscene material to a minor and 13 counts of corruption of minors.
Between January 1, 2013, and October 14, 2016, Zurenko sexually abused two Bishop McDevitt students while she was a teacher at the school in Lower Paxton Township, according to DA Ed Marsico Jr.’s office.
The DA’s office said Zurenko and the first victim had “an encounter” at Fort Hunter park in Susquehanna Township before the student graduated in 2013.
During the meeting, Zurenko massaged the student’s back and undid her bra, and she gave the underage victim alcohol several times, before and after the student graduated from Bishop McDevitt, the DA’s office said. . . .
In early 2015, Zurenko also began sexually abusing a second student, and continued to do so until Oct. 14, the DA’s office said. Zurenko had sex with the second victim, according to the DA’s office.
She also took pictures of the second student in various stages of undress, Marsico’s office said, and took pictures of her and the student having sex. . . ..
Now, you may say stories like that are trivial, but is there no larger significance to these headlines? Isn’t it possible that we are witnessing a trend? Couldn’t these events be symptomatic of cultural decadence?
When you consider what sort of “higher education” students are receiving at Marquette University, an allegedly Catholic school, these headlines might still be shocking, but they’re not exactly surprising.
The frog is being boiled slowly, so that we gradually become accustomed to accept things which seemed utterly unacceptable — even perhaps unimaginable — not too long ago. Hideous evil is rampant in America.
Left to right: Gregory Walker, Lillian Roberts and Ernest Coleman.
3 plead guilty in Detroit teen’s slaying
Three people pleaded guilty Wednesday in the kidnapping and killing of a 13-year-old Detroit boy who vanished this year after reportedly taking less than $100 outside an east side store, prosecutors said. . . .
Ernest Coleman faced charges of torture, unlawful imprisonment, felony firearm, felon in possession and habitual third offender in the slaying of Deontae Mitchell, said Maria Miller, a spokeswoman for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. A sentence evaluation found 12-15 years on the torture charge, 10-15 years for unlawful imprisonment, 1-5 years for felon in possession and 2 years for felony firearm, consecutive.
Lillian Roberts pleaded to second-degree murder and kidnapping charges for a sentencing agreement of 24-40 years behind bars, the Prosecutor’s Office said.
Gregory Walker pleaded to second-degree murder, kidnapping and felony firearm charges. His sentencing agreement calls for 40-60 years. . . .
Video footage from the scene captured the teen being forced into a car May 31 by a man, whom authorities identified as Walker, outside Nino’s Market.
Three adults kidnapping and torturing to death a 13-year-old boy, school girls being molested by lesbian teachers — these stories are not important. No coverage on CNN. Nobody knows, and so nobody cares.
There is a clear bias involved here. Do you think maybe the bias of major news organizations might have something to do with why Hillary Clinton is likely to be the next President of the United States?
The latest batch of Clinton emails to be released would be considered a bombshell in any other presidential campaign in American history. Sadly, given the lack of attention most of the media is willing to pay to them combined with the general propensity to focus on whatever Donald Trump said at his last campaign stop makes this pretty much another day that ends in a Y. Add to that the fact that pretty much all of the emails paint the same dismal picture of the lack of ethics on display in the Clinton clan and it seems as if people’s eyes just begin to glaze over.
Evil is winning. Democrats are pro-evil, and so is CNN.

Queer Feminism at Marquette University
Posted on | October 26, 2016 | 4 Comments
“To me as a queer activist and young scholar in the early 1990s, the term queer seemed to capture it all — the political urgency of combating heterosexism, my feeling and knowledge that the binaries of gender and sexual orientation were created through forced conformity and repression, the indeterminateness of my own experiences of gender and sexual attraction. . . . For twenty-five years or so, I’ve identified as queer — a queer person, a queer activist, a queer-theoretically informed sociologist.”
— Professor Dawne Moon, Marquette University
Marquette University is allegedly Catholic, and also has one of the worst records for suppressing free speech of any campus in the country. Marquette has a “red light” rating from the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE), meaning that the university’s policy “clearly and substantially restricts freedom of speech” and “unambiguously infringes on what is or should be protected expression.”
Marquette is being sued by John McAdams, a tenured professor of political science who was threatened with firing because he blogged about the totalitarian climate on campus. FIRE reported in February:
Disregarding freedom of speech, academic freedom, and its own policies, Marquette University will attempt to revoke Professor John McAdams’s tenure and fire him. Marquette is taking action against McAdams, a political conservative and frequent critic of the administration, supposedly in response to his online criticism of a graduate student instructor who told a student not to oppose same-sex marriage in her class. Marquette had previously suspended McAdams without due process, treated him as though he presented a violent threat, and cancelled his current semester’s classes.
Rick Esenberg, president and general counsel of the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, compared Marquette’s policy to Stalinism:
“For blogging and defending an undergraduate student, Professor McAdams is being suspended. But it is worse than that. He is being told that he will be fired unless, in the manner of a Soviet show trial, he confesses guilt and admits that his conduct was ‘reckless.’”
To reiterate: Marquette is so committed to promoting a pro-homosexual agenda that students are not allowed to criticize this agenda in their classrooms, and when a faculty member calls attention to this policy, he is treated as a danger to student safety, suspended from his position and threatened with firing. This is happening at an allegedly Catholic school.
Annual tuition at Marquette is $38,470, plus $11,440 for room and board, so that parents are paying $49,910 a year to have this allegedly Catholic school indoctrinate their children with an ideology diametrically opposed to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Read more
