The feminist desecration of Ghostbusters will lose $70 million for Sony Pictures, according to current estimates. The misconceived and badly executed political travesty opened at #2 at the box office its first week, but dropped rapidly to #5 the second week, #8 last week and is likely to fall from the top 10 by next week. Although it has made back its $144 million production budget, the massive publicity blitz for Ghostbusters made $300 million the break-even point and, with current estimates of a final worldwide gross of $230 million, that means Sony lost $70 million on this expensive, overhyped, hateful anti-male propaganda film.

There will be no sequel to the SJW Ghostbusters, but Sony’s feminist failure won’t prevent Warner Brothers from trying the same trick:

The “Ocean’s Eleven” reboot is getting even more interesting, thanks to the addition of more A-list cast members. Deadline reports that Anne Hathaway, Rihanna and Awkwafina are in negotiations to join previously announced Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter and Mindy Kaling in the female-led version, “Ocean’s Eight.” The picture is still casting the eighth person.
The film will be directed by Gary Ross and Olivia Milch is penning the script. No plot details have been confirmed by Warner Bros., but previous reports stated that the film is a continuation of the George Clooney-led franchise, with Bullock playing Danny Ocean’s ex-con sister. Blanchett, who will be the equivalent of Brad Pitt’s Rusty, is supposedly her right-hand woman. The premise is that they will form a team to steal a necklace from the Met Ball in order to frame a villainous gallery owner. There have also been talks of cameos from the stars of the original movies.
Warner Bros. confirmed that they would start production on the film in October in New York. “Ocean’s Eight” will be produced by Steven Soderbergh with Susan Ekins as executive producer.

Does anyone at Warner Brothers expect this to be anything other than a dismal repetition of the Ghostbusters failure? No. They are actively and deliberately planning to lose millions of dollars on this doomed turkey, just to appease the angry mobs of man-hating Marxist lesbians.

What bothers me: I actually like Anne Hathaway and Sandra Bullock, but their participation in such a project may make me hate them.

Canadian Gay Child Pornography Merchant Reportedly Made $4 Million

Does anyone remember Jesse Ryan Loskarn? He was the chief of staff to Republican Sen. Lamar Alexander who committed suicide in 2014 a few weeks after he was arrested on federal child pornography charges:

An affidavit from a U.S. postal inspector alleged Loskarn made several purchases in 2010 and 2011 from a Canadian company selling sexually explicit DVDs and streaming videos, the majority of which featured underage nude boys.
Federal investigators also said that in October, child pornography files were being offered for download on an Internet peer-to-peer network linked to Loskarn’s residential IP address.
It included a 28-minute video of graphic material featuring children reportedly as young as 6 years old, authorities said.

The Canadian man whose company sold those “sexually explicit” videos of “underage nude boys” was sentenced to prison Monday in Toronto:

The international police investigations into the customers of Brian Way, the biggest producer and distributor of child pornography in Canada, led to hundreds of arrests around the world and the rescue of hundreds of children, as detailed in a Toronto Star investigation.
On Monday, five years after his arrest in 2011, Superior Court Justice Julie Thorburn sentenced Way to 10 years in prison, a $20,000 fine and three years probation.
Way was sentenced on 15 counts linked to both the manufacture and sale of child pornography and his personal collection of child pornography, the largest ever reported in Canada, according to Crown prosecutor Jill Cameron.
It contained “graphic, disturbing and sometimes violent depictions of children ranging in age from toddlers to adolescents,” Thorburn said in her ruling.
For his business, Way paid three producers to shoot films of boys between the ages of 10 and 18 in Eastern Europe, Thorburn said.
Way, based out of a warehouse on the Queensway, then sold the films through his website, Azovfilms.com, to customers in 92 countries.
During a judge-alone trial, Way argued that the films he made were merely “nudist films.” Thorburn found 57 out of approximately 800 films sold by Way met the legal definition of child pornography, and that they became increasingly sexually explicit over the years.
Forty-four boys had biographies listed on the website, and 33 boys played recurring roles in the films, Thorburn said. . . .
The Crown had sought a sentence of 14 years as well as a fine of $800,000 to reflect the gross sales generated from the sale of 57 films between 2007 and 2011.
Thorburn said she settled on a $20,000 fine based on the amount of Way’s cumulative gross salary for the four years that came from the sale of the 57 films. . . .
Acting Det. Sgt. Paul Krawcyzk, who heads the Toronto police child exploitation section, says the sentence is far too low for what Way did.
“I think of the 44 children involved, particularly in these videos, who were exploited over numerous years, many whom we watched grow up throughout the videos. They won’t get those portions of their lives back. We’ve heard from some of them who explain that they have been affected and will continue to be affected. And I just don’t think that the sentence reflects that.”
He adds that the fine of $20,000 is only a tiny fraction of the $4 million the Crown had initially alleged Way made off selling the videos.
“I think that’s pretty pathetic, personally,” Krawcyzk said.

Does anyone suspect that the sentence was relatively light because Way’s crime involved videos of boys (not girls) and because the paying audience for these videos was gay, rather than heterosexual? Is the producer who profited from such crimes deserving of less punishment than if he had exploited girls? And what about Jesse Ryan Loskarn, whose life was destroyed as a result of the evil addiction from which Brian Way profited? No one ever accused Loskarn of molesting any boys, but he was among the hundreds of men who paid Brian Way for those videos.

Excuse me for being so judgmental, and I suppose some will accuse me of being a homophobe, but the truth is, I hate Canadians.

Also, I hate liberals. One of the men arrested as the result of this Canadian investigation was David Goldberg, a Montreal journalist who served only 90 days in jail (!!!) and then wrote an article for the liberal Atlantic magazine that included this sentence: “I was the victim of an unhappy childhood and a psychologically disturbed father.” Writing a sentence like that should be punishable by life in prison, and the editors of the Atlantic should probably serve a few years behind bars for publishing it.

Criminals telling tales of their “unhappy childhood” are . . . criminals. Charles Manson and Adolf Hitler had unhappy childhoods, too, but this in no way mitigates their evil. As evil as Manson is, at least he’s not Canadian, and Hitler never published an article in the Atlantic.

Narcissism, Nipples and ‘Social Justice’

But I digress because this photo has nothing to do with any of that.
In fact, my daughter says F–K THAT! And, oh by the way, she doesn’t say F–K THAT for you. In fact, she couldn’t care less what you think of her nipples one way or the other.
This photograph of my daughter is not a political statement. It is not a sexual statement. It isn’t even about you…for you…or related to you in any way [GASP]. You egomaniacal moron. . . .

Well, generic second-person “you” can read the rest of that, but speaking of egomaniacal morons, Christine Lasher is a perfect example.

Feminism turns personal failure into victimhood and incentivizes narcissistic self-pity. Every woman who tells a tale of woe contributes to the larger narrative of women’s suffering under the tyranny of patriarchal oppression, and feminism thereby gives meaning to her unhappiness, endowing her with a sense that her life has a larger significance. A sadly familiar story (e.g., “my ex-husband is a jerk”) is thereby transformed into The Heroic Struggle of a Survivor of Domestic Abuse.

Iran Executes Gay Teenager

Iran’s regime executed a gay adolescent in July — the first confirmed execution of someone convicted as a juvenile in the Islamic Republic in 2016 — Amnesty International reported this week.
Hassan Afshar, 19, was hanged in Arak Prison in Iran’s Markazi Province on July 18, after he was convicted of “forced male-to-male anal intercourse” (‘lavat-e be onf’) in early 2015, the NGO said in a statement Tuesday.
Stefan Schaden, a LGBT rights activist and spokesman for the European ‘STOP THE BOMB’ campaign, told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday, “Consensual homosexual conduct remains illegal under Iran’s Sharia law and is punished with public flogging or even execution. While the Islamic State throws gays from rooftops, the Islamic Republic [of Iran] hangs them.”
Amnesty said the Iranian authorities received a complaint accusing Afshar and two other adolescents of forcing a teenage boy to have sex. Afshar, who was arrested in December, 2014, said that the same-sex relations were consensual and the accuser had freely engaged in prior homosexual relations.
“Iran has proved that its sickening enthusiasm for putting juveniles to death, in contravention of international law, knows no bounds,” said Magdalena Mughrabi, Deputy Middle East and North Africa Programme Director at Amnesty International.
She added that Hassan Afshar was a 17-year-old high school student when he was arrested. . . .
According to a 2008 British Wikileaks dispatch, Iran executed between 4,000 to 6,000 gays and lesbians between the start of the Islamic Revolution in 1979 to 2008.
Iran frequently executes gay men for same-sex relations and frames the men for rape charges to justify its Islamic law application of lethal homophobia.

Obama’s deal with Iran is so progressive!

Israel’s Defense Ministry harshly rejected President Obama’s remarks about the Iran deal, disputing that it no longer opposes the international agreement reached in Vienna in July of last year.
While adamantly defending the deal on Thursday, Obama said “it’s the assessment of the Israeli military and intelligence community … that acknowledges this has been a game-changer.”
In disagreeing, the Defense Ministry compared the deal to the 1938 Munich Agreement between European powers and Nazi Germany, saying that it had no basis in reality.
The statement, reportedly from Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, said:
“The Israeli defense establishment believes that agreements have value only if they are based on reality. They have no value if the facts on the ground are opposite to the ones the agreement is based on. The Munich Agreements didn’t prevent World War II and the Holocaust because their fundamental assumption — that Nazi Germany can be partner to any agreement — was false, and because world leaders at the time ignored clear statements made by Hitler and other Nazi leaders.”

Liberals desperately want to believe that concerns about Islamic radicalism are just “right-wing Islamophobia,” but facts get in the way.
