Lesbian Athletes Denied Constitutional Right to Have Sex With Teammates

Layana White and Haley Videckis are lesbians who played basketball for Pepperdine University. Somebody forgot to tell their coach that gay people have a monopoly on “civil rights” now. Whatever rights gays want, they get, and nobody else has any rights at all:

Two female college basketball players have sued Pepperdine — claiming the University is running them off the basketball team because they are involved in a lesbian relationship … TMZ Sports has learned.
The women behind the suit are Haley Videckis and Layana White — who each transferred to Pepperdine from other school because they believed they would have a better shot at the WNBA.
But according to the suit, several officials at Pepperdine — a Christian-based university in Malibu — began to suspect the players were in a lesbian relationship earlier this year … and started looking for an excuse to boot them off the team.
According to the suit, the women claim the basketball coach, Ryan Weisenberg, gave a speech on the topic of “lesbianism” in April … in which he said, “Lesbianism is not tolerated on this team. It is the reason why teams lose.”
Long story short, Layana claims she has eligibility issues with the NCAA and Pepperdine won’t help because of her sexual orientation. Haley claims she has recovered from a minor tailbone injury, but the school won’t clear her to play even though her doctor has signed off.
The women are suing for discrimination, harassment, retaliation and more — and are seeking unspecified damages.
A rep for Pepperdine issued a statement to TMZ Sports saying, “We take allegations of this kind very seriously. We conducted an immediate and thorough investigation and found no evidence to support these claims.”
“The University remains committed to a diverse and inclusive environment.”

Well, thanks, Pepperdine, for that courageous statement in favor of diversity and inclusion, but don’t you see that the diverse people you are including don’t want to be merely included? No, they want the whip in their hands, so they can boss you around, tell you what to do, and compel you to grovel at their feet — “Please don’t hit me again!” — while you tell them how incomparably special they are.

Homosexuals now have a right to being treated exactly how they want to be treated, and if anybody should ever so much as hint that they are less than ecstatic with enthusiasm for homosexuality, that’s a hate crime, a violation of their constitutional rights!

Didn’t you read the Supreme Court’s Windsor ruling? The gay rights movement was never about freedom. It was always about power.

Now that our Supreme Court and our political elite have given 2.3% of the population 100% of the power — you did read the Supreme Court’s Windsor decision, didn’t you? — their unlimited power is going to be used to destroy every person and every institution that ever dared to oppose the totalitarian ambitions of gay rights activists.

They’re here, they’re queer, and they want revenge.

Pepperdine University is affiliated with the United Church of Christ, and you might think that the First Amendment’s guarantee of freedom of religion would protect a Christian institution from being compelled to tolerate homosexual behavior among its students.

“HATER! BIGOT! HOW DARE YOU!”

That’s the answer you’ll get from the Gay Rights Totalitarians, who now have the constitutional right to make you bake them a cake.

You have no rights, you hillbilly holy rollers. The Supreme Court has ruled that there is no God and that homosexuality is sacred — sodomy is a constitutional right! — and while lawyers for the gay rights movement are busy suing into bankruptcy every person or institution who in any way opposes gay people in their exercise of those rights, public schools are teaching your children to celebrate homosexuality with books and videos and games and prizes for the child who most joyously praises the wonders of glorious gayness.

Perhaps you could inquire with Professor Buzuvis and ask her under what conditions “discrimination” against homosexuals would be acceptable.

Yes, it’s The World’s Most Famous Sex Offender™, the Florida teenager who became a lesbian civil rights hero, Kaitlyn Hunt:

A woman who made headlines for having an intimate relationship with an underage girl when they were in high school in 2012 now is 10 weeks pregnant through a sperm donation, her mother said Sunday.
Kaitlyn Hunt, 20, and her current girlfriend, Latisha Thomas, 28, of Indian River County, are engaged, according to Hunt’s mother, Kelley Smith. Hunt “couldn’t be more happy,” Smith said Sunday at her Sebastian home.
The announcement comes as Hunt awaits a hearing on her request that the courts modify her court-ordered community control to probation so she won’t have to report as often to her state probation officers in Vero Beach.
The request includes permission for Hunt to move to an undisclosed location outside Indian River County, her mother said.
In a late August hearing, circuit Judge Robert Pegg ruled Hunt couldn’t live with Thomas because probation officials said there had been problems in the relationship. Hunt has moved 10 times during the last year.
Hunt was arrested in February 2013 on charges of lewd and lascivious battery of a child. The case ended in a plea deal that included jail time and three years of court-ordered supervision. Hunt got out of jail in December 2013.

Kaitlyn’s bride-to-be was charged in 2006 with marijuana possession and also charged in 2012 with domestic battery.

Everyone expects a wonderful future for this couple and their child. I’m sure the sperm donor must be very happy. Meanwhile . . .

Prosecutors on Monday afternoon agreed to 20-year-old Kaitlyn Hunt’s request to convert her community control to probation, making it easier for her to come and go, said Assistant State Attorney Brian Workman.
Hunt, who is now 10 weeks pregnant through a sperm donation, has declined to be interviewed.
The change to probation is effective Dec. 20 and was made through a court order on Tuesday afternoon, thereby avoiding a public hearing that had been scheduled for Tuesday morning.
Under probation, she now can live anywhere in Florida, as long as her probation supervisors don’t object.

I’m sure everyone familiar with the Kate Hunt saga shares my joy that she’ll keep making headlines again and again and again . . .

Brandi Glanville is getting very candid about her love for the ladies.
During a visit to HuffPost Live this week, the outspoken Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star opened up about her bisexual tendencies.
“I don’t swing both ways, I’ve been with women and usually there’s a man involved,” the 42-year-old reality star revealed. “I have a couple times been with women where it was just us…I love beautiful people and if you’re a man you’re a man, if you’re a woman you’re a woman. I’m not a lesbian and I’m not straight.” . . .
“It’s only been a few times in my life,” the mother of two added. “If it happens it happens. That’s not something that you plan for. I feel like it has to be organic.”
It’s no secret Glanville doesn’t discriminate when it comes to men or women. On a previous season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Glanville made out with former cast-member Carlton Gebbia during a steamy hot tub scene.

Yeah, imagine that scene — no, not that scene, I mean the scene where the kid comes home from school crying because all the other kids were teasing him. “Ha ha ha, I saw your mom having lesbian hot tub sex on TV!” Sure it happens every day in Beverly Hills.

They’re the “beautiful people,” you see.

UPDATE: Because I had never heard of this person before — amazing how many obscure “celebrities” there are in the age of cable TV — I checked her Wikipedia page. She’s notorious trash.

As Real as Rape: How Bad Journalism Advances Feminism’s Anti-Male Agenda

Glenn Reynolds demolished the phony “college rape epidemic” meme in his USA Today column Monday, and little remains but dimly glowing cinders of smoldering lies amid the cold ashes of Rolling Stone‘s incinerated fraternity gang-rape tale.

Christina Hoff Sommers, who spent months trying to get journalists to stop using the phony “1-in-5” statistic, notes that the authors of the study from which that statistic was derived say that it is “inappropriate to use the number as a baseline” for the prevalence of rape at colleges. If you read between the lines of their careful caveats, and if you know anything about how surveys can be biased, you realize how asking college women multiple questions about “unwanted” sexual behavior could produce a lot of “false positive” responses.

When you collect survey answers about “unwanted” kissing and touching, or even attempted kissing and touching, and make such a survey the basis of claims about the prevalence of rape — a violent felony — what you are doing is not journalism, it’s propaganda.

Although I hesitate to say that Rolling Stone story was entirely a hoax, Sabrina Rubin Erdely and her editors have utterly discredited themselves and, in the process, exposed both the falsehood of feminist rhetoric and the reckless irresponsibility of liberal media. Eric Owens at the Daily Caller recounts eight separate rape hoaxes at colleges and universities, including the bizarre 2013 case of a transvestite student at UC-Santa Cruz who placed a Craigslist ad seeking someone to beat “her” up so “she” could claim to be a victim.

Owens highlights what Rolling Stone did wrong at UVA:

Why did Erdely commit career suicide? Writing at Slate, Hanna Rosin provides the likely answer: Erdely hoped her wildly implausible 9,000-word, agenda-driven excuse for journalism would emphasize “the larger theme of a university culture and social scene indifferent even to the most brutalized victims of rape.”

That is to say, Erdely believed the hype — feminists claim that many rapes on campus go unreported because victims are afraid to report these crimes to “indifferent” college officials — and she set out to find a story that would prove feminists are right.

Oops.

Stipulate that what is usually called “date rape” happens far too frequently on campus. Young people — mostly teenagers, 18 or 19 years old — get drunk out of their minds and, under such circumstances, boys have sex with girls who are not in a condition to resist. Unless universities are willing to crack down on underage drinking, however, there are limits to what can be done to prevent these incidents from occurring, and it is notoriously difficult to prosecute a rape charge in the typical “he said, she said” situation where this happens.

Bad journalism does not improve this kind of problem, and bad journalism seems rampant nowadays. Jessica Pressler of New York magazine reported a story last week about a teenager, Stuyvesant High senior Mohammed Islam, who said he made $72 million as an investor.

A complete fiction — the kid made it up from thin air.

Fake rape. Fake teen millionaire. To-may-to, to-mah-to.

What is the feminist agenda on university campuses? To demonize men, to stigmatize heterosexuality and to promote lesbianism. This agenda has been made explicit by radical theorists whose works are foundational to the anti-male/anti-heterosexual doctrines taught in Women’s Studies courses at nearly every college and university in America.

Does anyone suppose that Rolling Stone would be interested in reporting that Feminist Frontiers, the most widely assigned anthology of feminist literature, is edited by three lesbian professors? Do you think Sabrina Rubin Erdely might follow up on the (perhaps-not-entirely-coincidental) fact that Carmen Rios, communications coordinator for the Feminist Majority Foundation, describes herself as a “raging lesbian feminist” and referred to Women’s Studies programs as “Lesbo Recruitment 101”? Does Rolling Stone editor William Dana, who was so eager to publish unverified gang-rape claims against a University of Virginia fraternity, think his magazine’s readers might like to know why Women’s Studies professors condemn Disney cartoons as “heteronormative”?

No, those vicious swine won’t pay anyone to report the truth about feminism, because they don’t want anyone to know the truth.

Just a Random Coincidence

Stomped a troll over the weekend. Stomped that troll into itty bitty teeny tiny troll smithereens, calling him out by his IP address in Beaverton, Oregon. Hadn’t seen a troll like that one in many months. Usually Wombat smashes ’em with his trollhammer before I see ’em. Wombat doesn’t bother to tell me, so I never even know about it.

Today, I see another troll, with a similar message, using the fake email address [email protected] and saying he is “someone that knows you well. I got your number bitch boy.”

As James Carville like to say, if you see a turtle on top of a fence post, you know it didn’t climb up there by itself. That’s a way of saying that some things are obviously not coincidental, and so you might want to check out why these “coincidences” keep happening.

The troll today used a French-based “anonymizer” to mask his home IP address and when I checked, I found that the IP of that particular anonymizer had only previously appeared once in the comments here during the entire time we’ve been using Disqus.

It was July 11, and the story was about some “Stupid Vicious Criminal Scum” who murdered a taxi driver for $5. The troll’s comment:

Life without parole? This country is in dire need of prison, and sentencing reforms. We won’t see them though because private prison companies are getting rich at tax payers expense off of these inmates. They all become cheap labor. And what exactly is the point of our penal system besides cruel, and unusual punishment? It certainly isn’t rehabilitation. It takes messed up people, and then messes them up some more, and then we wonder why our recidivism rate is so high? Look at Norway: 20 year max for murder, conjugal visits, prisoners are shown respect, and made into responsible members of society, and their recidivism rate is 30%, while ours which treats inmates like animals has a recidivism rate over 60%. We’re obviously doing something wrong, but the law and order pricks in this country will never do anything to change it.

Hmmm. These damned turtles just keep sprouting wings. That comment is an argument for leniency in criminal prosecution. Guess what? All three of the posts commented on by our troll friend in Beaverton, Oregon, were about the criminal prosecution of . . . ?

Sexual deviancy.

So now it’s Monday. I post about Satanic murderers in Texas, and a troll using this French anonymizer (IP 62.210.74.186) and the fake email [email protected] decides he needs to tell me he is “someone that knows you well. I got your number bitch boy.”

Do you have my number, troll? Because if you think you’re smarter than me, you certainly don’t know me well, but please remember two things: 1. Karma’s a bitch, and 2. I don’t believe in coincidences.

Nothing to See Here, Just a Teenage Girl Killed in a Satanic Ritual in Houston

Maybe you missed this trivial story last week:

A Harris County jury on Thursday convicted 18-year-old Jose E. Reyes of capital murder in a death tied to a satanic ritual, agreeing with prosecutors that another crime was committed when Corriann Cervantes was brutally killed.
Reyes was automatically sentenced to life in prison.
Jurors took a little more than an hour to reach a decision, rejecting arguments from defense attorneys that if Reyes was guilty of a crime, it would be murder.
Moments after the verdict was announced in the courtroom, Cervantes’ aunt, Michelle Abernathy, said she blamed Reyes and his parents for the death of her 15-year-old niece.
Abernathy dressed down Reyes, saying he is “morally, spiritually dead.”
Jurors agreed with prosecutors, who sought a conviction on a charge of capital murder. Earlier Thursday, prosecutors said in closing arguments that Reyes’ own words prove he killed a girl because he wanted to sell his soul to the devil. . . .
The last piece of evidence in the trial that began Monday were letters from jail in which Reyes said the Devil was watching him and directing him to act during the slaying.
“He was standing there, watching me and Victor,” the teen wrote in a letter read to jurors Thursday.
“It’s all good. It’s what the Devil asked for.” . . .
Reyes is accused with Victor Alas, then 16, of strangling, bludgeoning and stabbing Cervantes in a vacant apartment in Clear Lake on Feb. 4. . . .
Prosecutors believe the three teens left a party to go to a vacant apartment to have consensual sex, but at some point Reyes told Alas he had sold his soul to the devil. Alas could also sell his soul, Reyes said, if they killed the teen.
The two then kept Cervantes from leaving the apartment as they beat, sexually assaulted and eventually killed her, prosecutors said. . . .
During the four-day trial, jurors saw graphic photos of heinous injuries that including an upside down cross carved on Cervantes’ stomach. Her right eye had been gouged out and she had been stabbed in the face and torso with a screwdriver. . . .
Medical examiners and investigators testified Cervantes was also sexually assaulted.
Reyes’ lawyers argued there was not enough evidence to believe the sexual assault took place while Cervantes was alive.

You know it’s got to be a bad day at work for a lawyer when the best he can do is try to save his 18-year-old client from a mandatory life sentence by claiming that the 15-year-old girl he admits his client killed was already dead before she was sexually assaulted.

Meanwhile, in Pennsylvania, police are looking for Bradley William Stone, 35, who they say killed six people in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and in Australia, commandos killed an terrorist who murdered two people during a standoff in downtown Sydney:

The gunman, identified as an Iranian refugee, had taken dozens of hostages.
Central Sydney was put in lockdown when the gunman seized the hostages early on Monday, forcing some of them to hold up a black Islamic banner at the window of the Lindt cafe.
The Lindt Chocolat Cafe is located in Martin Place, a busy shopping area in Sydney’s financial district.
The gunman was named as Man Haron Monis. He received political asylum in Australia in 1996 and was on bail facing a number of charges. . . .
Monis was on bail for being an accessory to the murder of his ex-wife. He also faced more than 40 sexual and indecent assault charges.
He had also been convicted of sending offensive letters to the families of deceased Australian soldiers.
The self-styled cleric, who described himself on a website as a Shia Muslim who had converted to Sunni Islam, was said by his former lawyer to have been an isolated figure.

Just another isolated incident. Random. And don’t pay any attention to those right-wing Christian fundamentalists who think Satan is real. Nobody killed your teenage daughter for Satan. Yet.
